First room had hair all over the bed and the front desk staff didn’t believe me but was given another room after I called the company second room was ok but towels had Stains and beds made a lot of sound with every movement

Very quick check in. Rooms very clean. Breakfast selections very good.

Hotel was very nice and had everything I needed. Only one issue and that was breakfast was light, no scrambled eggs or meat here, and the coffee ran out one day and no one was at the front desk to assist.

Liked the convenience and easy accessibility to shopping. Liked easy parking. Would have liked more frequent removal of towels. However staff Was quick to fix lighting in room.

Maids did not clean in room daily without dirty towels and garbage

A small inconspicuous sign in small print is posted in the lobby stating that they will not provide room service unless you request it and the sign is very easy to miss. After going to the desk to ask why our room had not been cleaned for 2 days they pointed over at the end of the counter to the sign and put the blame on me. They should have verbally told guests about the policy rather than expect the guest to search the lobby for such signs. After requesting the cleaning service for the next day we still did not get the room serviced and when I went to the desk to ask why they said the room had been cleaned and they argued with me when I told them no it had not so finally after being there for 4 days we finally had our room cleaned just in time for our checkout. The one agent at the front desks PR was not very good, always on the defense and quick to put blame on the guest.

Property was ok,hallway had a bad smell sometimes, think people were cooking in their room. Disappointed that there was only one accessible rm with a shower not a tub/shiwer combo. And didn’t find out on til after booking it wasn’t available. I have leg issues and a tub/shower is very hard to get in & out of especially without any handrails. Moved me on the 2nd night when the shower room came available. Breakfast was not that good (cereal, made your own pancake, muffins,yogurt and hard boil eggs.). The only real complaint is we were there 7 nights and never saw anyone clean our rm, had to go to front desk to get new towels.

Property was clean and quiet. Rooms were fine. While staff was accomodating for the most part, I didn't feel like customer service was emphasized at this hotel. Breakfast selections are quite limited, but ok for me. Overall, it was a good experience.

Nothing good to say at all.

My daughter and I drove in at 3pm, excited to play in the pool and then relax. We got to our room and there was a towel propping the door open along with the window open. The room smelled like smoke and there were stains on the sheets. We tried to tough it out but my daughter had an allergic reaction to the smoke and we had to check out. The front desk acknowledged that it was caused by the smoke.

Room 206 smelled like someone had been smoking in it.

Clean and simple. As for breakfast, the pancake machine was neat but we’d like to to see more protein options. This place was overall great for us.

Towels were small and old but other than that the place was fine.

I was shocked when the guy behind the desk had his feet up on the desk. He saw us enter the lobby and didn't make an effort to sit up or greet us. Just kept his feet on the desk. Plus the breakfast is pretty pathetic. The tiny pool and hot tub were overrun with kids, so my older kids did not want to use them even though we had been on our feet all day and had been looking forward to staying somewhere with a hot tub. My family was also awake most of the night due to the uncomfortable beds, tiny, odd shaped pillows and the thins walls. There were kids running around until about 11:30 and a baby crying thoughout the night. I get it, babies cry. I'm a mom, but the walls are so thin it sounded like the baby was in our room. We will not be staying there next time we are in town.

Most things were great. The staff at check-in was cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The staff at check-out was less so, was sloppy in appearance, and exuded an air of "I'm not interested in you."

Unwilling to check in a hour early. You can but for 99.00 unreal!

Beds made noises when you moved. A/C did not stay running.

Easy check in and very friendly staff! Just hard to find with GPS. Puts you in a circle! Had to stop by Comfort inn to get directions!

Decent hotel with no signs homeless are hanging out here. Bed was comfortable
