Don't stay here. Our business meeting ran longer then expected so we asked for a slightly longer checkout and the hotel (Logan) was extremely unaccommodating. He said if we were longer then 10 minutes past checkout time they would charge us for another full night. The hotel was not booked and housekeeping was on a different floor cleaning, so they wouldn't have got to our room for potentially hours. Due to this, we ruined our relationship with a client since we couldn't call them from a loud cafe in town and we were driving to Whitehorse the entire day. The hotel also has a restaurant but doesn't offer room service so you have to go down to get drinks. We bought a bottle of wine for the room because of this but the hotel wouldn't let us use a bottle opener or give us cups, so we ended up having to leave to a restaurant. This place is cheap and feels like a hostel.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was great, facilities were clean and cozy!

It is unacceptable that this hotel only has guest wifi in the lobby, not in guest rooms. The owners clearly are coasting on the tourist trade, but they need to join the 21st century and upgrade the wifi all around.

We enjoyed our stay. Most properties popular with tourists this time of year cater all their customer service to the cruise ship passengers, Westmark made us feel just as special as that group. Being from Alaska, that means a lot.

The room is very clean and the king bed is very comfortable. The only problem we had was the wifi is not available in the room, only available in the lobby.

Staff helpful and friendly. Room large, clean, well-equipped, quiet. Location great - walking distance to everything. Lovely garden area for having a drink at the end of a day of sight seeing.

The air conditioner was great. The hotel needs WiFi in all the rooms.

There were 2 large unsightly cracks in our ceiling that had been poorly repaired

I was a bit disappointed I booked and paid for two room’s assuming that it was understood I would want the two rooms next to each other ( I booked these rooms in may for a July stay) but when we got to the property I was on one floor and my sister on another. cable wasn’t working

It is a large hotel however very quiet. Had a good night’s sleep. Then enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning. Would recommend!

Staff and food were excellent. It is sad that on the Demster Hwy in the middle of nowhere a small tiny motel had better wifi than a major hotel chain. No wifi in the rooms and very limited in the lobby. We stayed twice. One room had AC and a frig. The 2nd room didn’t have either. I don't understand why a $125 dorm frig isn't in every room. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

Both front desk and restaurant staff were very polite and helpful. Loved the view of the gardens.

Great place to stay in Dawson, location made it easy to walk around the town without getting into a car (always a bonus for me!) Maybe the only downside, wireless was only available in the lobby (across the street from where we were staying). But really since we were there to experience nature, no internet wasn't that hard of a hardship!!

Quaint town with great views. Check in did not tell us that the 2nd floor did not have an elevator or air conditioning. Pretty hotel…but not accessible to older people

A fun and charming hotel in Dawson. Larger than expected, with a very pleasant courtyard.

It was very clean and quiet. It’s in the center of town and within walking distance to everywhere. Only complaint was for the money I spend I would like wifi in the room. Other than that, it’s a great stay and I highly recommend it.

Checkin and staff attentiveness was poor. Four people standing behind the reception desk without helping anyone doesn’t make a good impression.

great hotel in Dawson City, staff was extra helpfully very nice! Food at Belinda's was yummy just wish they had a regular breakfast menu as only a buffet.. great spot in the centre of everything.
