When visiting Gdańsk we find this property to offer consistent and gracious service and lodging. This visit was no exception…. Superb.

Beside the convenient location, I cannot think of anything that makes feel that the hotel can live upto a four star status. The staff did no greetings and did not even respond to our greetings. They put us in a room that is somehow made into twin beds room. One bed is totally on the side of the wall. One sleeping on that bed will easily hit their legs and arms on th conceret wall. Shock one was that the room was half the size of the room they showed online. Shock two was that the beds, duvet, pilow case, towel, everything collected a significant amount of dust showing there was no cleaning of them for days. We were too tired the night we arrived and sleept on the beds and we had severe skin irritation and allergic reaction.
After notifying the reception and returning to the room we could easily see that they did not change anything. Perhaps the housekeeping swept the sheets and changes nothing two towels. We requested new sheets and other covers. They ignored the request. The AC was not working. However, they fixed that.
Staff's behavior showed clear sign of racism and their discomfort in serving someone from Indian ethnicity, except for those young ladies serving coffee at breakfast.

The property is in need of refurbishment, but was clean and relatively comfortable. Breakfast was extremely good, which boosted my rating to 4 stars rather than only 3.

I was very disappointed. I gave my card for a swipe so that i could charge food to the room. But whenever i tried i had to pay separately. When i checked out and mentioned this, they first denied having taken a swipe and then found it and asked what i wanted to about it. Eventually, refunding the money swiped. They also have a scheme whereby if you dont want the room cleaned on a particular day you hang a sign on your door and get points on your Accor Club card. Every time it was ignored and no points were credited

We had little trouble with keycards, no big issues but little bit irritating when in front of door and the key does not work. The hotel was nice.

Our flight was very early so we came to the hotel around 10am. We asked the staff if it was possible to check in earlier if the room was ready. They said that we could but had to pay 150polish zloty (!!!) to check in earlier. I have been traveling all over the world and this is the first time I’ve heard that someone charge you almost the same price as one extra night just to check in early.
The room was nice and clean, and the hotel had a ok location. The lobby was smelling like a very cheap male perfume, so we did not spend any time there or at the bar because of the intense smell. Will probably not ever stay here again.

My family and I travel to Gdansk twice per year. We always stay in the heart of old town. We decide to switch it up this time. We are glad we did. Hotel location is Excellent! You are right next to stores, 3 min walk to train station and 5 min. walk to old town. Staff were nice and helpful. Everyone spoke English, or tolerated my broken Polish. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast had lots of choices and tasted great everyday. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Gdansk. We will be returning there next time.

Good overall, perfect location, staff lovely and helpful. Those cleaning other rooms in morning were too load, foyer smelled (lifts and corridors too) and breakfast to too expensive (relatively speaking).

I was traveling with my girlfriend, and we was not dissapointed. The location was perfect for us, we it was close to everything. And it has a mall just 100 meters to go, will recommended this hotel for everyone in the future.

Excellent location on the edge of the old town; close enough to walk to the heart of the old town and all the major attractions but away from the crowds and the noise. The hotel was also close to many cafes, restaurants, and bakeries and within a 5 minute walk to the train station (if you are planning day trips out of town, for example Malbork). The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for my 5 day stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a huge variety of choices. The hotel staff was the best; welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Overall it was a great choice and I will definitely choose it again for my next stay in Gdansk.

Very good and diverse breakfast, long breakfast times. At the edge of the old town, not loud, everything in walking distance incl supermarkets and main train station.

Everything was perfect and the location was convenient. It was close to everything. When in Gdansk, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is much nicer than I thought it would be. The rooms are spacious, well designed and clean. Staff was very nice and friendly.
The only thing that I thought could be addressed is the breakfast - the cost is pretty high if one only wants a coffee and a croissant. I would suggest making tiered system, or a menu system, instead of having a blanket buffet price.

The small, single-bed room was suitable for my 3-night stay. The room faced low-rise flats, a church and distant cranes, not the old town. The staff were friendly and polite in their own Polish style, so not full of fake smiles. The breakfast was good. The location is good for the railway station, the 210 airport bus stop outside the station and the old town/waterfront. It's what you should expect from a northern/central European 4-star hotel.

We stayed at room on 16th floor , the view was breathtaking. The room was very clean with lots complementary drinks : water , soda ,tea and coffee.
Receptionist Patrycja checked us in she was a gem ! Helped us with earlier check in and was very friendly . Also the bartender was amazing ,as needed a hot milk for my daughter.
The place itself looks very glamorous but staff is just amazing .

Fairly average chain hotel. Cost to check in 90 mins early was £20 even though our room was ready. Breakfast very expensive. All in all acceptable but unexceptional.

This property is ideally situated for all the central attractions in Gdansk. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Their standard of professionalism was very high. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would be very happy to recommend it to others.

Lovely hotel 10 min walk from the main part of old town . Rooms were clean and comfortable but just way too warm. As there was a clock tower close by it wasn’t possible to have the window open as it chimed from 6am

Świetna lokalizacja na Starym Mieście, kilka minut spaceru od zabytków i restauracji. Hotel dobrze utrzymany mimo swoich lat, dobre śniadania i obsługa. Internet działał bez zarzutów, w hotelu jest siłownia i sale konferencyjne. Minusem jest dość drogi parking, natomiast nie trzeba z niego korzystać - przed budynkiem hotelu jest bardzo dużo miejsc parkingowych opłacanych w parkometrze.
