Had a one night stay in Bismarck under last minute circumstances. Manager was very helpful getting me a pet friendly room after booking online and not able to select one during booking. Very clean room, spacious enough for 2 adults, 2 young kids and a dog. Waterpark was great and perfect for all ages.

The tub spout leaked so the shower pressure was awful. The bathroom fan sounded like a pig squealing. The lucky charm breakfast was pretty cool though.

Toilet was making noise, wiggle the handle, the remote wasnt working well, behind the bed n mightstand was dirty, was loud, people talking n laughing all night ,

Arrive to check in about 7pm, and instead went to Walmart, got the room about 830ish and about half hour later, we stated being harassed by the manager, telling us to keep our kids quiet and not to walk around the room.
continue to harass us up util 11pm. until the manager said they were calling the cops to have us removed. So I went ahead and call the cops first. but there was nothing they can do..
I will never stay there anymore. \
We had to miss my husband very important doctor appt. and couldn't afford to get another room and drove 3 hours home at night.

There should be options given to have different bedding and pillows. I am highly allergic to feathers and all the pillows were feather. This is an ongoing problem and I’m certainly not the only person with allergies. I always bring my own pillow for this reason but even the comforter was feather..made for a horrible morning.

When we checked in, there was no water, and they didn't tell us. There was no vending machines that worked that had bottled water in them. The coffe pot had not been cleaned and didn't work. They took down the room darkening curtain. They said they were gonna replace it, but called the room later that night and said they didn't have the correct part. Was pretty bright shining in on my bed. Wasn't happy. Won't be back.

There was a strong burnt smell in our room upon arrival we requested a different room and told they were full.and the manager would give us a discount. It was late. there was a half eaten apple in the ice bucket too. at checkout we requested a discount which did not show up on the billand were told the manager wasnt in and would be told when he arrived. No discount was ever given. Not a great way to be treated.

It was a decent hotel. The guest laundry facility was out of order so that was not good. We didn't try the breakfast because it was just like every other hotel breakfast. The worst thing I would say is that housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9am the morning we were checking out and came back about every 15 minutes which was super inconvenient when we were trying to pack up and had to keep stopping to answer the door. This was even after we said we are working to get checked out we'll let you know when we leave.

The hotel was not was we expected at all based on our previous stays at this chain and the cost. The room didn’t smell or appear to be clean, with a musty smell. Carpet molding on the wall was not attached in some spots. Mirror and the in the hallway and the TV had many finger prints. Stains on the furniture and the carpet didn’t look or feel clean. The bathroom had hairs in the shower and around the toilet. The toilet roll held 2 rolls and one was empty, the other only had a couple of squares left. Same with the tissue box holder, that was empty. There were extras of both in the bathroom but I shouldn’t have to replace those. Light bulb was out in the bathroom and living area. The fitted bed sheet was inside out. The bathroom sink was missing the drain cover. The refrigerator icebox was frozen over. Overall the room didn’t feel clean. The breakfast was just meh with salty sausages. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is not what one would expect for a Radisson hotel. Very disappointing.

This was a great hotel midway through our roadtrip. Our kids enjoyed the pool, but since we were traveling with pets, I had to stay back with them. The staff was super friendly and they even had fresh colors and alkaline water. There was lots to do in walking distance, including a trail to explore.

At first appearance the room looked nice but then we notice one floor lamp is bent and the table lamp is not working. When we pulled out the bed from the couch there was a dirty sheet on it. The bathroom needs a deep cleaning. No drain stopper in bathroom sink so we can see the previous tenant lost their toothpaste cover. The shower curtain just needs to be replaced. Bathtub mat was just disgusting and to top it off the tub drain was very slow in draining. We will not stay again.

Was disappointed that we were unable to have our cooler in the pool area and other guests were allowed. Staff told our group no alcohol in the pool area. We were then told we could go up to the balcony area with our cooler. After we were all set up in the balcony area, a different staff member came up and told us we couldn't have our cooler there.....all while we watched them ignore another group with 2 coolers. Neither group was loud or obnoxious, we were all just having adult beverages, conversation and those with kids, watching their children in the pool.

Lobby and outside and pool area look clean. Nice breakfast. Room looks nice at first. Bathtub floor very dirty. What looks like black mold around bathtub area and ceiling. Paint peeling. When we pulled out the couch bed for our 5th person the mattress had terrible stains on it and there were no sheets, bedding or pillows for the bed in the room. Only 3 towels in the room when our reservation was for 5 people

Room had a smell of stale dog. The carpets had just been shampooed. Manager did come and spray. Knocked the smell down quite a bit. Management cannot be blamed if cleaning staff has not made them aware of deficiencies in a room.
