The room was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area again.

Uncomfortable beds staff is lazy sleeping instead of doing there jobs maybe good during ski season but a bad experience for those in there off season complimentary breakfast only during ski season is a smack in the face to those that rent during orher seasons wont recommend and wont make the mistake of booking here again.... dont waste your money

Place was shabby and run down, not at all what was represented. Indicated there was a bar and that was not true. Disappointing.

We could not find the host for the check in. The beds are hard as bedrock. It is a ski lodge, but it is dated.

There is only stairs to the second floor, so if you back heavy keep that in mind.

Greeted promptly by such a friendly and polite front desk employee. She offered plenty of options for entertainment. Very helpful. Lodge itself is in a great location and well kept, rooms are a bit outdated. Pool is amazing. Overall, we loved the lodge! Thank you!

It was a very nice facility and very economical. The staff was great! Surroundings nice. Views were ok, but you can just walk a bit to get real good ones!

Only there for one night. It was average accommodations. Rustic and a bit aged, but comfortable enough. Could have been a bit cleaner too.

The staff was very nice! Unfortunately, this is the off season so the inside lounge was closed. The place is very outdated, carpets are dirty. Rooms are ok, toilet bowl top was cracked. It is definitely not like the pictures online. Also their listed "game room" is only a Wii which didn't work, hockey table and some movies and books.

This hotel missed the opportunity to do some update’s in the 1980’s, and didn’t try to catch up afterwards. Really everything in worn out. A horrible matras, big stains on the ceiling, old and dubious carpet. An airco from the roman empire that didnt work properly. The bathroom was falling apart, like literally. Even an easy fix, the towels, did disappoint: to small, and very thin (due to aging). Add to this that it was the noisiest hotel i have ever been in. Although the hotel was not fully booked, I got upstair neighbours. The woke me up at 6.00, and I think they did not made extra noise, it was so noisy it sounded like (the very needed) construction work). Regarding the previous reviews (which I unfortunately did not read upfront), it must be known to the management that there property is noisy to the max. Why give people than rooms underneath eachother? Staff while checking is was nice though.

It was super nice the door wouldn’t stay shut unless you jiggled the handle but otherwise it was a great stay will be back again

Late season stay, great price and service.

Old building, noise level was a problem. We didnt sleep due to someone above us pacing throughout the night and a harley davidson pulled in at midnight. And even though we were on the forth floor it sounded like it was right next to us. Unless you are the heaviest sleeper do not stay here. Location is great for skiing but otherwise not worth it.

Very easily accessible property good size rooms

It was a magical weekend!

We stayed in the same room as last year and the mattress was horrible this year. It caved in middle and you rolled into each other with no padding to the mattress left. After years staying here for a weekend we might need to move on. We love the location, bar in hotel, and friendly staff but need a comfortable bed after a long day.

Friendly & convenient

Great location, great hotel, great pool! Excellent! Only complaint is the guest room doors slam all the time. Not a deal breaker.

Great heated pool and good location for skiing at Killington

Very good room for the rate and the purpose. Basically a place to sleep while in town for skiing. It was comfortable and would stay there again anytime.

The heated pool is a treat after a day of skiing. Everything is clean and neat, and staff are helpful and engaging.

The staff at the front desk were awesome. The heated pool was amazing. We used the family room too. The only thing it lacked was breakfast, but we knew that when we booked. Just wish it had been included.

The North Star Inn never disappoints. The room was nice, clean, hot shower, spacious. The lobby was comfortable, lots of stairs to sit at with a fire going. Nothing beats their heated outdoor pool with a view of Killington. Great location close to the mountain and restaurants. Five stars!
