we liked it; however, improvements are needed. AC needs to be stronger for how hot the city is.

Good location, basic, clean and good service. Catered for the typical City visit. Would advise to use hotel parking €15 or on the street(free). local paid parking is ripp off. €30 a day and very rude.

The air conditioning unit did NOT cool the room to a comfortable level to get a good night sleep.

Room was small but adequate. It was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. Not too fancy but bread and baked goods were good. Hotel is conveniently located and very close to airport shuttle service.

Hotel is located on a busy street. It is very noisy even late at night. However it is conveniently located within walking distance to politeama airport shuttle bus drop off. The room and bathroom look very tired and old. The water drainage in the shower and sink is slow.

The rooms are very sparsely furnished. There is a general lack of storage. The elevators are quite small. Breakfast is one redeeming feature.

Would I stay there again… yes. That being said, there were issues with the room door. It felt loose and there was no way to secure it from inside. The shower was ridiculously small. The entire bathroom could be enlarged easily without sacrificing any usable space in the room. The curtains fell off the track… they should be replaced. The highlight of our stay was the staff. They couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant.

The staff are kind and polite. The room is large but old. The air conditioner is old and doesn't cool very well. Housekeeper is not good enough. Do not clean even if it is dusty. Italy is generally weak, so I don't really care. Breakfast is delicious. Convenient location. The bus stop is also a 1-minute walk. But not 4 stars. If it is 3 stars, it is sufficient cost performance.

The only positive thing is the location. All the rest is disappointing. Bad maintenance of the rooms amenities, bad water flowing in the showers, we couldn't sleep due the bed was so bad

Property is in a good location, walkable to most of the major sites and the breakfast is quite nice. The condition of the property is a little disappointing (quite outdated with some obvious maintenance issues, shower wouldn't drain for example) although the bed was comfortable and the TV had been replaced. The cleaning of the room wasn't great either and there was still dust in obvious areas. The rooms are also not well soundproofed and the noise from the road is still quite loud even from the 4th floor.

The staff was friendly, parking was easy to get to. Close to many historical sites and restaurants. The upgraded room with a roof top patio was great with view to the street. Property was quiet and the breakfast had many options.

It was a great value for the money I paid! A good location, great food, friendly staffs... the restaurant staffs do not speak English very well, so we felt a little inconvenient in the beginning, but they were very kind and attentive and we were happy in the end!

I do not recommend, very small room for 4 persons, old bathroom facilities, small and old TV, very old furniture, unexpected for a 4 * Ibis hotel. I paid 100 EUR/night for 2 * conditions. I told them it didn’t look like what I saw in the pictures but they said it was Expedia’s fault

Don't believe the pictures, it's a small and dark, dates hotel, it has had a lick of paint but is dark and old, room was very low ceilings and the TV was about 14 inch and stuffed inside a bookcase. Air-conditioning would cut off every 15 minutes once it reached its temperature but would not kick back on when temperatures rose. Which they did very quickly. A very stuffy, dark and old hotel. Position is good but parking is very difficult. Good of you can get a cheap price but do not believe the pictures or star rating, a very budget hotel. Felt very rushed and under pressure at breakfast by staff waiting to clean up and leave

Ibis hotels are usually convenient. This one too because of the price and location. Nothing else instead. Old building and furniture, no gowns which should be present in a 4 star hotel, maids who did not come to clean or even ask to empty the trash basket, noise coming from the hall.
To be honest, the front desk girls were kind.

Room was nice and clean, we asked for a room not facing the main street, which we got and it was nice and quiet.
also the staff were super friendly and had great service. As we were travelling with bicycles, they let us store them inside a luggage room, for 3 days after we checked out - as we were going on a trip around Sicily before sailing home.

Good room and clean. Location is good walking distance to most areas (20-30 from central station, 10 from market, etc).

The hotel should have check me in at 1:45 and not tell me to come back at 2:00pm. There was a group of 30 that walk in at 1:46 and the hotel staff member check the group in first.

staff (long blond hair who wear glasses) is unwilling to tell us the sightseeing points, after asking the first question, she circle the place on the map very fast and rude, i ask her the second question, her eye is despise to me, i don’t know why she is such impolite to me. the room is very close to the elevator, at night i don’t know why there was so many trolleys moving and make much noise. This is the worst ibis i lived!

I have stayed at the hotel several times and each time I have
had a most enjoyable stay. The hotel is conveniently located in
Via Roma not far from Piazza Politeama, one of the stopping
points of the airport bus. Management is friendly and attentive
and the breakfast is superb. There are convenient bus connections
to Stazione Centrale and other points. Not far from the hotel is
the archeological museum, well worth a visit. I am happy to recommend
this hotel.

This hotel was amazing. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. We had small problem with heating first night, and with no problem we got a better room immediatelly. Breakfast was very good. Location perfect.
