Very happy with our stay here. Very friendly and capable front desk and breakfast staff. Very clean and comfortable room.

I counted on being able to use computer and printer, but was surprised to find out it was broken and they had no idea when it was to be repaired. Went to the gym and was shocked when the treadmill was stuck on speed 1. the windows in the bedroom would not close tight so you could hear every car on the freeway next to the hotel. The staff was great and tried to help. I will not stay there again on a business trip.

I liked the hotel very clean and beds were comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the treadmill didn't work. The fitness room was very small with not very much stuff. Everything else was good.

The hotel room was amazing with a front living room separated by the bedroom area. Only downfall for us was our room was on the backside of the hotel closest to the interstate so heard cars all night. Other than that the hotel was wonderful and the staff was very kind!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This chain has been very good about my service animal and we don’t have problems during our stay. Bed was super comfortable

Hotel seemed new or at least recently updated. Very clean quiet and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

One of the TV's was not working, and maintenance is getting behind the wear on the hotel.

Great hotel for a nights stay. The only issue was the TV reception was a bit spotty. The breakfast was okay, but I also had the breakfast near the end of the serving time.

Great location right off the freeway. Very friendly staff. Large clean and quiet rooms.

The room we stayed in had some issues. The carpet was sticky and had some stains. Bigger issue was the bathroom, tub was dirty and so was the toilet. It looks like they are trying to update the rooms but the psint was peeling off the ceiling and parts of the baseboards were rotting away.

We've stayed here multiple times as it's conveniently located to relatives. The facilities are clean and nice, the staff is very helpful. We love that it is a dog-friendly facility, with grassy areas close to the property. The A/C system in our room this time was a bit too loud.

We called ahead to ask if we could come 1 hour earlier, even if it was just for 1 room. We had booked four rooms for a wedding, we were told no problem. Upon arrival we asked for the same floor for rooms as we had younger kids needed to be tended by other adults. Only 1 room was available, followed by our family waiting in the entrance for the other 3 rooms to be available which was well after check-in and on 3 different floors.

The front desk staff were VERY nice!
We checked in late and just stayed one night. It is very convenient to/from the highway which is what we needed, but the room was not as clean as I would have liked (someone's razor in the shower and there was mold). Beyond that, the room was very large and the beds were comfortable. There were two TVs so we could watch lots of Olympics. The breakfast fare was standard. It worked fine for what we needed.

We booked a king suite for 7 days but after sleeping in the room 1 night we asked for another king suite. Come to find out all the king suites are facing the busy, noisy freeway. So we asked to switch to a queen room. It was not a suite. The other side of the hotel facing away from the freeway wasn't as noisy but it was still not very quiet, especially in the mornings. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable, but if noise bothers you for sleeping choose another hotel off the freeway. Location was great, close to Costco, Texas Road House, etc... Staff was nice. Did not try the breakfast.

The staff were unique and extremely helpful, knowledgeable and supportive! Anything you needed, they were there for you.
I didn’t like the toilet, as it didn’t ever flush properly! The tub filled up with water when you showered! Yuk! And I hated the toilet paper! One ply isn’t acceptable.

They had absolutely NO water pressure. You couldn't get wet much less wash off soap or shampoo. Just enough water to make you feel like sweaty. Way overpriced compared to other Holiday Inns. Only thing good was all the employees were very kind and helpful. Will not stay here again. The shower is the reason you get a room instead of sleep in your car or tent!!!

Conveniently located. The staff here are as so nice. The gym was pretty minimal (no weights smaller than 20 pound dumbbells and no weight bench) but the facility was great overall and CLEAN!

The hotel was conveniently located for quick freeway access. The rooms were clean but need to be painted. Our bathroom door had several large spots were the paint was completely gone. It looked a little rundown.

The property is in a state of disrepair. The paint is chipping everywhere, and there are greasy, dirty smudges on the doors, walls, and appliances. The carpet feels crunchy, and the entire place smells damp and musty with mildew.
