A motel on steroids is what I’d call it but breakfast was not bad.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I wouldn’t have been back if the first stay wasn’t nice. I intend to stay again.

Booked a handicap room. It had a walk in shower and that was about it. Only one grab bar in the entire room. It was in the shower. Shower drain was very slow causing water to end up on bathroom floor. They could not seem to fix it. The toilet was super low. My wife was unable to get off it by herself. When I called the front desk she sent a maintenance guy to bring an “extender”. He brought a plunger instead and could not figure out what we needed. Marie (the desk lady) was excellent and came to the room herself, but the extender was of little or no help. Trying to plug anything in near the bed like a CPAP would not have been possible without my help. I had to move the mattress to do so. The window would open which is nice but the screen had a large rip in it. There was a fair amount of noise from I94. They had a pipe break and there was no water for about 5 or 6 hours in the morning. Tried to check out at the front desk at around 10:30am. There was no one at the desk so I finally just left after about 10 minutes. I called a little later and after about 5 minutes someone answered and claimed they were there all morning. I tried to talk to the manager about these issues including suggestions to make things more handicap friendly. All I got was excuses like “all of our toilets are like that” and “another grab bar would not be useful.”

This hotel is old and tired and we stayed there only because it was the only option available for a game weekend. The price we wait was ungodly given the hotel but it was all we could find in the vicinity.

Usually my go to place. Great pool! Usually VERY clean & comfy. Getting to second floor rooms is a big pain with any amountnof luggage. Could've been cleaned a little better this time. Breasfast is always the same whick is ok except for the sausage links and bussiness room seems to be out of working order very often. Comfy beds, GREAT staff, easy parking but recent increase in price caused me to go else where last few trips.

The pros: convenient location; comfy bed; decent size room; tile floors (vs carpet); staff promptly brought bedding when we called for it; free breakfast The cons: pull out sofa bed had bad stains, crumbs, and no bedding in room; 4th floor had a weird smell and ice machine wasn’t working (on any floor); AC wasn’t working great. Lots of humidity in the room. Stains on ceiling (pictured). Room wasn’t dirty but didn’t feel ‘clean’ either.

Hot tub jets didn't work, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, and have the TV stations didn't work. They only service the rooms every 3 days but dont tell you that when you checkin so you always have to get more towels. Breakfast toaster was broken, waffle machine didnt work right so had to guess. Bathroom size was ridiculous, door was not easy to open or close and you practically had to get in the shower to close the door behind you. Not sure if the Hampton next door is better, but look there first.

This hotel badly needs maintenance and renovations. Hallway carpets dirty, room interior needed painting, toilet was an antique that wobbled when you touched it. Breakfast was the worst I’ve had in any comparable hotel. Waffle maker burned waffles, there were no spoons, sausage looked and tasted terrible. Also breakfast area not handicap accessible (two or three steps up and down to get to it). The lobby looks new, but don’t let that fool you!

The hotel itself is pretty old feeling. Everything pretty much needs an update. Empty shelves in the snack room, the free water in the lobby were both empty when i came out 2 different times/days, while the lady behind the desk say scrolling on her phone and never even looked up or acknowledged us checking out so we just walked away. But the worst part was our room was legit right in the lobby and the curtains didnt go all the way over and the bright lights kept me awake all night because it was essentially like having a spotlight shining in our room in the dark. It was horrible.

The staff were ftiendly and helpful. The breakfast was satisfactory. The orange flavored water is excellent. The coridor carpet needs cleaning. The room was cleaned everyday and that is a plus. I would recommend this hotel.

Great spot for the price!

The automatic front door is permanently open. The hallway carpets are so dirty they need to be replaced. Our TV said “no signal” (during the Olympics) before and after they sent a guy to fix it. Had to use a cell phone to call the front desk. Staff speaks Russian and Spanish but no English. Someone knocked and OPENED our door before I could get to the door; the front desk said it was staff. We needed a hair dryer and had to wait for staff to find one in another room. It was exasperating. The pool looked nice, although it is quite public. Breakfast was good.

Great place for our anniversary. Room felt clean and homely. Breakfast was quite good (we like tater tots for breakfast now).

just bad

Nothing like images!! Hot tub looks like a soup bowl. There’s NO gym, it says it’s closed for maintenance, but it’s been empty for weeks! They shut off the water and never told guests, because none of the phones work in rooms. A/C in rooms don’t work well. Guest smoke marijuana in rooms which flow into near rooms. Hotel employees won’t check which guest are smoking inside their room and just spray odor freshener in halls. Breakfast is Motel quality. Switched room due to missing smoke detector and wires sticking out of the wall (room smelled like cigarettes). Ice Machines never have ice. I have pictures.

We liked the convenient location. The room and bed were comfortable. The shower curtain was in disrepair and would not stay closed.

This hotel was disgusting and nasty, the linen was nasty, the entire room reaped of smoke and the tub was nasty and the front desk staff was rude and the housekeeper didn’t speak absolutely no English.

Toilet didn’t work in first room only 1 chair in room I’ll not stay there ever again

Ice machines were not working, the ones that were looked like they were in need of a deep clean.

First room was dirty, smelled, paint peeling, rust, old, could see old yellow dirty mattress pad, hair in the bath tub. Second room had been updated but the bathroom smelled moldy, tub didn’t have a stopper and didn’t drain, sink stopper was broke and air conditioner made a large humming noise like a cricket. However, the young gentleman that checked me in was very nice and the young lady that was working when I came to tell them about the room was so sweet and immediately moved me to the second room. Because she was so sweet and kind I didn’t go back and say anything about the second room. I don’t normally like to complain.
