There were 2 front desk staff to greet us. One who was helping my adult son and his family. She was wonderful. The one who helped us acted like she would rather be somewhere else.
The hotel is right across from a train yard and our room window looked out on it. I was bothered a couple of times during the night by the noise.
There are no other businesses along the street, but there are many restaurants and shopping within a half mile.
The room we had was a suite and was large and accommodating. It was clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was great. Parking lot was ample and although the elevator was down for a rebuild, the climb up one flight of stairs was made better by being able to park right outside the door.

The elevator has been out of service for some time, being part of major construction in the entire building. No handicap rooms available on the main level, so they put us on 2nd floor. A bellman hauled our belongings upstairs. This inconvenience kept us from enjoying the pool and breakfasts, and simple excursions. Stairs caused us both much lasting pain during the stay. The bathroom door is pocket-style; solidly stuck in the pocket, and the pull-device is snapped off. ZERO bathroom privacy. The tub had hairs. The view is of the busy railroad less than 100 feet away.

Hotel's elevator was broken and there was no warning given when I checked in. It was a hassle to go up three flights of stairs every time we left the hotel and especially carrying our suitcases. The hotel was expensive and in an industrial area. You hear trains going by right across the way throughout the night

Elevators were under construction. Beds were not very good. Phone did not call out or to front desk, hot and cold in shower were reversed. Front desk friendly but nonchalant when told of problems. Did fix tv as would not channel select after on.

room was large, clean, staff friendly. My only complaint would be the beds were not as comfortable as I would have hoped. It was quiet, pool and spa were open even though it says it closes in Sept. we stayed 3 nights in October. Enjoyed that the hotel was away from casinos, noise and Vegas lights.

There is a train track across the street and is in the airport flight pattern so it is a little noisy.

Had a quick one night stay after a flight from the UK before moving on to Utah, staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, tidy and I enjoyed my brief stay

I really love Best Western. Just a few things about this one that I think need improvement or a comment. The location is really not easy to get to with having to pass it and take a turn. That can't be changed but I did find that hard, not being a city driver. I noticed dust on the lights above the check in and also at the entrance in my room. Look up when cleaning. :-) In the bathroom there was only about 1/4 roll of toilet paper with no spare roll...that seemed a bit stingy and who wants to call the front desk for toilet paper? Check in was good but not overly friendly. Mostly the hot tub jets don't work and the water Luke warm and there was no sign posted that they don't work. Thanks! I'll stay at Best Western again.

$150 security is outrageous while I thought $50 security deposit is unnecessary in other hotels. Checking in staff was not nice to put us in a room where two big dogs were barking loudly and constantly next door, we insisted in changing the room, they did but why? knowing there were two big dogs right in room 130 connected to our 131. Bathroom exhaust fan was big noise although the hotel seems to be fairly new.

Love a good Best Western Plus. Stayed here about 3 years ago as well and it’s been updated I think? It was good the first time and this time. Had my extended family here with young children and it was great. Breakfast was nice. Clean rooms. Quiet. Close enough to the Strip to drive but far enough away it’s quiet and kid appropriate. Will come back again!

The first room we had was suppose to be a non smoking room but it smelt like cigarettes also the hot water was not working so we asked if we could change rooms, they we able to switch me rooms and accommodated for me which was overall great

Train tracks right across the street. A large and noisy a/c compressor located right outside the room window. The room smelled of tobacco. The drain in the bathroom sink smelled like a sewer when the water was turned on.

On line said the pool was Indoor which is incorrect- breakfast was horrible to get through due to only having one toaster and literally only one waffle maker for the whole place! Who does that! Pictures of the facility on line looks totally different than in person! Pool area was out of towels and we had 5 people and could only get two towels from the front desk! Not impressed with this best western

People were nice however the room was a nightmare. The smoke detector kept beeping and even when batteries were taken out. The toilet had no water pressure and had to manually fill the tank with the cups in the room to get it to flush. There was a sitting area with a pull out couch that had NO lights. The room was dark and dingy. Night 2 still beeping smoke detector and at 11:00pm they finally moved us to a different room. Just a horrible experience.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS BEST WESTERN! Best Western Plus is supposed to have updated rooms and property and this one did not. Made this reservation through a third party for someone else and they told me the smell in the room was terrible, everything looked old and dated and the hotel was near train tracks. And the breakfast was subpar; wasn’t sure if they were real eggs or not. For $181, it wasn’t worth it.

We had an awesome experience in the hotel. The pool and pool area was clean, it did smell heavily of bleach but it awas tolerable and there was clean towels at hand and handicap accessibility into the pool! The breakfast was so tasty! There was a variety daily, you can even ask for to go plates to take back to your room. The room was clean, didn’t smell, it was comfy enough. The staff was friendly from the front desk to the housekeeping to the kitchen personnel.
