Our hotel was great and accommodated us for another night due to the floods.

The stay at this Quality Inn was great. Room look renovated and very clean. Bed spreads looked new. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. Free breakfast was a great amenity and included a variety of items. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A very nicely kept, and clean hotel. A very good value for the money.

Staff was great but the hall carpets were badly stained and even when dead bolted, our door had a huge gap in it. Scary.

The property need put care in common areas cleaning and the building in general my room had a leak stain on the ceiling the staff members were is very nice but I think they can effort to make better in maintenance and clean the areas as laundry , bathroom in the lobby and floors .

It's an older Motel and the rooms are fairly small. The rooms were clean and the staff is friendly.

It was average not bad but not great

Consider before booking: The elevator was very slow and sometimes the door wouldn't close for several minutes. We were on the second floor and the ice machine did not work, we had to go downstairs to get ice and then housekeeping dumped the bucket in the morning, so when we got back to the room we had to do it again. (There was a note in the bathroom that said that housekeeping would only come if requested for stays of 3 days or less, so we were surprised they were in our room, we had not put out the DND hanger because they were not expected).The door to our room was "iffy" on whether it locked or not, so be sure to double check. The main overhead light in the room stayed glowing all night like a night light when shut off. I had Jose come up to show him and he was surprised. He did offer another room, but my sister had the same thing in her room so we ended up removing the cover (Jose was advised) and putting towels inside to mute the L.E.D.s that were still glowing. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent. Breakfast was eggs, waffles and sausage every morning, along with muffins and such. The sausage appeared to have been steamed or something as it was not browned at all, and the eggs were not good. The waffles were fine. The only reason we did not change hotels is that we had a non-refundable trip. The staff that we spoke with at the front desk were friendly.

It was clean and the staff was real nice

The room had a constant smell of pine sol, which is not bad but it was compounded by the humidity in the room! The a/c never got that cold and after one night everything in my suitcase was slightly damp from all the damp air!? The hotel was NOT secure, windows/doors leading outside by pool were not locked to keep outside people (non hotel guest) from coming in. Overall i probably would not stay here again.

Good for the price

Room was uninhabitable due to the terrible odor. The lady at the front desk asked what the terrible smell was and I told her I had know clue. She sprayed cleaner and tried to vacuum but it did not make a difference. Pool area was dirty, hot tub’s water was gray. Furniture in pool area was dirty. The whole interior of this hotel needs updated. My husband and I ended up sleeping in our car. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

Nice place...

The customer service was top notch! The outside of the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean and a/c worked amazing. The breakfast was nice too. Unfortunately, the room was very damp, musty so for people with allergies or worries of mold I'd take that into consideration.

Elevator disabled, but desk monitor carried our suitcase’s upstairs.

We had an emergency at our home in Waynesville and had to go to a hotel at 11 at nught. We were refused a riom becauae we have a local address. The fact that I hotel would rather leave a room empty at midnight instead of making money is absolutely absurd

Hotel needs to be updated. Our room door was difficult to close and door lock didn’t work.

Convenient. Bathroom was too small and did not have a safe bath tub. No grab bars, no place to put the soap or your wash cloth.

Nice place to stay. We stay there s couple of times a year. It is convenient for walking to a few places.
