Great location, easy check-in process with friendly and informative staff. Parked our car close by for free. Our room had a large balcony which had seating options and view to the main street. Bed was comfy, bathroom modern and clean. Buffet breakfast for 7 euros per person was a bargain with all kind of options offered. There was even almond and other lactose free milk offered. Overall great stay, would definitely stay at Exe Tartessos again.

The location is right on downtown and just a walk to the main square and all that Huelva has to offer.

This property is perfectly located, close to restaurants and shops but it can be very loud at night if you have a room facing the main street. The staff was really friendly and spoke English which made communication a lot easier.

Nice hotel in great location, near main central sites. The room was clean and comfortable with modern decor. The only negative was the level of pedestrian noise at night. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Huelva is totally worth a visit.

Good location. Easy off-site paid parking. Key card to the room was faulty, had to go downstairs to fix it several times but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Too noise in the street all night

well located but parking is an issue. hotel parking is 19 euros but you can find city parking for 10. not much in the room ( tissu, coffee) but overall good hotel

My stay was very pleasing but, they had no eating vacillates on site. The room was very comfortable & exceptionally clean. All done I had a very pleasant stay.

Very nice hotel. Both for business as for leisure. All is perfect, from the paintings on the wall, the architecture in general as well as the rooms and the facilities. Also great breakfast. I frequent lots of hotels, this one is one of the top.

Had a great two day stay in Huelva. Nice town, great downtown with lots off activities nearby. Never realized that Huelva and nearby Rabida had such a powerful impact on Christopher Columbus’ voyages. The hotel was great. Located in the principal pedestrian area in center city, flanked by restaurants, cafes, public buildings and shopping. It has an upbeat feel to it. The local folks are friendly, welcoming and engaging. At first we were intimidated by the parking situation, but the hotel’s garage is really easy to find with the directions provided at reception. We’d definitely stay there on a future visit.

The hotel was quite run down - stains on carpets in the corridors, key card mechanism not working properly, closed windows letting in a lot of noise from outside. Also, very invasive smell of drains on ground and first floors. On the plus side, the room and bathroom were clean and the staff very sweet and helpful. Have no idea how it got 4 stars...

Perfect central location is ideal. Hotel is fine but noisy (in corridors and when the room above was serviced), only has Spanish TV.

It is an awesome hotel for the money. Clean, spacious and frienly people.

Only downside was our view! Of water tanks we think. Oh, and the building seems newer then most, so the walls are thinner. During our touring in Europe we have become used to quiet hotel interiors due to thick walls. Not the case here. However, everything was very good.

The Hotel Tartessus in Huelva has pleasant installations and facilities, but its location is very unpleasant.a) Arriving by car is quite a problem, if the car GPS orientation system is used, owing to the numerous one-direction streets not recognized by the system;b) Parking the car is possible near the hotel only to discharge the luggage, and, as the hotel park was said to be complete, the public park (not very far: about 200m) but it is expensive for a long stay;c) The sound isolation between rooms is defective.d) Last, but not the least, the street is full of cafeterias and bars, very noisy until midnight or so, even in december, and the hotel has not noise isolation windows.Never more, nor to me, neither to friends of mine that I would know that they are going to Huelva.

Air conditioning stuck on hot, awful view and lifts not working. Dissappointed

The room is clean but the bed only had one pillow each. Extra ones were supplied the next day. The mattress was very firm indeed! The walls are fairly thin and voices from the next room were disturbing. Due to some extent to the lack of carpets absorbing sound and the loudness of excited Spanish voices.

The hotel seems to have no insulation to reduce noise pollution. Room doors have no cushioning to deaden the impact when doors are slammed. The walls are so thin I could hear every word the couple behind the wall were saying and all their intimate actions were so evident. Sleep, even with ear-plugs was hard to come by. Hardly what is expected of a four star hotel.
