The manager was there with a friendly fac and words when I got there at 10 pm. to check in.

This was the least safe place I have ever stayed. The room was filthy stains on bedding and pillow cases. No base boards. Multiple holes in the walls. Water for shower didn’t heat up to even room temperature. Just bad all bad!

Front desk was quick and kind. Room was kind of clean. Bedding was not that clean. Room needed remodeled. Paint and huge scratches galore. Water stunk.

The check in staff was great and accommodating however when i went to inquire the next morning about coffee, i was told to contact housekeeping because i waa missing a coffee maker. The room and grounds were atrocious. I had to walk around dog feces. The room looked like 20 people lived there for 20 years with no cleaning. I spent 26 hours on the road before i got there and had a hectic, busy weekend. I didnt have time to worry about the room. Just glad i had brought my own bedding! I blame hotels .com for even having this property on their site.

I was only here for a few days so this place worked great because we weren't really in the hotel a lot. There was a really great Venezuelan restraunt called Arempas, would love to go back there. There is a cute cafe across the street too.

I like the location because of how close it is to the Trax station but I don't like the area surrounding the hotel.

This was, without a doubt, the worst place I've ever stayed. My wife, toddler, and I checked in around 8:15 pm and by 9:00 pm, we had left due to serious concerns about the environment and safety. When we arrived, the smell of tobacco and weed was overwhelming, which immediately raised red flags. Upon entering the room, we were shocked to find it in a filthy condition. The bedsheets were stained, the bathroom was dirty, and there was even what appeared to be blood on the walls. This made us extremely uncomfortable, especially with a young child in tow. While retrieving items from our car, I also noticed behavior from other guests that made me feel unsafe. The overall atmosphere was unsettling, leading us to decide it was best to leave immediately. When I informed the front desk of our early checkout, there was no concern or inquiry into our situation, which only added to our disappointment. I strongly advise others, especially families, to avoid this place. I also suggest reading Google Reviews of this place.

His property didn't feel safe

Whole place was kind of run down. My room looked very sketchy and smelled like smoke, even though it was a nonsmoking room. In the morning I was woken up by people outside on the street screaming at each other. Not the property's fault, but made me not want to come back after everything.

Hard to get to the room

2 start hotel is what it says so don't expect much more. Great for the price I think as long as you have low expectations. It's redeeming quality was Frank, the guy running front desk. Very friendly and easy to deal with and very accommodating.

The facility is very old. The room had not been swept and was missing baseboards. The motel seemed to have lots of drug users on the premises

A friend and I stayed for the night and it was comfortable, finally cooled down after turning on the ac, and we had a great time! Thank you!

It was ok for the price. The floors in the room were dirty. The walls were dirty. Our tv did not work. The front desk people hard a hard time checking us in.

The floors were so dirty, you couldn’t walk barefoot without your feet getting covered in dirt. Lights were broken. The trash cans outside were filthy and overflowing. There were burned holes in the sheets. It felt very unsafe to stay there. Staff at front desk were rude.

Run down, no seating at the pool. Weird thing is that there is nice, new tile installed on the outside stairwell, and nice tile installed very poorly in the rooms. No carpet, which is fine for me but may be an issue for some. The door to the bathroom would not close without having to push it in and make a lot of noise.
