We had a super comfortable stay , it was perfect for our needs , really enjoyed and would stay again !

Really great find!! Went to town for a concert and stayed overnight. The lobby bar was cozy, staff, exceptional and upgraded our room to pure comfort!! Will be back!!

Hotel room was tired. There was no fresh water bottles, coffees, tea, milk or other amenities. The cups and silverware were filthy so even with what we brought in we had no supplies with which to eat. The kitchen sink was broken so even water was not drinkable. In the bathroom there were no supplies such as body cream or q tips. Only supply was shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the wall. There was no food available after 6:00pm and no menu in the room as to what may have been served if anything. All in all this was the worst recent hotel stays we experienced especially in a Hyatt. Perhaps you could follow up on this review.

Great hotel conveniently located

My family and I stayed over for one night. Breakfast was delicious. Drinks from the bar were too strong I couldn’t drink it, the bartender couldn’t do a sex on the beach, it was only whatever was on their menu. The beds were comfortable. The soap, shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel are good quality… definitely felt clean after using it. There were some things falling apart at the room like where you place the toilet paper, and one of the bathtubs had some dark spots. There was a shortage of towels at the pool the day we stay over. The manager that was working that day was amazing, she was attentive, she was trying her best to get everyone towels at the pool, she was collecting garbage after people finished eating in the patio. We ordered pizza and a 2 litter soda and she noticed that we didn’t had cups and she went inside and got us cups for all of us. And I saw the manager working on different areas most of the day and talking to people making sure everything was alright. The best part about this place is that they have board games, dominos, card games that you can borrow to play with your family in the lobby on in the rooms… that was cool.

Andy the mixologist was very personable and really took care of us at the bar.

Property is clean and staff is nice.

The breakfast was good. We were staying multiple nights, so we asked the room keeper for towels, but she seemed reluctant.

The location is perfect, not too close but not too far from downtown white plains. Breakfast options could be better, same items everyday. The front door (lobby) staff is amazing. Mr. Willie R , is perfect for the job. He’s friendly, down to earth and very personable as well as professional.

What I didn’t like was that they gave me a different room. Asked why because it went through Expedia or another party participate. It was a small attached room to another.

Stayed for two nights for a family event. Our room was REALLY small. It was a "D" room which I believe is the adjoining room for a larger suite. I do not believe that is what we signed up for or paid for.

I would love to recommend this place to anyone best hotel

I was stating here because I’m doing a clinical trial at Sloan kettering in Westchester. I had a great stay at your hotel. The only problem especially because I’m dealing with lung cancer is that your hotel allows people to smoke right outside the front entrance.

Clean and quiet room, excellent breakfast options, within easy access to White Plains

we reserved the hotel because it had a pool. We were disappointed that the pool closes at 6:00 PM. We stayed in the Marriott and the Hampton Inn in the same week, and both had their pools close at 10:00 PM. Also the breakfast experience was very bad. We waited in line for about 10 minutes, and when it was our turn, there was no food. The lady who was supposed to refill the food was also making omelettes which didn't make sense at all. The line for the omelettes was also long and it was very slow too. The room itself was nice. However, the rest of the hotel experience was not satisfactory. We expect better service. Finally, for the pool we thought it was odd that we had to sign a waiver and the kids had to wear bracelets. None of the other hotels have that.

Everything was amazing! Excellent staff and delicious breakfast.
