The room was nice enough, and the breakfast was fine, though a little below today’s standards for bite breakfast. The pool was closed for maintenance while we were there, which was a huge bummer for my daughter. Free newspapers were nice.

Great hotel with a bedroom separate from the main area. I traveled with my dog and he did not wake up to people walking the halls. The only problem was the internet, or lack of it. It worked great at 5 am but otherwise I couldn’t bring anything up.

The hot tub and pool are were clean. Wish the hot tub water would have been warmer. Plenty of towels! The room was great. Only one sheet for the couch bed but we made it work. Breakfast was lovely. Waffles, eggs, muffins, yogurts. Delightful.

I was a little worried about the hotel when I saw a notice about rescuing women from human trafficking in the elevator. While I'm sure the owner had good intentions, it made me wonder about what kind of people stay here. There was also a giant cobweb above my bed.

Room itself was pretty good (& comfortable). Not a great first impression. Nobody at front desk. Called to the back. Tried to use the phone to call “zero” & got a busy signal. Took awhile. Breakfast was good but again, not very attended. Eggs were out & several people were going through looking for them. It’s a nice economy stay if you get a good price.

Loved it hear. Rooms were spacious, convenient, clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

The guy at check in was very hard to hear and understand! Get to room and it looks like a bullet hole in the door in the room!?! Furniture was filthy!! Wish I took pictures to show! Room 105 tho!

Our room smelled of stale smoke. Employee seemed annoyed with us for checking in at appx 10pm. No direction or information given to us … had to ask for everything. Ex..which way to room, breakfast, parking, etc…

Took over 45 minutes to register for my room, reason was the desk clerk could not find the 3 reservations of the 3 gents in front of me. The backyard area was very nice for both children and adults they even had a bbq you could use. Very nice as well for smokers nice shaded area.

The front desk staff was less than great. Had a hard time checking in and out. We canceled the 2nd night of our reservation - two different front desk people told us that would be okay but then charged us for the second night. It's frustrating that people do not follow through on what they say.

I really like the layout for the rooms. More of an apartment feel, with kitchen and living areas as well as separate doored rooms for bathroom and bedroom.

Check in person complained about being overworked. Got our key card and it didn’t work. Went to dinner and again the key card didn’t work. It rained and water poured through the window. The only positives was it was quiet and safe.

Overall a very good experience. Staff was very friendly, room was slightly outdated and somethings showed wear, but it was very clean and comfy, and everything worked. Only real complaint is the complimentary breakfast was lacking for 3 of the 4 mornings i stayed. No meat, and limited other options. Overall very nice and i will stay again if i make my way back through St Cloud.

Room was musty; registers had mold on in room

Our suite was nice and clean.
There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher (all of the silverware and the tray) we thought we had no silverware until we were getting ready to leave and i was putting dishes in dishwasher to run it.
The pool area needs maintenance...as well as to have the filter suction increased, so much hair in the pool!
There was garbage near one of the exterior doors for 2 day (plastic beverage bottles & several chip full size chip bags).
The breakfast offering, on both mornings, was ok, but not replenished in a timely manner. The danishes were not replenished at all, the yogurt was not replenished from Saturday's breakfast, and the eggs, sausage and french toast sticks were only refilled after all 3 trays were empty ( there was still 2 more hours for the breakfast area to serviced).
We'll give it another shot, at some point, hopefully it be better.

We arrived early and the property was very accommodating - allowing us to check in well before the check in time. However, the room they provided for us had not been cleaned from the previous guests. They were apologetic and quickly moved us into another room, and we had no further concerns.

The hvac system was way too loud and very grungy looking. TVs were mounted oddly and way too low. Cleanliness was decent. Nice location.
