A lot of crackhead around

I was almost petrified to enter the room or take my socks off. It’s very similar to Section 8 housing. Windows were missing, strong smell of garbage and fresh weed around every corner. It’s doubtful the Health Department is aware of these conditions.

BEWARE OF BEDBUGS! I got over 80 bedbug bites from my bed at the property; my husband was in the other bed, and he got no bites. The exterior of the property looked ok. We had no Wifi. The support sturcture for the beds were bad. The inside was dirty and very worn. The toilet didn't work properly -- you had to take the back off and reconnect the chain after almost every flush. The light in the kitchen area flickered constantly and was very bright. The tv didn't work well and the microwave oven was nonfunctional. The room we had in the property should not be used until it is renovated.

Currently waiting on my apartment and this is a nice getaway for a few weeks …everyone minds their business and the staff is super helpful and friendly

Worst hotel room I’ve ever been in. Filthy. Cigarette butts. No towels. No shower curtain. No trash can. No smoke detector. Unsafe is an understatement.

Serious Roach problem. Rats at night near stairs and trash cans. Found Tv disconnected from cable. Dirty oven. Holes on the wall. Dirty bed linen.

Excellent hotel, very good value.

I'm in the hotel right now about to call the cops over my missing drum. I book these cheap rooms to work on my music away from people, last night the clark that checked me in DIDNT set my check out date correctly. I made a reservation via expedia.com as always...checking in on the 2nd and out on the 3rd....the night clerk advised me to CANCEL that reservation and he would book me in at the time i arrived so i wouldn't have to wait untill 8am to check in. I agreed and canceled the expedia reservation with the understanding that i would be checking out on the 3rd. when i woke up this morning, i noticed that i didnt have a cable i need for another piece of equipment, so i left the hotel went home and got the cord. When i got back to the hotel i went directly to the room and used the key i got LAST NIGHT to enter the room to find the following items missing: A laptop, the carrying case for the laptop, a samsung tablet, and the drum machine with a specialty cable that connects it to the USB-C port on my laptop, and a $419 check. I went to the front desk to report the theft and was told by the clerk working today that HE was with the folks that took the items from the room due to it being PAST the check out time. ( I didn't leave the room until around 840AM today). He repeatedly told me that all the removed items were there behind the desk, he gave me a large garbage bag with my laptop

Great hospitallity and staff Clean room

Wonderful staff!! They were very courteous and kind during my stay. Clean rooms, parking lot and walkways. I give them a 5 star rating!!

The General Manager alwags goes above and beyound to make sure myself as well as all other guest and their familes are well taken care of and treated with respect during their stay here.. If there is a issue he is fast to resolve witha great attitude. Rooms are very clean with comfty beds and quiet place to sleep

Friendly, helpful staff that actually helped when possible. I ran into a couple maintenance issues that they promptly fixed. There were some roaches, but that was primarily because the room door was poorly sealed. Once I threw a towel on it to cover the gap, it was bug-free. I'll be letting them know to get a maintenance crew on it asap. Given their reponsiveness, I'm sure they'll get it done so it won't be an issue for others later.

Great deal for the area and weekly stay

Just recently moved out waiting on approval from my other place and this was closest to me and I’ve been here for about 2-3 weeks and I have no problems and the staff is very kind and helpful

Antonio the property manager gave me awesome customer service he was very helpful in making sure my needs were met during my week stay! Room was exceptional for the price! And i will be staying again for sure !

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days. My entire stay was very quiet and every guest basically kept to themselves. The only times there were issues with being loud was a few dogs inside the rooms barking like crazy. Of all the staff I came across there were 2 that went above and beyond. When housekeeping cleans the rooms after guests leave, they should do a little better because I ended up having to clean my entire room. And last, too many homeless people hanging asking for money and cigarettes.

DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!!! It was horrible. My room wasn't ready, took over an hour to clean and even then it wasn't. Front drsk staff was never in the office. The manager and staff hung outside the lobby with long term guests. Smoking everything. My room had roaches in it. Tried to complain both to the manager and to their corporate office and that didn't help at all. There was so much, i cannot even write it all down on here. Just stay away

Nasty roach infested hard beds broken toilet

My family and I stayed at I-40 Motel 6 during spring break. We reserved room online hoping to cut down check-in time. We arrived late into the night tired and ready to go to bed. The manager was very curious and quick. Within 5 minutes I was back at the car room key in hand. Property was well lit and quiet. When we got to our room it was clean and all the commodities promised online were there. Housekeeping was very accommodating. Everyone was very nice and respectful. Quiet, fun and relaxing atmosphere. We had a delightful two-day stay and will return.

I frequent Greensboro quite often. I prefer to stay at Motel 6 I-40 because it's convenient, I'm comfortable there, the rates are great and I have an overall good experience. The staff is helpful, friendly, respectful and accommodating. If an issue should arise I'm sure they would address it promptly. I would bring my family here to stay. It has a relaxed, quiet and safe family atmosphere. I think they're setting standards the others should follow. Thank you Motel 6 for making my stay relaxing and safe.

I love the kitchenette rooms, I love the maintenance people here. Housekeeping can do better jobs at cleaning the rooms and under beds, other then that it’s overall great, I was accommodated for every concern I had and there quick to help :) Shout out to Antonio & E for being superior maintenance men

My stay at Motel 6 Greensboro I-40 was very pleasant. They have new management that is very courteous, respectful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is on point with anything you need. The property is clean and welcoming. I felt safe walking my pet at night. They are pet friendly which is a plus for me! I'll recommend them to friends and family.

This was the worst hotel I ever experienced. We decided to turn in the key and go elsewhere.

The manger was very rude n hostile with me and I’m a very nice person to everyone I meet and when I told him he was being rude and hostile he never apologized just said that was him.
