Check in was at 3 pm. Arrived around 4 pm as room wasn’t ready. Had to wait another hour before we could get into our room.

We checked in an hour after check in time and they still had to go make sure our room wasn’t dirty. Our towels had spots on them and were dirty.

It was nice for my family and I. It was clean, we liked the kitchen in the room.

Very accommodating even when they were almost overbooked, quiet and comfortable. Good value.

Safe and quiet

This motel is situated near many dining options within 500 feet and a local Walmart for any last-minute needs. However, I was disappointed to find out there were no USB ports in the room itself. So bring your charging block because the technology has not arrived at this motel yet. Also, if you plan to cook, be prepared to pay for an upgrade fee to rent their cookware for use. Whereas other hotels, it’s right there in the drawer for you to use. No coffee maker in the room. No toothpaste, one paper cup. But the room was nice and clean, and that is what counts at the end of the day.

Reception staff was very rude and unprofessional, they were keeping “I will be back” sign at the desk used to leave the desk for ling time. While booking this property online, I had requested extra comforter which I never got. Lift was not working, we had to lift and carry tge baggage. People atayimg on the upper floors were causing disturbance by thumping and making loud noises while walking for the whole night. Rooms/ bedding was not clean. Not enough electrical points to charge the phones. No drinking water, not enough breakfast menu. Sad thing is reaching Hotel.com customer care takes lot if time.

The property cancelled my reservation because they were overbooked

The property was well taken care of from outside and in the lobby. The water temperature was good. The rooms can be upgraded. My bed was creaking every time that i got in and out of it. The rest of the room was ok. The price was good for what i received.

The service desk had friendly employees, the rooms sucked ! Wouldn’t be so bad if they didn’t smell like dirty clothes and must ! Beds were average cheap beds , rooms would have been decent if they were clean , curtains have holes in them like they are dry rotted , over all this is a cheap dingy spot that needs a make over asap

Was surprised to find this hotel was also providing housing for individuals. I understand the title indicates some guests may opt for an extended stay, but to share space with folks who consider these rooms temporary housing should be explicitly stated in the description. Also, the rooms smell of smoke. The front desk agent and manager were both kind and accommodating to my concerns. They changed my room once due to overwhelming smoke odor and while my 2nd room was better, it still had a strong odor of both perfume and smoke once I turned the AC off. They would have moved me again but I was tired and had already unpacked. Other than the smell the room was clean. The long term residents were friendly and welcoming, however it was uncomfortable to share space with them because I work in social services and did not want to also vacation with the people I provide services to. Had there been a more accurate and transparent hotel description prior to booking regarding the shared space model, I like to think I would have had different expectations walking in and had a better experience, but ultimately the smoke odor will keep me from ever going back.

Great staff

We booked 2 rooms for a few days for business. The rooms were filthy and unsanitary. The sheets were stained and the floors were extremely dirty. There was a raw onion left in the fridge. It was as if the rooms were never cleaned or sanitized prior to our stay. I highly do not recommend this hotel. Shame on Extended Stay America brand for allowing this to happen. Shame on Expedia for placing this hotel in their list. Very disappointed.

If i make a reservation 2 weeks in advance and pre pay,my room should be ready when I get there. IT WASN'T.

It was a ok stay the breakfast is a grab and go I didn’t like that at all also the room smelled like smoke the whole hallway smelled like smoke on the first floor just cigarettes plain through. The staff was amazing but wouldn’t stay there again I see they didn’t clean correctly because there was a used bar of soap sitting right on top of the bathtub very much DISGUSTED

They over booked the rooms and did first come first serve so the people or arrived later had no rooms but it already charged all of our cards (there was me and 2 other families that got turned away and told the same thing that they had been full since 5:30 am) we all booked throughout yesterday, I was told by a previous employee this specific hotel does this all the time.

There was a strong smell of Marijuana the entire time I was in my room and in the hallways.

It was cheap.

Room was ok, plastic mattress protector with no fitted sheet- just a flat sheet laid on top. Thin blanket, was given a hard time when we asked for an extra blanket. Shower squeaked when we turned it on until we twisted the shower diverter and held it. Water was hot though which was nice. AC worked well. The room could have been cleaner but there weren’t any bugs or anything crazy.

Very professional & friendly staff! Best value of facilities for the money they charge.

Soon soon as me and my husband walk through the door the receptionist was very nasty to me. I don't understand why she treated me like that. She didn't even greet me and if you go back and look at the videotape she immediately just start dogging me out where my husband had to step in and tell her to be a little more courteous to me. Very rude, nasty woman.

This property was heavily used. Lots of folks sitting around outside in order to smoke. The bathroom door in our room was sticky, like it needed to be cleaned. The shower/tub faucet did not shut off completely constantly dripping.

Nice place but the smell is a little strong
