The dryer outflow hose in the laundry room dryer was/remains CLOGGED, so everyone pays double to dry clothes, and it takes 2 HOURS.
There was NO HAZELNUT CREAMER. DO BETTER.
NEITHER front desk or Maids offered to send a girl up to my room ?!?
What was I supposed to do-- just sit in there??? sheesh.

Very clean and comfortable, staff/front desk very professional and friendly, a very safe quiet place to stay. Breakfast was very satisfying and the lady staff at breakfast dining very helpful and friendly. You certainly get your money worth.

We had a wonderful stay, great staff ( Heather & Robert ) we excellent hosts and representatives of the LaQuinta Inn & Suites. They treated us like we were the most important people in the hotel, warm, caring, and accommodating.
Breakfast lady was soooo super sweet and attentive to guests, selection could be better, but we enjoyed it ! We will come back again !

Very nice hotel especially for the price. King bed was very comfortable. Location seemed very safe. We had to wait close to 10 minutes for front desk person to show up and check us in at 9:30pm but not a big deal. Hot breakfast more than adequate. We would definitely stay here again.

Yeah, no hot water the first day and they said they’ve been working on it. We had dripping water outside our window all night. We had ants in the room on the table and the floor.

I was not expecting it to be very good because I got it for a very reasonable price. But it was better than expected! I would definitely stay there again! Location was good for us, in between Naples & Fort Meyers!

We stayed at this property overnight because my boyfriend, who is a saxophonist had a performance the next day and this location was conveniently situated very close to the venue. We had a great experience and enjoyed your delicious complimentary breakfast buffet. Thank you!

LaQuinta Bonita Springs is a gem. The facility is clean and modern. We checked in and noticed the room refrig wasn't working. We told the front desk and withing five minutes Jose showed up and replaced the refrig. And he was very friendly and took pride in his work. The pool area was great. It overlooks a small lake and adds to the peaceful feel of the pool. The morning breakfast was also great. They had hot items, waffles and the usual yogurts, cereals, danish, etc. The location (just off 41) made it super convenient for shopping, dining, etc.
All the staff at LaQuinta were genuinely friendly and helpful, to the guests and to each other.
We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is great, not pricey and very close to the beach and restaurants. The only weakness in my opinion is that the room was smelly probably from the carpet and that the AC had a little bit annoying noise. Other than that, great family hotel.

has been by far the best Hotel I’ve had the pleasure to stay at! The staff is amazing, my room is perfect & I have a spectacular view of The lake.
What an awesome way to end my trip while I transition into relocating!!!
PS, the breakfast is awesome! With all the amenities that the hotel offers as well as the rates per stay is my favorite!

The comforter was stained and housekeeping ignored my request. Roberto and the breakfast lady were amazing. Always busy and nice but housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. They do not refresh the rooms, they tell you they are all busy and short staffed. No one inspects to see if they have cleaned or not. Several guest staying for multiple days complained of the same. This is a pet friendly hotel and my carpet smelled and had not been cleaned. I did not have a pet and thought my floor was for people without pets, not so. Cleaning ladies are rude and abrupt and yes you but never even changed the towels.
