Great, great, great

Great stay. Good location. Free, easy parking. Wish the sheets weren't so scratchy and that there were more blankets on the bed.

It was a good cheap off the strip Casino hotel

Not too cool. They lack communication skills and some staff are extremely rude because they don’t understand English and/or they are wearing a mask over their mouth. I had two separate reservations and they were most unhelpful when my credit card was stolen. They would not allow me to stay in the room an extra night so I had to hang out in the 24 hour cafe until 6 am until the banks in NY we’re open to rectify the credit card fraud. So overall not very accommodating. Also the food in the restaurants was subpar and I got violently ill in “The Taste of Asia”. They loaded mayonnaise on the prawns with honey walnuts and strawberries. I did try to speak to the manager but he spoke Chinese and could not pronounce walnuts and strawberries. He showed me what he was try to say on his phone. He pulled up Chinese text and I repeated I do not speak Chinese and you showing me your yis not helping since I don’t read Chinese either. Later on I had liquid diarrhea 3 x throughout the night. My stomach hurt till the next day. I did not report it yet because the front desk person (Matt) did not know the Food and Beverage Administration’s name so I figured I would wait and discuss that issue with the Front Desk manager upon checkout. Overall many of the staff were nice, respectful and helpful but certain key individuals were not able to communicate and assist me. Also, I am handicapped but they did not seem to care. It would take too long to elaborate. Perhaps I will try another Boyd property.

The rooms were awesome and spacious. No noise from adjoining rooms. Very quiet and pleasant. Beds were super comfortable. Thermostat control perfect. Very pleasant experience overall.

If you’re ok staying 10-15 minutes away from the strip, this place is pretty great. Multiple restaurants plus a Dupar’s for breakfast. Also has a casino. Was very clean and comfortable and the price was great. Might be my new Vegas spot.

Last minute getaway with the family. Service was quick and professional from valet, bell service, check-in and dinning. Room was very spacious, clean and woke up to a gorgeous view of the golf course.

William Bs steakhouse was top notch!

Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, but be prepared for lots of cigarette smoke on the way to your room. Overall great value for money!

A coffee maker and microwave in the room would have been a nice touch. A better selection of TV channels would have been appreciated.

I was beyond disappointed when I purchased what I thought was the same room and package when I stayed there 5 weeks ago Instead of getting a VIP upgrade to a suite we ended up in pretty dingy room with a run down sofa. There was no coffee maker or microwave and the room didn’t even get cleaned

Our stay started with a friendly valet greeting us and letting us knowwhere to check in. We had a quick and welcoming check in process. Room was clean and well decorated. Room had comfortable temperature. The beds were on hard side but pillows were wonderful.

The beds were very uncomfortable. There was only one sheet and an extra thin towel as a blanket. I was freezing the entire night, even with the AC off.

We stayed in a suite, which was very nice. The only thing that i could say that the hotel could do different, are some little amenities. It seems like most hotels provide you with bottled water which they did not. The other thing that seemed strange to me is that this room was set up to have meetings, but no pen or pad of paper in sight. Oter than that, the place was great.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was huge and very comfortable. Didn't use the pool, but looked over it and it looked very nice. On site restaurants were excellent. I had supper and breakfast. For a casino it was pleasantly non smoky.

Always a great place to stay.

I have been exercising by walking 45 minutes a day outside. I felt safe walking in the property's parking area. Security was present. The gym facilities were clean and looked well maintained. There was quite a variety of machines to use. Thank you.

Hotel needs updating. Clean

The casino hotel was very convenient. Having a baby at a casino is not an easy thing. But the hotel’s staff made us feel welcomed which I really appreciated.

We really like than even with self parking we didn’t have to walk for miles

Its a great budget casino. The room was huge and clean. A bit old but still nice. The pool is just a pool. Looks nice. The casino is very smoky though, its hard to believe how many people still smoke. Free parking is a hidden perk. Summerlin is amazing. No need for the strip

Easy - convenient . Wish there had been another chair at the desk in the room . There always has been . This time there wasnt . Also i selected a golf course vu room and got a room with a view of the roof on the opposite side of the floor .

Just ok. Decent sized room. Slow service at restaurants

My first time staying outside the Strip, and been here for a short time , overall the property is kind of outdated, the elevator was making noise when opened door, room was nice, clean and quiet but carpet was faded, there was no iron board in the room. Breakfast is really good, tasty, staff are friendly.
