The tv was not working, adivse to get afirestick to watch wifi show, there was no hot breakfast

Water not hot in the shower. The room was extremely clean. The TV didn't work. Which turned out to be okay. The front desk staff was amazing. The coffee was good. But I miss having coffee in the room because I've never stayed in an Extended Stay before. I would definitely stay there before but you need to make the water in the shower hotter. Please. There was something wrong with the satellite dish or whatever so hopefully that's been fixed.

Terrible!
We were put into three different rooms due to things broken.
1st RM bathroom door did not close.
2nd RM big leak all over room.
3rd RM phone stopped working,TV off all night someone hit the satellite dish outside! When we came back to hotel after dinner, there were police all outside and in the lobby!
We did see workmen there fixing stuff in lobby and vending area.

The room and service were amazing. However the walls are thin so we could here everything. But overall was a great stay and will be using them again

Everything about this hotel was horrible. The check-in clerk was rude, when we got to our room, the folks above us had children running back-and-forth back-and-forth on a hardwood floor mind you rolling around in the chairs. When asked the front desk to change rooms, we were told no, when asked the front desk to book another room we were told no. We had five people in our reservation. We went to ask for towels when we noticed there was only 4 we were told we had to give towels to get towels. Five people for four towels, one hand towel, one washcloth. The beds were ok. Definitely not worth the amount they are charging.

Front desk was too busy chatting with his friend that was checking in to really make me feel welcome. Room was gross, sticky stains on floor, black lent balls in bedding and smelled like men’s cologne. Maybe not washed? The tub was old and peeling, the room smelled like mildew. No bueno. We left a day early and drove home 3.5 hrs instead of staying another night which was paid for. We locked ourselves out and went to get another key on Saturday at 3:30 pm and were green by a sign saying “ we have stepped away”. At 3:30? That’s when people are checking in! Sat and waited for 5 minutes to finally have a girl came from side office to help. It’s sad because we have stayed here before and this is the reason we came back. Not after this trip.

All went well for a quick stay

The continental breakfast was disappointing and there wasn’t really anything to eat. No cold cereals, fresh fruit, waffles, your typical breakfast you would see. This place didn’t have anything except coffee and left out overnight food?
Also our curtain in our room was like tacked on to a tape look a like and kept coming off. I was so tired I tried to stick it back on to the tackyness part of it tht it kept coming apart. The room looked newly renovated but there were small issues with the room.

The bathroom was dirty in the shower, there was used soap with hairs on the floor of the shower was hairs. It look like they haven’t scrubbed the tub in a while. The customer service was not so great also to get towels and more bedding sheets took a while. There was no breakfast, there was also no pool.

No breakfast, no coffee, had to make many trips to front desk to get each dishes needed.when you reserve a room with a kitchen youd expect there woukd be dishes in the room

I didnt notice until i brushed my teeth and shaved, that there was already shaved beard stubble around the sink. Seeings how my beard stubble is a different color and consistency, i knew it wasnt mine. The ironing board was dented in spots, so ironing my shirt left wet spots and hot spots. They made a big deal about smoking in the rooms when i checked in, yet, everyday when i git back to the room, i had to pass a cloud of Marijuana smoke. I cant stand that smell. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very good. Those were the low points. The bed was comfy and the fridge was cold, that beats a lot if other places!

The floor was sticky from whatever was used to clean them in the room and they where doing construction on the hotel I was there Labor Day weekend and first thing in the morning at 7am they started hammering and drilling

Convenient location for what we needed. Seems like majority of hotel consisted of long term guests. Room newly renovated and nice. Breakfast was almost non existent with the worst coffee. Packaged oatmeal, granola bars and one day muffins.

My room had been used prior to my arrival. The toilet was not working properly. The hall smelled of cigarette smoke and was noisy. Additionally the noise from the gas station next door was very loud.

Since the last time I stayed there, the room was upgraded. They took out the nasty carpet and replaced it with tile.New beds and furniture. A lot better than what it used to be.

Everything was good except the “breakfast included” part. Breakfast consist of prepackaged small muffins and oatmeal, and coffee. That’s about it. Close to the mall so there are plenty of restaurants available. Nice quiet and safe location.

Not clean. We had two kids with us who were sleeping on the pullout couch. When we went to put the sheets on the pullout, the mattress was covered in food, crumbs & miscellaneous. Has to shake all that off the team is best we could before we could put the sheets on.
