Room itself looked nice. But looks are deceiving. I went to plug in my phone and the outlet was loose. I had to pull my charger halfway out to get a connection.
Both bedside lamp outlets were like that. My husband had the shower rod come off in his hand because it was not in the wall correctly. I went looking for an extra pillow and I found clothes in the drawer. The toilet only had one pin holding it to the floor.
This room was a disaster. I told the clerk at check out.

Hotel under renovation

The hotel was installing a new roof, the entire front parking lot was blocked off, so parking was not good. The roofers were throwing debris from the rook on the ground, walkways, and my room balcony was full of dirt, dust, and roofing tiles. The noise went on until 10 PM on Saturday the 11/2 making sleep impossible. Had there been a warning the hotel was under construction; I would not have stayed there. I won't be staying there again.

Grabbed a few hours sleep on the drive from Tx to Ct. That was plenty for me. Tape on the door to our floor keeping it working and mold on the ceiling in our room. No thanks.

They are working on the building. The room was good but they didn’t clean the first 2 days but then it was fine!

There were drain flies. And you can hear everything in the room over through the adjoining doors, annoying when you have to wake up and go to work and the people next door are having a party

Terrible hotel! Run down and dirty. My room was dirty and none of the surfaces seemed to be cleaned after the last person. Carpets were dirty and dingy. Not vacuumed. Bathroom was horrible. After the first night my co worker had to move rooms due to bugs in her drapes that flew out when she moved them to open the window. Smelly hall ways and smelly rooms.

Check-in was quick and easy. Employees were all very polite. Rooms are a bit outdated but are very clean. Building is being painted on the outside, but did not affect the stay. Breakfast was very good. The complimentary shower cap had been used and put back in the packaging. Other than that, our stay was okay.

We stay here when traveling for work. It is always clean, staff are friendly, and the room is comfy with great a/c. They are going thru a renovation and have made it as seamless as possible with no direct impact to guest.

Had to request room change. First one still not lean, under construction,noisy and had flies galore. Receptionist was very unaccomodating and unhelpful. Grounds were very unkept and need attention.

Room was unclean, stinky, & noisy. The doors to the building..the entrance ways the locks were disabled with tape. The sliding glass door way lock didn’t work. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Price was high but didn’t warrant that cost. Only thing that was good was the free breakfast and the attendant, who kept the breakfast bar filled. I would never stay at a Best Western due to this one and only experience.

We always stay at this hotel on our trip from NJ to Alabama. It is a great spot. The staff are incredibly friendly and the room have always been spotless until this last stay. This time the towels were not clean, and the beds did not smell fresh. We had travelled 10 hours so we slept and left, and we will chalk it up to a bad day for the cleaner, but hope that the next time the cleanliness will be up to par.

Not a typical hotel. It seemed to be an old apartment complex. It was very old. When we drove up, I felt uncomfortable. People were sitting outside smoking and drinking beer. Our room was fine. Worst part was going out of the hotel part into another building where you would check in, get the luggage cart and breakfast was served. Locks were broken on the outside doors so anyone could get into the hallway where the room doors were. Just unsafe. Check in people were kind and professional.

This an older Best Western Plus. Our room was not in the same building as the check in. We had to walk past a rowdy late night (11pm) pool party to get to our room. The check-in/breakfast area was nice and new. Our room, while older, was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful in getting us extra bedding and towels, but seemed over-loaded. I’m pretty sure she was the only one on duty.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Loved the pool area and the good coffee in the lobby that was always available. Outside of building looks a little outdated, but the inside was nice. Friendly staff and complimentary breakfast was pretty good.

The place was nice had great breakfast, pool was very nice. Couldnt hear any noise from other rooms.Only negatives was 1 washer and dryer for whole hotel. Also had to wait till late afternoon for towels.

The hotel was decent for the price, but it definitely needed some improvements. The mattress was extremely firm, it appeared the hotel still is going thru some construction. The exterior locks do not work, the elevator was sketchy and moved at a snails pace. The good things about this place was breakfast, the room was clean and the pool was clean.
