I had an amazing stay at Casa Dann. I'll stay there again and recommend it to others. Pilar at the bar was amazing. She and the rest of the staff helped me celebrate my birthday and have a good time. The amenities was awesome and the location for me was great.

My go to spot when visiting Bogota. It's in a great area, safe and cost effective. The rooms are nice and the beds comfortable.

This was my second visit to Bogota in the last few months and I was travelling alone this time. Unfortunately, while enjoying myself walking around Parque 93 I was targeted and robbed of by some slick people posing as undercover police; my cash, credit card, driver's license and IPhone were taken. It was a good thing I left my passport in the hotel safe along with a bit of cash. Some locals came to my rescue and brought me to a police station. The police escorted me back to the hotel and the staff tried to help me with many telephone calls. I was leaving the morning after the unfortunate incident but I racked up hundreds of dollars worth of long distance phone calls. The hotel front desk lady conferred with the duty manager and they graciously waived all my telephone fees. Although I was shaken up nonetheless I still very much like Colombian people and the compassion of the hotel staff confirmed that most people are good.

Everybody made you welcome and were happy to give you directions and suggestions to visit. The hotel car service was excellent, be sure to ask for the driver Julio, super nice and can be rented by hour or the day. Not expensive at all and much safer than street taxis.

I really love this hotel, it offers everything the big names do but at a fraction of the price. It's safe and located in a great neighborhood, easy access to everything in the city, a great free full breakfast, and of course the spa which I don't use but its nice to have.
