You get what you pay for and I knew that going in. My room was clean, which is most important to me. The place is VERY dated, but is perfectly located. There is no elevator, so get used to the stairs. The shower changes temperature on a dime from cold to scalding, depending on others' water usage. Since I was traveling on a budget, this place worked fine.

It’s just a standard old hotel. Nothing fancy, but the morning coffee was hot. The biggest downfall of this hotel is they have no elevator. You have to carry all your gear up and down the stairs.

Room was across from ice machine so it was noisy late at night. When you leave the property it is difficult to see traffic because of the trees blocking the view. Pets are allowed however there is no area available for them to go to the bathroom so you have to leave to find somewhere for them to go so this is very inconvenient

This property was very clean. Everyone that helped us throughout our stay was very friendly. The breakfast was an extra special treat that we were able to grab right before we left back to denver.I would stay here again.

Checking in and out, the front desk clerks didn’t smile and didn't convey a feeling of warmth. The beds and pillows weren't especially comfortable. The bathroom shower appears to be leaking in the wall which resulted in crumbling plaster. The bathroom sink dripped. The breakfast room was very cafeteria style-like. Cost of room was comparative for the area.

Dog friendly per the website, however, they have a new system that allows you to check in on your mobile device after you make your reservation. On that system, it says the property is not dog friendly and there is a $250 fine for having a pet on the property. I brought this up to the staff member working who had no idea but said dogs were allowed for an extra $20. Other than that, this was a typical property that I have stayed at a few times prior. Easy access and used by a lot of road and contstruction workers with their trucks. It is a tight but well lit parking lot. I like this place.

Requested a king size bed but got two twin beds. I had to sleep diagonally or my feet would hang over the end of the bed. The mattress was not comfortable at all. The room smelled musty. When showering the water would alternate from extremely cold to scolding hot.

The rooms were dingy and the smoke detector still had a plastic bag over from previous guest to not trigger the alarm when blazing it. Sink was dirty, bathtub was dirty and had remnants of trash around it still. 400 bucks for two nights to stay in this is highway robbery.
Also not having enough spots to park in sucked too. Especially after getting back from a late night event.

It was clean, but it was older. I was expecting a newer hotel. There was not an elevator on The property and the parking wasnt the best. One ice machine for the entire builing on the first floor so if you were on the third floor it was a hike just to get ice.

It's close to everything like the rest of the hotels in the area. My room was across from the ice machine so people filling their coolers in the morning was distracting but OK. Room was clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast. I would stay there again.

Good, affordable, place to stay when visiting Summit County. The hot water in the shower could use an adjustment as we kept getting short bursts of really hot. The inconsistency didn't last long, and wasn't scalding, but it was quite uncomfortable and made one wary when taking a shower. Otherwise, the room was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed.

The hotel is well located and breakfast was included. It was pretty garbage otherwise. TV didn't work (cable out for the whole building all three days, despite the TV in the lobby working). Our room AC wasn't working, so we slept with the window open and the glorious sounds of I70 traffic to "lull" us to sleep. I told staff about the AC and they said maintenance would take a look (they didn't). There was no consideration of a room switch. Beds were stiff and pillows were garbage. Oh well, it was walkable to the Dillon Amphitheatre and we caught an amazing concert.

The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The television did not work at all, and the room was dirty. The chair had someone’s chips so spilled in it, and the bathroom had weird stains on the wall and towels. Not the best experience I’ve ever had, especially for the price of one night.

Property is in a convenient location. Overall was a clean facility, helpful staff. Only complaint is we were there for 5 days and our bed linens were never changed and the trash was never taken out.

This super 8 is exactly what it promises. It is one of the most affordable places in Dillon. Unfortunately I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for with hotels. The water in our room was dripping, the faucet on the shower looks like it had been broken for a long time, the hook on the back of the doors was hanging off, the staff was talking loudly all morning in Spanish in the hallway so that we couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was as expected, except there was a giant unused old water heater in the corner of the area where people eat. It was super awkward.
If I needed a very affordable place to stay, and I didn’t care about these things, this would be a great choice. The staff was certainly nice.

Upon reaching the property we were told we had no reservation. Even thought we had all of the reservation paperwork.
They just said we have no room for you. We called the day before to advise we would be checking later, and they said no problem.
