It was very good. The only thing I had issue with is that the shower head in our bathroom was broken. Spewed water on the floor from the front of the shower wall to the other end. Other than that everything was great!! In fact we will be staying again in 2 weeks.

This hotel is always a good price and clean. They also offer the ability to have your dog with you. Guests with dogs stay on the first floor with access to a “potty” area nearby. The staff is always friendly. Most importantly, I feel safe staying here. I have stayed alone and with my husband.

The room was remodeled, except the tub,and toilet the tub.it looked dirty, the toilet you have to press for a long time to flush.

We didn’t get in till 3am the front desk attendant was very friendly and kind. We had called ahead so she had our keys ready and we were able to get settled in quickly and get some rest.

Stayed for a quick weekend. Room was ok. But shower had black mold and also the ac unit had black mold all over the vents. Towels provided were stained and I had to ask for extra towels.
Also the breakfast was not good. Worst la Quinta breakfast I’ve had by far. Also went to use the gym and neither treadmills were working. Overall I would not stay here again. Employees were nice and welcoming tho. I give them that!

They were doing renovations during our stay. The noise ended around 6, but the dust and smell lingered. It was like staying next to a nail salon. The smell was overwhelming and made me woozy. They charged an additional fee when I arrived. They called it a “hotel-motel fee”. It seemed like a way to have my credit card info on file. It was only $5, but seemed unnecessary.

The staff is very friendly and when they see you in the halls they greet you and constantly ask if everything’s alright with your room or if there’s anything that’s needed. The room are very clean and warm welcoming

Our room never got cleaned. When we got back to the room on Saturday, it was not clean. For the amount of money I spent, I was highly dissatisfied!!!!!

Filthy bathroom and roaches. I opted not to shower because the tub was so gross. They are clearly not cleaning between guests but it was so late when I checked in I was too tired to complain.

The toilet needs repair. Seat moves and flush handle is loose. Crumbs on floor by bed.

Bathtub had mildew in the corners. Fan didn’t work in bathroom. Seemed to lack in overall cleanliness. Pull out couch was not really a bed and kept separating on our son. Pillows weren’t the best. In the middle of the night I felt something go across my head and only to wake up the next morning and find a bug in our bed.

Our stay was not good at all. The bathroom was moldy and dirty and the tub spout kept running. The bed was comfortable and AC was cold but thats about the only thing I can say positively about this place. They also had no breakfast left at 8:30am.

I was pleased with the room overall. The tub had sturdy bars which was great for my husband. He is a disabled veteran.They also provided a seat for the tub. The breakfast was good. I especially enjoyed the biscuit and gravy.

We evacuated due to Hurricane Milton. The hotel was dirty, had roaches in our room, the toilet was almost disconnected from the wall, crooked, constantly ran, and the towels were like hand towel size instead of bath towels. I felt like I was at camp as they required you to bring down your dirty towels to get new ones from the front desk. I also hoped for more compassion at a discounted rate due to our evacuation but they did not care.

Nasty When I checked in they gave me the keys to a used and dirty room. I asked them to change it. They do not offer cleaning service if it is more than 2 days and another thing is the room. They do not change the sheets. I have to ask for the service. moldy bathroom

We evacuated from Tallahasse to avoid the hurricane, Helene. We were willing to accept whatever we could find. Imagine our pleasant surprise when we saw this lovely LaQuinta! Our room was great! Clean, well-appointed and comfortable. It had a fridge and microwave and coffee maker. We didn't use the room coffee maker because the staff always had great coffee available for guests. Breakfast had a hot bar as well as the carb fest foods. We had our 3 small dogs with us. They were welcomed warmly and had a great exploring new territory and riding in the elevator.

It is a good hotel for the price. I felt safe and it is located near food and shopping. It is tucked away so not a lot of traffic going by making a lot of noise.

I just love this place and heartily recommend coming to this location in the North part of Columbus, GA if you're visiting family or even if you're flying into Atlanta and driving down, which is what I do to visit my family here.
The South is just terrific and we Northerners 😁 can get not only a great value but an enjoyable stay here.
The staff are loving, attentive, decent people. Awesome place to stay! Clean beds. Comfortable, tons of options. Location is available by state highway, extremely good access to local supermarkets/shopping all kinds of conveniences every traveler needs, and I know!
Got "stuck here "by accident early spring 2024 and this hotel, and their staff, were such a terrific help.

This hotel is overdue for upgrages. The door to the first room was flopping around in the frame wit a 3/4" gap at the top open to the hallway, After a room change, upgraded to a well worn suite, there's not enough room here to describe the problems with this room, breifly, stained furniture, mismatched paint touch up, stained carpet, thermostats not connected to wall units, door hardware missing, entry door dragging and sticking, exterior windows clouded from broken seals. Staff was nice, very friendly. This facility is just wore out.

On The day of I was on my way hotel called, said they had a clich in system and over booked hotel, I had reserved a king suite and they wanted to know if I could switch to a double and I said ok, they also said no change in price. also I had put a Do NOT Disturb sign on my room door and they came in anyway, did not like that at all. The Tub was dorty the stopper was not even in, the sheets was to small for bed keep on coming off...

This hotel looks nice on the outside but inside those rooms are horrible. I didn’t even want to lay on the bed. I showered when I got back home and the room smelled like urine. We stayed one night and ugh I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to nothing but prostitutes.

This used to be my favorite stay of all the cities that that have the my employer's Grocery Stores, but this last visit went straight to the crapper and remained that way until I was able to express all of the wrong actions, equipment, room and so much more, with the Manager.
Had a soldier's uniform hanging in my closet and the room was looked clean, but not professionally, as usual. Not to mention, I booked a double room suite, and was forced into a basic room at the same cost. The microwave didn't work. The towels were quickly placed on the towel bar, so on and so forth.........
To end it all, the two employees cleaning rooms the next morning, entered my room, saw my two backpacks, holding three laptops, and decided to move my backpacks and began tearing the room apart, just before i walked back in. I was only gone less than five minutes, as i took my suitcase and other belongings to the car and quickly returned.

I’m not a person that likes to complain because I feel that you get what you pay for but to pay 600+ dollars for a bathroom that one the toilet seat was dirty to the tub surround was yellow and look like it had not been cleaned and the pillows were way too soft now that is a personal comfort thing but All in all the stay was good and the workers they were very polite. Front desk was awesome and the breakfast was good.
