The hotel stay was solid with the exception of an alarm going off at 3:30 am (from a neighboring business). The hotel staff allowed us to move to a different room on the other side of the hotel. Friendly, helpful service.

Check in was very easy. The front desk person was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety and has longer hours than I expected. The pool was freezing. It does stay open untill 11pm. There is an old photo of the pool area with a hot tub, there was even a hot tub timer. No hot tub, sadly.

The initial room upon check in was not cleaned. We had to go back to the front desk to request another room. The second room we received smelled musty/moldy. We only stayed a day but when we woke up in the morning, went to have breakfast, and came back up to our room then a maid walked right in without knocking using the excuse her report said we already checked out. It was only 10:00am. So unacceptable. Very disappointed because we usually have great stays at Holiday Inn Express’ and they’re usually nice. Will not stay here again.

There was a problem with check-in, but it was resolved by the friendly staff member working the front desk. We did not like the beds and woke up hurting. Something in our room caused a constant clicking noise.

The front desk staff did an amazing job welcoming me and helping me with my room. There were technology issues checking in and the television in my room did not work so I needed to switch rooms. While a delay and a little bit of a hassle, the front desk did everything they could to take care of things as quickly as possible with the best service they could. Room was like new and outdoor pool really nice.

General disrepair. Huge gaps in caulk in the bathroom and elsewhere. Very noisy evelator that make made a weird spaceship sound when the doors open and close. We were in a room right next to the elevator and as soon as people started going to breakfast at 6 am it woke us up. Told the front desk lady about it and she kind of laughed it off.

The check in and room were good. Breakfast was just okay. They didn’t refill certain items because breakfast was over in an hour. Caffeinated coffee was empty. There was still an hour left in breakfast.

I made this reservation for my daughter after we spent the day moving out of and cleaning her apartment. She was exhausted and wanted to rest before driving home. There was some sort of beeping noise in her room. She could not determine what it was, called front desk, guy came to room, said he didn’t hear anything and did not have another room to move her to and left. Interestingly, there were more rooms to reserve on Expedia for the night- maybe not the exact setup, but no offer was made.

Will definitely stay here again. All the close by dining options were a huge plus. Staff was nice, room was clean, bed was comfortable and we felt safe staying with our toddler. The free breakfast was super convenient. Only downside was being right beside the elevator & it’s door being very noisy.

Property was clean and experience was good after a bad start. Hotel policy is check in time is 3:00 pm. We arrived at 3:15 and was told they are having housekeeping issues and the room style I reserved wasn't ready. The front desk clerk excused himself and returned saying our room would be ready soon. No apology was offered ,just acted as if this is normal everyday practice. What is the use of a reservation if they cant even have your room ready by check in time?

Alex, at the front desk was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Joe the breakfast attendant was also very friendly. The food was excellent, there was a nice variety, fully stocked, and the area was very clean. Joe is a very dedicated employee. The room was very clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again!

Great update of the hotel ! Please wash bed linen and towels in liquid soap. Powder soap is hard on skin and causes rashes on sensitive skin folks . Anyway that’s what I woke up with . Haven’t had it in a long time …. We love the location for a stop over ! Have been coming her 2x a year on our way home .
