Very nice renovations. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great walkable area. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear snoring in adjacent rooms though they did offer earplugs in the room. Overall good and would stay again.

Everything was great. The only issue is the water temperature changes drastically while showering if someone flushes the toilet or opens the faucet water . And it gets very hot to the point it can burn. Besides that . Everything is great 💯. We love the purple and the pool and the location and price.

It’s a good hotel, super equipped for storing ski gear and washing stuff. Just very very thin walls so your experience is really going to depend on who your neighbors are. They supply earplugs which is nice.

City was working on the water lines and we woke up to no water. That would have been nice to know upon check in. Besides that, our stay was nice. Property can be a little confusing to get around.

While this is a great more modern stay, if you are on a lower floor expect to hear an unexpected amount of noise from above
I was curious to why they had sets of ear plugs for noise I now know why. The ceiling/floors and walls are extremely thin.

Nice hotel with gorgeous pools and hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) in heart of Jackson. Delivery from the hotel restaurant and bar to anywhere on the property and fun accomodations were favorites of ours!

The receptionist was excellent and switched us to a bigger room without any fuss. The hotel now has it’s own restaurant and a lovely outdoor infinity pool and hot jacuzzi.

Convenient and Cool design. A little pricey for the accommodations however it was clean and even had a separate building where you could work, get coffee or a light breakfast before heading on to your next adventure. It is a Motel so all doors to rooms lead to the outdoors. I would stay again but ask for complimentary water which we did not get or have in our room.

Hot Tubs CLOSE EARLY even on weekend.
Bummed out! I booked this property specifically because of the nice hot tubs. They close at 10pm.
We got in late hustled down to the Hot Tub only to find it was closed!!
I called the front desk asked if any way to open the hot tub for an hour. She said no. I explained I had just completed a 200 mile bike race and would love to soak my legs in the hot tub if there was any way. The manager said “No, That’s not how it works”
I feel 10pm on a Saturday in September is pretty early. Had I known the Hot Tub closed so early I would not have stayed at this property

Property is nice, but went here due to a full kitchen and there was no oven or even a toaster oven to cook food. Parking was also difficult. We had a one bedroom suite with 2 baths. Both baths had showers. It would have been nice to have a bathtub in one bathroom.

Staff and room were great. Room at motel was adorable. Great location. Walkable and surround areas were quiet. Coffee station was in bathroom a few feet from toilet. Maybe move to room for sanitary reasons. Try to get room on top floor. People above were walking around until late so couldn’t sleep. Called staff, was apologetic and I think they sent someone. Thank you

I love everything about this hotel. Clean and close to everthing. Shopping and dining. If you will rent a car , thrifty is across the street. They offer a shuttle to airport. At the hotel both receptionist were very nice and professional.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The noise level was unbearable due to poor soundproofing. There’s a restaurant right in front of our room that stays loud until 11 PM, making it difficult to relax. Even worse, the guests in the room above kept walking around in the middle of the night, causing creaking noises that made it impossible to sleep. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a peaceful stay.

The room was clean but was very noisy. In fact, they left ear plugs on the night stand because they already knew noise would be a problem. The hotel is under construction with equipment motors and beeping. In addition, our room was right on exterior hallway that echoed every footstep. The air conditioning unit also did no function well and was also excessively noisy. Very disappointing for $500 a night room

This property was conveniently located to most restaurants and stores. The property was definitely not worth what it cost to stay there. They told me to park in the street. I replied that the cost of the hotel, im not parking in the street. This hotel is very old, with average updates. Never again.

Our stay at Mountain Modern Motel was noisy and disruptive, thus the inclusion of ear plugs, my first hint of what was to come. I know that the proximity to Jackson Village may justify the high price, but the noise removed all justification for the price

Overall, the stay was consistent with the cost and reviews. However, I felt very disrespected by the hotel staff when disputing a charge. I am very understanding when it comes to unexpected costs and wanted to go in with an open mind. But when I’m confused about a duplicate charge and the front desk person is rolling her eyes, smirking and interrupting me, I was not pleased. She had no empathy and refused to see things from my perspective. It was very patronizing and not accommodating.

Very modern hotel. Interior is designed to accommodate Skiers. Comfortable and clean.
Polite staff. “Restaurant” and “Bar” connected to the hotel are almost nonexistent. Was not much of a bar. There are a few very close though.

The property is well located near restaurants and bars. Parking onsite is limited so one night we had to park on street nearby. The rooms were clean but bathroom was horrible. The shower head was pointed so high up that anyone under 6ft has to hug the wall to get water and as a result it floods the bathroom after each use, which makes the door very hard to open, move or close. I’ve seen prior reviews of this already and mentioned to staff but it does not seem that they care much. The price is way too high for this motel.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The air conditioner in our first room was so loud we couldn’t sleep, the staff moved us to a suite and the air conditioner was still noisy.
