Nice hotel

Excellent hotel! This is where I will be staying every time I visit in the future. The room was very clean, I had an amazing view, parking was easy, food was amazing! I definitely recommend this hotel. I have already told all my friends and family they should stay here when visiting. Staff was very friendly as well. I parked in the parking garage and didn’t have to drive anywhere since there is so much to do in the area. Thank you!

Hotel rooms are nice and clean. The hotel does feel old. The service in general was very poor. Took me 45 min to be able to check-in. A room with the specifications I had reserved was not available, and the staff were not accommodating at all. I ordered room service for breakfast, even after a confirmation call for the order, half of what I ordered didn’t arrive. When they finally brought the rest, they brought what I had specifically asked not to due to food allergies. By the time the whole order arrived (and cutlery which was also missing) it was already time for me to leave. There was never any follow-up on requests or comments.

Well, we have been coming here for many years and I have noticed a drop in quality and food and beverage We usually stay for one day or three when first started coming here the employees were enthusiastic. The place was beautiful. The swimming pool and Service was great. The last couple times I’ve come. The front desk did OK but Room Servise and the service for the pool meaning if you ordered something, it would take an active Congress to get somebody to come out and always takes way too long The food has really gone down in quality not were terrible. We asked for a margarita on the rocks with salt. I get a blended margarita that was horrible. These things used to be much better. The rooms were clean and tidy. I just don’t see that enthusiasm that I used to see in your employees. I have worked in this kind of field for over 30 years and I do a lot of traveling. You have a nice hotel and a great location. Just need people to welcome them. Like is if they were welcome to their own home and they need to have a sense of urgency it would help if they brought napkins as well and utensils to eat with. It is the little extra touches please and thank you. Go long way. How is your meal? How was your stay? let people know what’s going on in town. You have a good restaurants, but there’s others around as well.

This hotel is location in the heart of the Malecón and over very modern amenities.

It was a good long stay at the hotel (10 days). It was very conviniently located for the work I was doing. The service was as usual very good, I have only a complain regarding their keys as I had to go back everytime to the reception and get it to work again. I didnt placed near the cel phone or other equipment and still didnt work. Also, I felt their buffet options were not as good as I remember them from previous stays... Still a great option for my trips to Veracruz

The hotel was clean the front desk was bilingual the only problem I noticed was with the restaurant at the hotel had rude wait staff especially towards any person not speaking Spanish. But that a easy fix with some training in proper service of kindness

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room was elegantly decorated.

The view was excellent but unfortunately there were bed bugs in my bed i was itchy and it was only when i got in bed i had to buy blakets & sleep on the floor did not say anything to the hotel because it was super packed but before checking out i did
