Liked that it had a pool and that we could walk to dinner.Waffles for breakfast is always nice.

The people that worked the front counter were very nice and friendly. But the beds were terrible. We used 2 rooms each room had 2 people, out of the 4 adults 3 could barely get up the next morning because the beds were so hard.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel. I also feel that they, along with other hotels in town, were playing games with their rates due to some wildfire evacuations in the area. $150 per night for a weeknight in a 1 star facility is a bit much.

Big rooms.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. We checked in, and were given a room on floor 2 (a non-pet floor). We walked in and noticed it was musty and smelled strongly of wet dog. Floor 1 & 3 are pet floors so we turned on the air, hoping that it would subside, but my disabled traveling companion started feeling extremely nauseous from the smell. We had paid $225 a night and had been in the room for maybe 30 minutes but the front desk refused to honor a refund for the first night as we had "already checked in." They cited a policy which stated a refund was not permissable after check in, even in a case such as room condition. We found another hotel for over $400/ night and left. I have honestly never experienced a front desk agent ever be so inconsiderate, especially when the reservation had been booked just an hour before check in. It was a very high rate, deplorable room condition, and just inconsiderate "customer service." Hotels.con for their part tried to get the front desk to agree to a refund but the staff said they would only refund the second night. I wouldn't risk booking here. If you have ANY issue with the room they will not refund you even if they're unable to provide a clean room.

Very easy to freeway. Close to eateries and shopping. The hotel needs a little TLC, but the room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was awesome.

Already did that in the review. Only comment was that I reserved the unit and paid for in it in my name. For some reason it was booked in my deceased husband's name. We didn't even have that card when he was alive. Was o.k., but wonder where that came from, as has been gone many years.

The carpeting throughout the facility is filthy. The bathroom sink and toilet were filthy as well. Garbage was strewn about in the pool area, and the breakfast was very minimal. I would not stay here again, spend the extra 50 bucks and book somewhere else with a higher rating and a decent breakfast.

Was run down

We stayed here on a wednesday night. Took my kids to pool and they have smoking area right by it. So of course the smoke was right there. The pool railing is failing apart and the steps have paint peeling off. We had stock trailers with us and at first told us we couldn't park at the hotel and we would have to get permission from fred meyer to leave them there overnight. When we threatened to leave they changed their mind. On arrival, the front desk lady was clearly on a personal call and continued her call calming someone on the phone to only set it down to help us. They had boards in all the hallways, the carpet is was loose and stained. People screaming and cussing in hallways at 2am. The ac unit worked but was soo loud that sleeping was very difficult. The breakfast in the morning was a joke. It was a bed in a run down room that felt unsafe for my kids. For the price go somewhere else!

I checked in at 3pm and my room was not cleaned till almost 4 pm and the bath tub feels like it's going to fall down to the first floor.

Worst night of sleep ever! Dogs barking all night next door. I had to leave at 4am just because I couldn’t rest

Well we found the room very dark - no main light. One of the bulbs in the bathroom was out as well. We could hear next door's TV behind our heads in bed, almost to make out the words! The breakfast was limited, certainly nothing to write home about and our early morning call to wake up did not happen. A nice room to be sure, but not our best hotel on this trip also to be sure....

Room was very clean and the king size bed was amazing!

Hotel is in not so good of a condition. Room smelled smoky upon arrival even though it said nonsmoking. Hallways and stairs have outdated carpet. Pool looked to be open to parking lot where anyone could just walk in.

Good place to stay for a night.

Our room door would not lock and I paid for a king bed and was smaller than a queen.

The grounds have litter, it's a very old hotel, stains on the lobby carpet, etc, surprised my room is very clean 👍

Nearby grocery store for things i needed. Gas station across the street. Very helpful.

Room/suite was as advertised. Specious, excellent bed. Fridge & coffeemaker but no microwave. Only negative was the poor selection for breakfast. No bagels or yogurt or biscuits & gravy. Would stay again when traveling through the area & provide own breakfast. Patricia 06-15/16-2024
