Clean room, no smoke smell at all, bed was comfortable. Easy parking. Friendly attendants. Older interior could use some TLC, but I was not looking for lavish. I did not have time to work out, but the exercise room looked to have some nice options if I had.

I rented the room for the hot tub and Jacuzzi and that was out of service I had to go buy a new blanket and sheets because the ones in the room didn't look or smell clean

The rooms are slightly dated but the outside is very nice. Room was clean and what we needed. Jacuzzi tub was dirty from unclean jets but that was expected honestly. Facility was very clean and smelled nice inside. Faculty was great. Will stay again

We reserved our room months ago, when we got there, they upped our price and didn’t charge us what we were promised on our reservation. They charged us more.

The only thing was therewas no fridge and microwave. I had afew drinks and a leftover meal i would love to heat it up.i thought all rooms comes with these items

Our room is very clean. It could use a little bit of updating in the hallways. The staff is very helpful very nice. The only thing is we had a problem with was we had a smoky room with no ashtrays that’s it.

I would never go back. We had an issue with the phone in the room, never worked. It was blamed on the storm. The pool wasn’t working. We were told it would be open on Saturday and then it was Monday. It was difficult explaining that to a child who wanted to swim. The weight room had a nasty odor. I would have asked to leave early, but knew I wouldn’t get refunded. I’m glad it was only for two days.

It was ok for a one night stay. The housekeeping staff may need to do a better job when cleaning the rooms. There were dirty linens in the shower when we checked in. Also, bring a blanket if you’re cold natured. They have one thin one on the bed.

No complaints, a little dated but exactly as advertised, a cheap stay for the night in a nice town. Gas station and restaurants close by were very convenient.

Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Found stink bugs in my room and in bathroom.

Dirty, our shower wasnt cleaned. Towels were still wet in bathroom. Remote for tv didnt turn on or do the volume for the tv. Hot tub out of service. Entire second floor and elevator smelled like Marijuana. They gave us a cot out first night that was broken and no fitted sheet pillow or comforter for it. It is completly out dated and the people who are responsible for cleanliness and service are not doing the best they can. I would not stay here again.
I had my children with and we took our clothes to the washer as soon as we got home just to be safe.

Tv wouldn’t work and phone rang which made me worry that we were being too loud. No we didn’t answer it. Not much for phone talkers. Just wanted peace and quiet. Hot tub was closed. Didn’t feel sociable with lots of kids jumping in the pool so we didn’t swim. Jacuzzi was nice and private in our room anyway.

Double beds need updated. Television was very antiquated. Staff was friendly and hospital. Wonderful steak restaurant walking distance away, excellent food!

Great place to stay for the night. Affordable, comfortable. Soft towels, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. We loved the Dove toiletries! We'd definitely stay here again.

Supposedly a non-smoking room, reeked of smoke. Carpet torn @ tiled bathroom area, windows barely visible to see outside. I didn’t even stay there. Staff was very pleasant, no complaints there, but the property was less than tolerable.

I liked the bed, thats it. We had no refrigerator, no microwave. The temps were in the 90's while we were there. I was so ready for a shower. The shower didn't work. All rooms are supposed to come with the refrigerator, microwave and a working shower. Im so disappointed in our stay, we will never stay at this Ramada Inn again. $119. a night, it wasn't worth it.

The pool and hot tub were closed, which is the only reason we stayed here. Staff said they tell the booking apps the pool is closed. It’s not advertised on their website as closed and Expedia did not disclose that either.

Tried charging my card without providing service. Couldn't make it for reasons beyond my control then tried charging my card even though didn't start. Should only be charged for services rendered

We check in. Went up to the room to check it out. Then walk right back out . Bed where not made . Window wide open. Stuff or something on the bathroom floor.

They have very good staff. And do everything to make your stay good. To the people that own the hotel you really need to improve on fixing problems. As I was there 7days,the pool was out of order the whole time,then the ice machine didn't work. When you put in your add you have these things and then they don't work,this is poor ownership to me.

I reserved a king size bed, got 2 doubles, no frige. No microwave, the television didn't work at all at first, then when it did it froze for 5 to 20 sec.
