After not having power for 22 hours we finally decided to get a hotel. Staying here before in 2015 and having a good experience we thought this would be a good place to stay. However the environment was sketchy with the type of people hanging out. The entire building had the worst smell u could imagine. The first set of keys didn’t work had to get a 2nd set for them not to work then had to go wait in maintenance for 20 min in hallway for the door to still not work. Asked front deskto switch us to a different room because obviously it would have been harder to get a refund for him to lie and say that they were completely sold out. He made us wait another 45 min before changing our room. Then we had to endure someone sounding like they were being beaten all night from screams. I understand you pay for what you get but this beyond the worst experience I have ever had and will report to BBB. There’s definitely either drug dealing or sex trafficking going on here. I absolutely feel a complete refund is more than due for this

The check in lady was very nice. That was the only good thing about this hotel. The smell was horrible. The elevator was disgusting. Got to my room and everything felt moist. I was afraid to touch anything. Just grabbed my bag and left. Stayed at another hotel. This hotel should be closed. It was smelly and dirty.

I was surprised I had to make a $50 deposit in case I smoked in the room. I am not a smoker and requested a non smoking room. As soon as I went in the room I understood why they wanted the $50 deposit. The room stunk like cigarettes and there were cigarette burns in various places in the bathroom counter. I realize this was a very inexpensive hotel but still. The room itself was in poor condition. The nightstands were falling apart and the refrigerator was rusty. The guy at the front desk did have them clean the room extra for me but that cigarette smell is in the carpet for good.

When I arrived I was told I cannot check-in early without being charged an extra fee. I have to wait until exactly 3pm to get a room. Then they take an additional $50 deposit and hold it for 5-10 business days. So it's not as cheap as you think and you only get a low budget motel room that's old and dated. They took a slow time with the check-in process after making me wait until 3. They gave me a room that was not clean or ready. I had to return to front desk and get a new room then she gave me keys to a new room that didn't work so back to the front desk again. Just not even worth the money really. The breakfast compliments were not out at the time they said breakfast would start and there wasn't much to offer. Big disappointment. Stay elsewhere.

This property charges a deposit of $50 just be prepared. I didn't know and I didn't have the deposit or a way to get it. The front desk worker was very unhelpful he just kept saying I had to come back at 930 and speak to manager, but that without the deposit he couldn't give me the room, and room non refundable!! I came back and talked to the manager. she is adjusting my reservation for tonight and is only chargingba $10 deposit. Thank god I won't loose my money.

You get what you pay for. It was very inexpensive. The few things that were a problem when I arrived, was quickly taken care of, thankfully.

Had me and my son sleep in our car from 130am to 10am cause he didn’t feel like looking up the early check in fee

The front desk staff and owners have been so kind and helpful. They seen I was going through something upon my arrival and stay and offered me leniency with my deposit and accommodated me with my misunderstanding with my stay over. I have much love and respect for the people here. Thank you all so much.

The room we were sent to had a roach in the bathroom, stains on the comforter. When I went to the front desk and asked for another room, the next room we were given had a larger roach as well as cigarette burns everywhere. The furniture had water damage and the room was terribly humid.

This place is unkempt and dirty. The bed linen was dirty. The room was not properly clean and sanitized. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Location is unique however they issues with guest using 3rd party reservations. They do not want to accommodate you in same manner as a walkin or if booked through the facilities website. They do not advertise the have smoking accommodations on a specfic floor, they will only book you a room if you book through them for a different cost. This actually 7nfair to all smoking guest.

Dirty, room smells terrible, hallway smells terrible. Pillows are FLAT! Nothing like the website. Never again

Accommodation has non working televisions. Rooms are missing microwaves and refrigerators. They offer no adjustments for the features. Additionally, they discourage 3rd party bookings which is the customers choice. They also allow smoking rooms but do not state they are an option on websites
