Everything was pretty good until the next morning when I got up and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. It was a small(baby size) roach, but the parents had to be close by.

Older, worn property. Worst problem was regulating the room temperature. Heat was resistant to change

Hotel is aged but very clean, well maintained. The staff is very nice. They accommodated everything we needed. They even let us take highchairs to our family event! The outdoor pool and hot tub were still open even though it was too cold to swim.

Our stay was very pleasant and restful. We were in Morristown for a concert and the BW hotel was very convenient to the venue and to the high way.

The hotel and room was very clean and well kept. My only issue was that they are remodeling the outside of the hotel so you could hear them beating and banging but it was daytime so really no biggie with that. The breakfast was really good. They offered a variety of hot food, fruit, breads, yogurt, etc. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever up that way.

Room itself looked nice. But looks are deceiving. I went to plug in my phone and the outlet was loose. I had to pull my charger halfway out to get a connection.
Both bedside lamp outlets were like that. My husband had the shower rod come off in his hand because it was not in the wall correctly. I went looking for an extra pillow and I found clothes in the drawer. The toilet only had one pin holding it to the floor.
This room was a disaster. I told the clerk at check out.

Hotel under renovation

The hotel was installing a new roof, the entire front parking lot was blocked off, so parking was not good. The roofers were throwing debris from the rook on the ground, walkways, and my room balcony was full of dirt, dust, and roofing tiles. The noise went on until 10 PM on Saturday the 11/2 making sleep impossible. Had there been a warning the hotel was under construction; I would not have stayed there. I won't be staying there again.

The hotel had friendly service & the room was really & clean. The only issue was the noise from installing a new roof, but that was normal for any building.

Grabbed a few hours sleep on the drive from Tx to Ct. That was plenty for me. Tape on the door to our floor keeping it working and mold on the ceiling in our room. No thanks.

They are working on the building. The room was good but they didn’t clean the first 2 days but then it was fine!

There were drain flies. And you can hear everything in the room over through the adjoining doors, annoying when you have to wake up and go to work and the people next door are having a party

Terrible hotel! Run down and dirty. My room was dirty and none of the surfaces seemed to be cleaned after the last person. Carpets were dirty and dingy. Not vacuumed. Bathroom was horrible. After the first night my co worker had to move rooms due to bugs in her drapes that flew out when she moved them to open the window. Smelly hall ways and smelly rooms.

Check-in was quick and easy. Employees were all very polite. Rooms are a bit outdated but are very clean. Building is being painted on the outside, but did not affect the stay. Breakfast was very good. The complimentary shower cap had been used and put back in the packaging. Other than that, our stay was okay.

We stay here when traveling for work. It is always clean, staff are friendly, and the room is comfy with great a/c. They are going thru a renovation and have made it as seamless as possible with no direct impact to guest.

The hotel was under construction and we were not aware. At times it was loud but not too bad. Overall, the room was nice and clean. The hotel was clean from the areas we were in and the construction wasn’t much of an inconvenience just not expected.

Had to request room change. First one still not lean, under construction,noisy and had flies galore. Receptionist was very unaccomodating and unhelpful. Grounds were very unkept and need attention.

Everything was fine except for Internet in the room, comfy beds, clean room, nice shower, quiet, good A/C, decent TV choices, a filling and varied breakfast, good coffee, polite and helpful staff. Was unable to get on the Internet, which I needed to plan my day trips.

Room was unclean, stinky, & noisy. The doors to the building..the entrance ways the locks were disabled with tape. The sliding glass door way lock didn’t work. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Price was high but didn’t warrant that cost. Only thing that was good was the free breakfast and the attendant, who kept the breakfast bar filled. I would never stay at a Best Western due to this one and only experience.

We always stay at this hotel on our trip from NJ to Alabama. It is a great spot. The staff are incredibly friendly and the room have always been spotless until this last stay. This time the towels were not clean, and the beds did not smell fresh. We had travelled 10 hours so we slept and left, and we will chalk it up to a bad day for the cleaner, but hope that the next time the cleanliness will be up to par.
