Property was well maintained and in a great location. The bar and restaurants have great food and with great views.

Nice people, hotel and facilities

We had a cabana with a separate parking lot. The view from the bar and breakfast is gorgeous.there are excellent restaurants in the walking distance. The massage felt wonderful after a day of hiking. The pool is great for the kids.

Really good family hotel. Wonderful water slide for kids. Our kids are 5 and 8 and couldn’t get enough. Solid breakfast. Good location.

One of the best places I've stayed at in chile

This is a beautiful property with everything you could want. The staff is outstanding.

This hotel is simply superb! Our base-rate room had a fabulous view of the lake, the volcanoes (yes, more than one!), and the town. Excellent restaurants and the downtown are an easy 5-minute walk along the waterfront. The hot breakfast is terrific and features lots of variety, fresh fruit, and also a view of the lake! The rooms are clean and cleaned thoroughly every day with fresh linens. Parking was free. But the real standout was the friendly, super-helpful staff at reception. JetSmart had lost one of our bags and weren’t answering their phone, but the reception staff tried multiple ways to contact them, and the bag arrived at the hotel hours later. We also had lost the Tourist Card issued by immigration when we arrived, which must be returned upon exit from Chile. The reception staff knew exactly what to do, applying online for a replacement, which is only in Spanish! They couldn’t have been nicer, more helpful, or more empathetic to our difficulties! We’d return here in a heartbeat!

Good quality hotel in a great location. Lovely lake view close to many restaurants

View is remarkable and rooms are good enough as if you were in a cozy souther house. Though that’s it. For one of the most known hotels in the area I’d recommend you to look away. Staff and quality of facilities is not worth the price.

This hotel provided pot in the room, so very convinient to have tea or coffee. During my trip to patagonia no other hotel was equipped with pot, so I had to ask hotel kichen for hot water or buy hot drink.

Pool was very impressive. Food was adequate but better in nearby restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful and location was great. Easy walk to town

Wonderful location. Room was perfect. We loved the buffet breakfast. Very good focus on customer service. Restaurant did a wonderful job for supper. We like it so much we circled back and stayed twice.

The people working there ware friendly and helpful. The pool area is great, I wish the wood tub was open. One of the things i didnt like was the state of the bathrooms, there are broken and unmatched doors handles.

La peor experiencia, enterarnos que tanto de la seo como el servicio de habitaciones solo lo hacen día por medio La habitación reservada no estaba disponible que nos ofrecieron una cabaña a 100 m del hotel y cruzando una calle pública. Cómo excusa de la pandemia. el hotel no ofrecía ningún servicio. Condiciones sanitarias deplorables por no Contar con personal que le permitiera aseo de cuartos diariamente.

We stayed 1 night to catch a flight to Patagonia. It was the start Convid problem.

Beautiful location, cosy room, friendly staff and fab restaurant called Aurelia 50m along the road - best food we had in Argentina but you need to book!
