Really nice hotel. My room was small but more than adequate. Staff were really helpful as well.

The location of the nh Mindoro is just within the old city and shopping district. Lots to see, places to eat and very walkable. The front desk was extremely helpful.

The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. They provided great recommendations for places to eat and took care of organising transport for us ahead of our arrival and on departure. Regarding the hotel itself, the rooms were showing their age, our shower was broken and the air conditioning in the hotel was inadequate.

Fantastic place to stay for Benicassim festival, 15 min walk from festival bus or also bus available from hotel. Cheap to get to beach from bus stop around the corner and friendly, helpful staff. Great stay in a lovely town!

I moved from another hotel to stay at this one and I was disappointed. The Jr Suite I was in looked like it hadn’t been touched since 1990. No plugs, old furniture, peeling wallpaper. The bed was barely comfortable and A/C was not cool at all. It was relatively clean but that was about it.

Good location, right in the city center. No free parking. The rooms can use an update, it can feel a bit dark and old.

My stay was good , the only complaint is that they charge me € 4.00 for a small bottle of coke , this is unacceptable

It was late when I got to the hotel, the receptionist seemed to take an age to check me in and got distracted much to my annoyance, I had paid for the room on check in, I was away early the following day I spoke to the new receptionist on departure and dropped my room key and said good bye, the receptionist came running out and called me back saying I hadn’t paid to which I replied I had, and he said I hadn’t so we returned to reception as I checked and found my receipt he then said it was ok as he had found my payment, hotel was good but staff could do with training or a bit more manners

No iron in room and you have to go down to reception and get it and an ironing board to carry to your room. If your room is hot as mine was, don’t bother trying to turn on the AC bc the hotel is only equipped to either run the heater or AC not both. The only option is to open a window, but chances are you won’t be able to sleep with the noise from the people partying outside if it’s on a weekend. Also, parking will run you about 20 euros/day or so with a 25% coupon from the hotel. But the reception staff was friendly, overall for the price it was lacking.

The location is great. The area is very noisy late into the morning with many people yelling and make noise.

The hotel is in the heart of the city with lots of bars and shops nearby, walking distance to the museums. The staff was very polite, kind and helpful regarding all question and request. Breakfast was decent and had a good selection for starting a new day. Room was very clean, bright, facilities were good, bed was comfortable and toiletries provided were nice.

The friendly and efficient staff made our stay most comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are perfectly clean with enough room to walk around. I would strongly recommand this hotel to my friends who travel. Thank you all!

The staff was really helpful and the hotel was very modern. It appeared there were more people there on business than anything as this hotel is located in the city center. I confused this location with the beach location when I booked, so we were a bit confused at first, but it was really nice to be in the heart of Castellon - reasonable walks to modest plazas, central market, Castellons equivalent of Central Park. We found a great restaurant that had a good vegetarian menu and great service. Whats the name? Sorry. Its next to a hip barber shop on a small plaza about 15 minutes walk from NH.NHs rooms were sufficient - clean, big enough, modern enough and ours had a nice balcony. The fridge was filled with drinks and treats (all for purchase), which was a nice touch, and a couple of little bottles of wine, classes, etc. (also for purchase). It feels like they put in a good effort to keep guest comfortable.The lobby provides cold fruit-infused water and those fluffy marshmallow candies which my daughter loved. We didnt eat at the restaurant but the interior design was very inviting. Again, it seemed like a good place for a businessperson to stop - there were lots of them talking business inside the lobby and outside. The hotel provides one or two nights of free parking (about 2 blocks away at a public garage) which was a big treat. Parking is so expensive in Spanish cit

Good location, nicely renovated lobby, friendly staff ... self parking across the street is in a tiny, tight, and expensive (13 euro/day) parkage ... this is a 3 stars hotel, not a 4 stars.

I did stay at the NH Mindoro, but I re-booked it through Hotels.com because Expedia cancelled my booking without informing me. It was only when I checked back on to the website that I found the booking to be shown as cancelled, with no explanation as to why. I telephoned and asked Expedia why this had been cancelled but didn't receive an adequate response so I re-booked the same hotel through hotels.com, who fulfilled the booking without any issues. I therefore find it bizarre that I am being asked to leave feedback on a booking that Expedia never delivered.
