Our stay was great, with a room with two queen beds, the room was freshly updated and very clean inside, Tv worked well, shower was nice, our room was perfect, comfortable one story building walk right to your room, breakfast was hot and included, waffles, cereal, juices, coffee, yogurt, eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, everything was consistently refilled. Check-in was easy and the receptionist was a nice girl. Great stay, for the price highly recommend !

We walked into this place and noticed how clean it was. Even though they were going through renovations, things were organized. The room was very clean. The morning breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful. Would stay out again We paid $110 for this room and felt like it was a bargain

This property was just fully remodeled and looks great! Easy on and off the highway and close to a lot of restaurants.

Arrived and facility was under construction. Checked in late, after midnight. Staying one night for a bed and shower on a long car trip. When we arrived at our room, the door was open, and bathroom door was locked from the inside.
Didn't feel like walking back to the front desk so I unlocked the bathroom door with a multitool. Thankfully no one was inside.
The room was recently renovated. Though very clean, the room had a strong unusual smell. Suspect it was a offgassing from the new furniture, particularly a new armoire by the door.
The desk layout was bizzare; needed to pull out the lower section to use a laptop, and then there wasn't enough room for someone to walk behind the chair because the bed was in the way.
Shower was finicky, but got it working.
The free breakfast was as-expected.
Staff was very friendly and the place looked like it was shaping up to be nice. Hopefully in a few months they'll have things worked out.

The property was very clean. Beds were comfortable, and the staff was very courteous and hospitable. I would have given them a five star review, except that there was construction going on when we stayed. I would not think twice about booking this place it’s a great place for a family to stay!

The property is under construction, I stayed on the first floor (pet-friendly), and the hallways are kind of rough looking, but my room was clean and the staff was very nice. I was stopping for a night on my way from New Hampshire to North Carolina and it was fine for what I needed

It was a pleasure to once again stay at the Best Western in Chambersburd, PA. the hotel is undergoing a complete update and even though some reconstruction is still being done the completed areas are extremely nice. We also found the desk attenant to be freindly and very helpful with our stay.

The hotel is currently going through renovations (didn't bother our stay) so everything is brand new the rooms (we had two) are completely up to date. We had plenty of hot water, beds were comfortable, the only downfall is there is dust in the main hallway due to the renovations. They are currently working on new tile flooring and closing off sections of the floor as they put new down and they have some cabinets in rooms that obviously need to be installed and redone. The front desk was very very friendly. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast: waffles, muffins, cereal, yogurt, eggs, bread, sausage, biscuits and gravy with coffee and juices. Hotel was conveniently located. I would stay here again.

THE PROPERTY AND ROOM WERE WHAT COULD BE EXPECTED FROM A STANDARD ROOM. DURING MY STAY THEY WERE REPLACING THE FLOORING SO THAT WAS INCONVIENT. WHEN I WAS TRYING TO FALL ASLEEP I COULD HEAR A CONTINUOUS LOUD CONVERSATION IN THE HALLWAY. IT SEEMED EACH PERSON WANTED TO BE LOUDER THAN THE OTHER. I THOUGHT IT WAS SOME GUESTS BUT WHEN I WENT INTO THE HALLWAY AT 1:20 AM TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE LOUD CONVERSATION IT WAS ACTUALLY TWO FEMAILE WORKER TALKING LOUDLY LATE INTO THE NIGHT. WHEN I TOLD THEM I WAS TRYING TO SLEEP THEY STOPPED TALKING.

The front of the hotel is partly blocked by scaffolding. The lobby floor is half missing and under construction. According to staff they have been working on the hotel for over 7 months.

Nice hotel. Under renovation and waiting for parts to arrive to complete the work. A little chaotic but staff handled the temporary reality with ease. Breakfast was nothing special, but had a number of choices often found in these type of hotels. The outdoor pool was all ours for 30-60 minutes. The water was great, WARM, and clean! Loved it. Would we go back again? Yes, I want to see the hotel when all upgrades are finished. oh, and our bathroom was in great condition!

The hotel is undergoing remodel which it needs but I shouldn't have to be inconvenienced because of this. The room AC unit was terrible and very loud. The traffic noise is so bad we felt like we were outside listening to it. Room was ok but a little dirty. Staff was excellent though!

Spacious clean room with older carpet. Hallways were rather dark, also with older carpet. Lobby was being renovated. Breakfast was basic, nothing special. Staff were very friendly. Too noisy near the ice machine.

When we arrived all we could see were mattresses and garbage in front in parking lot. We were little worried there was a problem. The girl at front desk was not friendly but assured us there was not a problem. She said we had to come back after 2 to check in which we did. My husband wanted to check the room to just make sure all was good and it was. All was good. The other girl at front desk was very friendly.We will stay at Best Western again. We cone to Chambersburg often. Thank you Patti Ostrander
