the front desk staff was the best thing about this hotel, my pillow case has make up on it, my bathroom was dingy and looked dirty, my linens on my bed was dingy and had stains on them.

Clean and cozy

Why would they scheudle door painting over a holiday weekend?! The whole place stunk of paint fumes. Half the place looked like one of Dexter's kill-rooms.

1. No bedding for pull out sofa. 2. Ice maker inside of fridge broken. 3. Tissue roll two-thirds used and no additional roll provided. 4. A/C slow in cooling suite. 5. No drinking glasses. 6. No garbage receptacle in bathroom.

Booked a studio it was clean but there is a strong smell in the room that lingers. We had to keep our windows to stay there

The price is nice but be prepared for a room that smells like smoke. I did not spend much time there so it was bearable, but not the most pleasant.

Our home AC went out, we needed a hotel a few days. The front desk was no help. God forbid either front desk person had to slightly move from their chair. They did not explain any services the suite has to offer. They barely spoke with us. No welcoming personality at all. The room itself was not bad. The chair to sit on was like a rock. No comfortable place to sit at all. Couldn’t connect to the TV. Ran out of toilet paper. Had to use tissue, thank goodness we had wet wipes with us. House keeping didn’t get to the room & we were gone all morning. Not enough towels Had to use our own & damp ones from day before Little coffee pot poured 3rd of coffee on your hand, be careful when pouring it. The bed was ok. Mine is MUCH Better at home! The comfort altogether was 3 star max. The Elevator was shaking violently! Our backs were hurting! The hallway was baking hot they had a window open because they were renovating 1/2 Suites/ hotel space (this is understand, as renovations are needed) but they ONCE again should tell us. It stunk like paint fumes Crappy parking, I have a small Chevy Trax, and a guy parked on an angle that we had to climb into my car from the other side to simply get into my car!! When we arrived, there was a police officer showed up & said “just checking in, I will be back later for another check in” ??? Ummmm why a check in ??? Why there at all??? Overall I chose not to stay longer & found another hotel. Sorry not impressed…

My wife and I was concerned about the cleanliness of the bathroom and the front door to the room was not dry from the fresh paint job. The staff was awesome and very helpful. The trip was not all bad.

This particular Sonesta Suites wasn’t that great. I didn’t feel the room was cleaned properly & housekeeping only come once a week. The material that covered the mattress box spring had a huge hole, there were cigarette burns in the furniture & the door was stuck, so it made a loud noise every time we came in or left room. I’ve stayed at other Sonesta Suites Hotels & they were much better

For the first 2 days the toilet didn't flush properly until maintenance was finally able to fix it. The TVs had no internet so we weren't able to binge watch. There were stains all over the bed, the blanket had dirt marks looking as though someone was jumping on the bed with their shoes on, so we had what looked like shoe print on our blankets, stains on our pillowcases, and a big black looking water mark on the fitted sheet. We had housekeeping change everything to a completely knew bedding. The table that separated the kitchen from the living room was squealing and squeaking with every movement. The iron kept shutting off every time we try to use it. There are also about 7 trailer containers in the parking lot and I'm assuming that also has to do with the renovations being done to the gym. Syill adequate and sufficient parking spaces. Webarely felt anything from the horrible AC, especially in the bedroom at nights. We woke up sweating every night even though we set the cool settings to the lowest temperature. Other than the complaints I have to say the staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel itself was very clean, no musty smoke lingering in the halls and room. There is a nice patio like setting in the back with a few lounge chairs and 2 grills. Very quiet and quaint and very close to shopping malls, restaurants, fast food, Urgent Care, Hospitals, Tesla chargers, movie theaters etc. Overall it was a decent 4 day stay even with the inconveniences.

Ok, thought I booked a two bed spot had my 17 year old with me sleeping on a couch. The one bed was not comfortable. Took water to long to get hot

I had a great stay. This is the type of hotel I like. No frills, affordable, but everything is nice. And I mean there are some frills. My room had a great kitchen with a full fridge. And there’s a laundry room. Angela at the front desk was nice and so was Tiffany.

Nice hotel

The stay eas fine but there was no breakfast to speak of. Just make your own KCup coffee with no lids to prevent spilling going back to your room. Other than that everything was fine.

I stay there for two nights for business trip around Morristown. Room was clean and staffs were kind to tell anything including laundry and else.

The front desk clerk was very rude and disrespectful to me and my husband to the point where we was so uncomfortable and and left the premises.

Rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Not very good experience with the entire staff but Hope at the reception, she is exceptional very helpful, listens to your requests and tries to address and get it resolve at the best possible.

Room had a kitchen, full size refrigerator and small stove, very clean and spacious...dislike no pool, no breakfast, medium size parking lot,no maid service, trash u bring out urself and put at end of hall ,linens u change urself and towels u exchange, overall not bad, very quiet, and convenient to shops and stores
