Staff members were professional and kind.

The linens and sheets were gross looking, both comforters had blood stains on them, sheets were stained with dark stains which made us not even want to get into the beds, the wall next to one of the beds was gray with foot prints, so so dirty, and towels were stained with dark stains as well. The room was small but well furnished and decor was nice and everything else was clean besides the linens, bedding and wall. One of the windows didn’t open and we had issues with turning the TV on but when i called the office they immediately came to our room to program the remote and it was fine after that. No elevator was at all close to our room but luckily we were able and agile enough to get all of our stuff to the room. It was quiet and lots of amenities. Overall it was ok but I’d probably Look to stay elsewhere next time we are in that area!

was quiet, clean and fresh. The breakfast was disappointing at best, inedible actually. Coffee was just weird tasting, like the eggs and what they called sausage. It was very kind of them to get up so early and prepare it, but dont count on eating it

I really enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. The rooms were clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which is very important to me. Also parking was free and there was plenty of parking for cars. I can also say that the staff was very friendly and helpful! I will definitely stay in this hotel again, and I highly recommend it.

The bed is comfortable. After a long day, it helps me to sleep well. The breakfast is good. I stayed 7 days and ate breakfast every morning.

Upon check-in I appreciated the ease of check-in. The room was nice. It was equipped with a TV, a microwave, a little refrigerator, and a Kuerig. The room was clean. Breakfast was nice and had a variety of breakfast food to eat. It was kind of overpriced considering my kids and I stayed a Monday and Tuesday checked out Wenesday morning. The total bill was $365.14 for two days. It was also too cold to use the pool during our stay.

Real nice staff, nice location, free parking is a plus. Sadly the pool wasn’t open when we were there but that’s bc they were still waiting for the inspection. There is a nice lounge area on the upper level tho so that was nice!

The place was fine but the room had this weird scent that just would not got away. It didn’t smell like cleaner or disinfectant but just in pleasant smell.

We loved the bed, extremely comfortable. The room was large but the bathroom was small. The breakfast was decent, plenty items to choose from.

This property is basically a renovated motel with the Best Western name on it. Elevator was not working when I checked in. Woke up to ants in my bathroom. Went down to the front desk. No apologies, just “We’ll take care of it when housekeeping comes in.“ I asked for another room, no more rooms available. I went down to Target and bought a can of Raid and took care of it myself. Saw more ants every morning in the fitness room. Will not be returning.

I liked that it was close to restaurants and the factory where I had business dealings with.

I like where the hotel was located but the people running it did nt seem to care about the. Upon arriving I realized my toilet would flush. Called a man came over pushed the paper down and left only for it to fill back as soon as used it again. Also, the room smelled horrible. The smell wasn inexplicible.

The staff were excellent. The only negative is that it's too close to the road so it can be noisy at times during the night. Also, there is very little noise insulation from traffic and floors above.

Fast check-in. Our room was impecable and cleaned daily! Staff was beyond courteous. Would definitely stay here again. 10 stars for handicapped accessibility

This was a find. Clean comfortable redecorated room with all amenities (even an iron and ironing board). Good room air and heat control, microwave, refrigerator (about half size), rapid hot water. For a small location the breakfast (included) was outstanding. I highly recommend. close to San Jose airport and major transit routes.

We were looking for an economic hotel close to Great America. This didnt feel economic what i mean is is was not a cheap motel. Felt more like hote. Had an issue with the TV a little later at night went to the office and the gentleman immediately assisted us. The breakfast offered the next day. Is what put this place over the top. Unfortunately it was raining so we were unable to enjoy the second story little patio. I would not only stay again i woukd recommned for anyone also
