Accessible room was partially accessible. Shower stool too large to fit in the shower. Pool out of order due to refurbishment.

Under no circumstances should this place be open to the public!!! It has the appearance of a place frequented by the lowest rungs of society. I've never had to stay some place this horrendous. I spent $80 dollars at Walmart for cleaning supplies, bedding. and towels as I did not did mot trust the cleanliness of these items. I requested a non smoking room. The room smelled as if someone had been smoking since cigarettes were created!!! To say im displeased would be the under statement of the year!!

Good but need pool open

Dirty towels, wet carpet, smelled terrible, humidity stains on ceilings, shower drain conducive to flooding. General state of disrepair. Keycards stopped working. When confronted, receptionist’s reply was: “This is a workers’ hotel”. Had to be pressured before they would give us a better room. Poor customer service. Very disappointing. Property had nothing to do with what was advertised.

The pictures are nothing like the experience. Do not stay here. The rooms smell awful, moldy, wet. The bed was tilted and worn out, small pillows. Roaches. I was there for about 45 minutes before leaving and they wouldn’t honor a refund.

I had 3 different rooms to get away from the BUGS. Don't stay here, they were indifferent and when I said I should be given some sort of a discount for the aggravation, I was told, " I doubt that will happen " I travel a lot for work but I will NEVER stay there again.

I jus love the beds

I reserved a suite and specified in my reservation that it was for 3 adults and one child(teenager). We were supposed to have 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa sleeper but there was only 1 queen bed and the sofa sleeper. The sofa didn’t have any linen and we couldn’t get any from house keeping. I was not pleased.

The look of the property was not appealing. The lobby restrooms we pretty gross and we had quite a wait to get checked in. When we arrived to our room, the keys did not work. We had to go back 2 more times to get them to work. On our third attempt, we were informed by another guest that their key could open any door on the premises. The unfortunate thing was that this issue was never actually addressed or taken care of, to my knowledge. We had to return 2 more times over the course of our stay to have our keys re-activated, which was quite frustrating and inconvenient. The room was clean overall, although the linens were quite dingy and it smelled of marijuana. I will say that there were no bugs and although the premises did not necessarily feel safe, there was very little noise and no issues with other guests. The cleaning staff was very kind and helpful, always working hard and smiling. The breakfast left a lot to be desired.

If you just need a place to lay your head for a night it’s fine. Not somewhere you’d want to be cozy at. Towels need to be replaced, carpet definitely does not get vacuumed regularly, mirror fell off the wall and maintenance was off for the day (there was a hole behind the mirror) and tv went out and had to be reprogrammed. Definitely would not stay again.

This place is literally on its last legs! I had to stand in the shower to try to close the bathroom door, which would not close. The yellow/orange caulk around the sink was clearly loaded with some kind of fungus or bacteria. The cover over the comforter Had mysterious stains on it so we had to remove it. I guess for what we paid a night you can’t expect much but everything else in the area was sold out so we were stuck. Just know what you’re getting.

The room was good for the price but my complaints are the wash rags and towels were dirty. You could see stains and brown spots on them. The ice machine didn't work and the TV stopped working. The toilet hadn't been cleaned hence the brown ring. I booked a 2 bed room. Instead I got a room with a pullout sofa. I called asking for covers for my child on the pullout bed and never received them.

Its a nonsmoking room but it smells very smoky, yuck.

At check in I got to room and through the door you could smell the marijuana. Asked for another room given key to a room that was occupied. My mom had another room that had the smell of marijuana and broken couch bed. Random smell of other drugs being smoked in courtyard. Drunk man wandering around trying doors with his key. Worst experience ever

Not sure why Expedia and the property still advertise smoking rooms as options. It was terrible. When I explained to both people checking me in, there was no sympathy or empathy. They offered to switch to non smoking but for an additional cost. If we cancelled it would mean losing all our money. Horrible customer service.

We checked in walked into room walked out less than 2 mins. We would not stay because of smell they refused to refund money. Then 4 days later charged my card $5 to see if it worked. I locked the card then they tried to charge me $63 thank god I locked it. After keeping my money they tried to steal more.

The bed was suppose to be a queen size bed, it was a full. Also the door lock or latch, you had to slam the door in order to close it

Checking in, I noticed the staff was dirty and slovenly. There didn't seem to be any pride in their appearance, but they were nice. I was also surprised when they informed me of a fee that would be assessed if there was damage to the room ( never heard of that). As I settled in to sleep, the room next door got loud and I heard loud music. The staff lied and told me it was the Waffle House in the area. What! I also mentioned the phone was not operable. He told me they were disconnected as most people have cell phones now. What! Never stayed in a hotel where there was not a working phone in the room. How cheap! If you need to get a hold of the front desk you have to use your own cell phone. What! There should always be access to a phone in the room.

Property needs attention

This property is mostly decrepit, with rooms seemingly slapped together. Furniture is in poor condition, paint/cleaning is shoddy, and area is poorly maintained. Breakfast standards are clearly done to the bare minimum. If you choose anywhere in Thomasville, GA, then choose someplace other than this.

The room was filthy. Stained sheets and blanket. Could not close bathroom door if inside bathroom. Keys had to be re-keyed every day. Breakfast was a joke. Go elsewhere.
