Hotel didn't have my confirmation on file so I had to pay for my room two times, there was a live bug in the bathroom, there was random hairs in the shower & refrigerator. My family was too exhausted to move to another hotel so we made due.

Room had bad smell sticky floor and old food left in the cabinet, dust and bugs were in the room, Not recommend

The room needs to be updated

Check in was ok. TV in the room was not working and no available technician in the building to fix the issue. Door does not lock from outside, making the card key useless. Tried it multiple times to lock the door but dis not work. No phone on the room to call the front desk. I have to go down to address issue. Water in the shower/tub does not drain properly fast enough.

Staff great but there was no breakfast. Very disappointing.

The man at the front desk the morning of the 11th was very helpful and super nice.

Showed up for the property after Expedia already paid. There was no staff there Me into my room, the security guard was the only one at the front desk. He was very disrespectful as well as the manager that he contacted over the phone who said that she is not getting up out of her bed to come and do her job. The property made me wait to get my refund after taking my money.

Everything was great

It was 97 degrees and no air conditioning. After checking in and walking into a very hot room, we tried calling front desk but the phone did not work. So I walked down to let them know. The friendly man who checked us in followed me back to my room to inspect the ac unit. He thought the thermostat was disconnected so he connected it. We left for the party at my cousin’s house all day and returned to our room around 10:30pm. The room temp had not changed since checking in. I walked down to let them know because the phone was still not functioning. Angela at front desk apologized and filled out a maintenance form, but let me know nothing could be done. Could not even try to get comfortable in the room so we checked out at 11:30 pm and drove back home to Vallejo.

I was not prepared for the smell of dog that permeated the property.

The desk clerk was not helpful, and not friendly. The room backed up right into the (loud) elevator. There was no pool or lounge type area for the kids to hang out. The "breakfast" was grab and go packaged muffins and granola bars. It was quite a disappointment.

The wait for a desk person was 15 minutes. The smell through out the property, The room was extremely dirty, And I had taken photos, A dog in one of the rooms barking for hours, lights that did not work, The breakfast or lack of, no coffee, For the price that we paid it was not a property or company that I would ever stay again. I could get better at a flop house in San Francisco, This is a 75.00 a night max property.

A dump with burn marks on the sink and a bad smell throughout the property. Tried to check in at 5:45 PM and nobody at the front desk. Had to wait 30 minutes for them to come back from lunch.

Hotel did not honor the reservation, they called me at 5:00 pm saying they are overbooked and are cancelling the reservation. Service person hung up on me when I asked for an explanation. Worst service ever.

Front desk individual was pleasant and checked me in reasonably quick, a little difficulty with credit card machine. Room was clean, no hair dryer which I thought was odd. If you are looking for the typical "Free Breakfast" you won't like this one. it was coffee, protein bars and muffins on your way out the front lobby.

The elevator did not work, so climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor was not fun. The room was outdated and the smell of smoke in the hallway. Quite disappointed.

This was the most disappointing Extended Stay I've ever been to. The rooms badly need to be updated. The dresser was old, which the paint chipping off. The carpet was stained and looked dirty and gross. The sink had several cigarette burns along the edge. This is the first hotel I've ever stayed at that didn't have a blow dryer. Supposedly they have 5 in case people ask for them, and I was told they were "sold out." It was so major inconvenience and cost to buy one because I had to pay for Lyft to go to a Safeway in the middle of the night. The room didn't even come with a coffee maker or complimentary shampoo/conditioner unless you asked for it. The elevator was broken, and they put me on the second floor. I had two bags and one was heavy, so this was an inconvenience. I've stayed at several Extended Stays from when I used to travel for business. I guess I assumed all or most catered to business travelers, but it seems this one is more geared to transitional living situations.

Close to restaurants and stores

This hotel is like halfway house. Reeks of marijana and stale beer. Although smoke free the bath room sink had cigarette burn marks all around it. Very unpleasant vibe, So bad that we did not stay, ate the cost and left as fast as we could

Hotel stay was horrible, paint chipping in room, bathroom dirty, bed was dirty too…the housekeeping staff member lourdes decided to write a note on an envelope and asked for tip…NEVER will stay there again..pictures are not of current state of property! …i tried calling front desk and no one would answer..i was trying to get bed re done with CLEAN sheets.

Was very easy to check it. Staff was amazing. Needed a thicker comforter and MATRESS COVERS!

We stayed two nights while at the Thrive conference at Bayside Church. We've stayed here before - staff & other clients all very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & very functional

Hana, the check-in clerk was very helpful. I slept well as the bed was fresh and clean. It suited my purpose as I was looking for a place near to my destination and to get a good night’s rest. There was some smell of tobacco in the lobby and elevator area but ok once I got to my room.

Mildew in bathrooms, fixtures breaking off walls, furniture was beaten up. Yuck.

We arrived and had 30 min to check in and get to the concert we were in town for. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in as they were k. Their lunch break. This is unacceptable. Once she did check us in she was rude, made no eye contact, and didn’t ask us if we needed any dishes. Our room had no cups at all. Our freezer had no ice and there is no ice machine in the whole hotel. I contacted Hotel.com to assist us and it was no help. Live agent kept leaving the conversation. The kitchenette was rusty, dirty and unstocked for use. The bed was uncomfortable with old pillows that were clumping in the corners. This is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. It looks NOTHING like the photos provided.

Terrible!

TV didn't work. Fire alarm beeped all night. No shampoo or soap

The room we booked was not available- they sold all of them even though I had a reservation, so we were moved from 2 queen beds to a king and a couch. Not what I reserved, but the hotel attendant offered a discount for the inconvenience and I appreciated that. The duct tape on the couch was really low end. I realize this is a budget hotel, but this was pretty bad.

Waited about 20-30 minutes to check in since no one was at the front desk.

Did not like the fact there was no luggage carrier, also they put me in a room that was built for a handicap. I paid for a Queen and Got a full size. The staff however was amazing.

The receptionist I think her name was Alissa is an excellent employee. I hope you do something nice for her.
