Nice parking area. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Pool area a nice plus.

I and my wife have for the last 3 times stayed at Days Inn, Palm Springs. Always found it convenient, charming and very Palm Springs with a great pool. Our last trip 2 years ago in 2022 and now in 2024 shows that no money has been spent at all on improvements and it shows. To be honest the place is way too large. They would be better off selling half of the land, then spending the money on refurbishing everything else. And I mean, everything. Whilst there a main water pipe or something burst in one of the blocks, flooding the blocks ground floor and we had to be moved to another block (our 3rd move in 3 days) due to another issue. The 3rd move wasn't a problem and can understand why they moved us, but there was no explanation why we were being moved, although we could see the reason. Especially when you hear Jack hammering going on and water 5 inches deep. It's more about the state of the buildings and the lack of upkeep on the buildings and grounds thats the issue. Yes, pipes can burst and can happen at anytime or place. But the whole place is lacking love and care. Will be staying elsewhere on our next trip. Sorry, Days Inn. Just not the best experience.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The building itself was very old, and it smelled musty. The bathroom was a disaster— the faucet didn’t work, and we were forced to shower sitting in the bathtub because the water couldn’t reach the showerhead. The toilet barely functioned, making the entire experience even worse. To top it off, on the last day, I requested a late checkout by just one hour, but the young lady at the front desk was very rude and curtly refused, citing Labor Day. Despite it being Monday, most guests had arrived on Friday and were leaving because the following day was a workday. Her attitude was unnecessary, and I won’t be returning to this hotel.

Sadly, the key reader didn't work after several key card changes and visits from maintenance. Moved to another room and that key reader had issues and the door was difficult to open. We had to shoulder the door open. The shower was hot IF you ran the faucet but once you switched to shower mode it was cold. Staff is friendly but I will never stay at this Days Inn again.

The pool is great. Towels provided, quiet, perfect temperature and clean. However, the rooms have deteriorated the last several years. They used to provide a refrigerator with a seperate freezer, but in my room this time, the freezer portion was gone. Broken out I guess. They have a microwave which is nice but I gave the trash to a worker and dirty towels, expecting her to provide clean towels and a trash bag, which I had to ask for several hours later. No extra toilet paper, and th tissue ran out after taking 3 to 5 tissues. My wife and I are disappointed that it is deteriorating, and I expressed that to the front desk. She said they were remodeling. Additionally, the water was shut down twice during our stay.

My room's patio sliding door was jammed and not working properly. Other customers doors on the same floor were working.

Everything was good except that we had to wait after 3:00 to get our room

Although a bit dated, this hotel is pretty great. I’d say that the best part of my stay was the excellent customer service. The guy checking me in is just the nicest guy. Also, I made 2 requests. One for late housekeeping and one for late checkout and they followed through by informing their staff. Thanks to their great follow through, I was able to get some much needed rest.

Received a dirty room and was then put into the back building (400-500s) and it was old and sort of gross. Wouldn’t stay here again despite the pool area being nice.

3 beds and two bedrooms for 125$!! Great stop from AZ to the beach or Disney for families making the journey. Highly recommend this hotel

I always love staying here. Yes its a bit outdated but the pools are worth it and the staff is always friendly.

Room was decent. The bathroom was very small and old. Also the water smelled like sulfur so we refused to drink it or use it to brush our teeth. Had to buy bottled. Unfortunately the restaurant at the hotel was closed so we also had to eat breakfast elsewhere. Otherwise a decent hotel.

Been going to this location for quick trips for the last 6 yrs. After having a issue with the front desk 2 yrs ago over wrong rooms i stopped. After needed a room very last min I decided to try it again. Front desk is always rude like i am bothering them when checking in. All 4 ice machines did not work. Ac could not keep up in the rooms (only 106 outside), the room smelled musty, and while in the pool a lil girl vomited. The mom did the right thing and alerted staff. The manager and staff (the most employees ive ever seen working there) all came out and asked us to exit the pool for an hr while it was being “shocked”. While we waited the hr no one was even around, nothing was added, no one even tested the water. The fact they would lie just like that while saying the kiddie pool was safe (the pipes are connected) was shocking. Very saddening and disturbing.

Late night, last minute check in. Door lock un function able. Maintenance had to let us in. He couldn’t fix it but we weren’t leaving until morning anyway. Woke up to rodent feces in the bathroom floor and vanity, came in from a hole in the wall behind toilet. Took pics and reported to property. This room should have been out of service. But super nice staff. Building owners responsibility, not the employees.
