Hot water but no cold water in the sink. It is always something when I get there. The original tv control stolen..have to turn tv off in the back of tv. Find ants in bed n sometimes hair in bath tub.

When I arrived I was told there was no hot water . Since I was told they would fix it in a couple hours and discount the room we stayed. The WiFi did not work in our room either. When we left at 7:00 next morning hot water still wasn’t working. We asked at desk about discount and told how dissatisfied we were and was told manager would be calling and I left my information. Of course she never did but when I finally got hold of her after 3 attempts, she was only willing to discount $20 which was what I could get online. I won’t stay again.

We had booked a queen but he upgraded us to a king and gave us a quiet room when I requested it. You can get complementary coffee or tea in morning. Parking was free and felt safe. We liked it so much we came back the next day and he happily upgraded us to 2 queens this time. It feels more like a hotel than a motel. Has spacious nice hotel like rooms. Friendly staff.

Very accommodating for my mobility issues. The only problem I had was with inconsistent WiFi connection. I called the office a few times to reboot the router and restore service. They’ve been upgrading and remodeling, with work continuing. Didn’t cause any inconvenience,

The rooms are stinky and not clean. Tons of homeless surrounding the hotel and lots of noise. The hotel felt very rundown. Would not stay here ever again

This hotel advertised that it had wireless. Given the reviews about the spottiness of the wireless, I called them to see if it was in fact working and was assured it was, so I went ahead and made the booking through hotels.com. I had an important zoom meeting at 5 am the following morning and needed to be able to have the meeting in the privacy of my room. When I arrived, I asked AGAIN if the wireless was working and was assured that it was. I signed in while in the lobby just to make sure. However, when I got to my room, literally feet away from the lobby, none of their wireless addresses worked from the room. The front desk person came to see if I was doing something wrong, which I was not. I told them that I could not stay there as I needed wireless and they advertise that they have it and also told me multiple times that they had it - when clearly they just have wireless in the lobby. The front desk person said they had been having on going problems and she would have her manager issue a refund to me as soon as she came on at 11 pm. I booked another hotel down the road, and was not concerned that I would not get the refund. I let hotels.com know - as they have to facilitate the refund. After two days, hotels.com came back to me and said that they could not get ahold of the hotel manager therefore they could not give me a refund. WTH? I don't know if I just got a bad customer service agent - but I need a refund - either from the hotel or hotels.com. BAD BUSINESS FROM BOTH

I had read reviews, and this looked promising; some stated internet issues but the overall reviews and ratings were good so I overlooked it, knowing everyone has some bad days/tech difficulties. This was a huge mistake for me, there never was internet. I was traveling on my remote days, but needed to put in full work days.
The staff didn't see this as a problem. The first time I called the front desk was at 6am beause I had two meetings via Zoom. I was told he would try to reset it, but the manaer was aware of the problem. When there was still no internet, he said I would have to speak to the manager - who wouldnt be there until 11am, five hours later. And he was short with me, he told me I could go to Starbucksl which is a public place, not appropriate for conducting meetings. So I had to get dressed and leave the hotel to work.
The problem with Starbucks is they no longer allow you to charge devices due to crime/homelessness issues. So I called back to see if the manager was there, and they were not, they never came in. The next employee said the wifi was working, so I came back, went to my room...and it still wasn't working. She said I'd have to come closer, but on a couch, in public in the middle of the lobby. I was here for my cousin's art opening, needed to work, flew, rented a car, wasted/ruined the little time I had, spent all my time OUT of my room except to sleep. This is decent traveler hotel but never if you have to work, rely on wifi for any reason,

Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and has necessities, but was pretty cold and didn’t have a bumper under the main door so it was pretty loud. The location was very convenient and despite small issues I would come back.

Housemaid walked right in while i was in the office. Staff unfriendly. I checked in at 3 : 30 but they said there were no rooms available on the ground floor and to come back after 5: 30 when the maids are finished. Im a solo elderly woman that had spent a full day and night traveling to get to my destination. Luckily there is Burger King ajoining the property where I was able to wait.

The receptionist that was there around 3 she was rude, she didn’t greet us or any other person that would get there. She was extremely rude all because she had to leave. I have work in customer service for many years and greeting the customer doesn’t kill anyone! The person that arrived after she was nice and very understanding nothing like the other receptionist! Other than that things were good.

Well we were 2 hours early to check in and there was a sign that said to the effect if you're early maybe we can negotiate a early check-in fee we were 2 hours early and she wanted us to pay $50 to come into our room 2 hours early needless to say I was not about to pay $50 for 2 hours to check in early so we sat around waiting for the 3:00 check in got our room and Our first room the carpeting was soaking wet took off my shoes stepped on the carpet and my socks were immediately soaked so we had to change our room and move all of our stuff into the another room and the TV remote control didn't work we had to control it from in back of the TV The Wi-Fi did not work and she said I'll reset it but if it doesn't work then there is no internet she was very rude and the guest laundry room was also not in working order when we were checking out next day we had noticed when we came there to check in that there was no animals allowed and she saw that we had a cat and all she said was oh you have a cat but I'd already paid for the room through Expedia which it didn't say anything in Expedia about no animals it had all the rules for the hotel and regulations but nothing say anything about cats or dogs so when we checked out she tried to keep our deposit saying that we had a cat in the room which we didn't we kept our cat in the car because we saw the sign ourself but she never once said that cats weren't allowed she tried to set us up to keep our deposit

The hotel room and property were fine, despite being next to the freeway and having pretty thin walls. But there were three things that were terrible and unacceptable.
1. When I arrived at the hotel, approximately 6:30 p.m., there was a sign on the locked office door saying "be right back, 6:10 p.m.." The clerk came back after 35 minutes, and there were 4 or 5 parties besides me trying to check in. I've never been to a hotel where the desk clerk just disappeared for 35 minutes and made people wait.
2. The television didn't work. There frequently isn't much to do when traveling, and a working TV is one of the essentials at a hotel. To not have a working television is unacceptable. I've stayed at hundreds of motels over the last quite-a-few years, that has never happened.
3. When I walked to the front desk to report the on-working TV, the clerk told me how to fix it. I said, "I'll call you if it still doesn't work." She said "okay."
I got back to the room, tried to fix the TV, no luck. So I picked up the phone in the room; no dial tone. So I called the published number for the hotel, no answer. So the clerk had agreed that I should call--but she knew all along that I could NOT call. She didn't answer the phone (tried for over an hour) and the room phones don't work. (Why have a phone in the room that doesn't work?)
In summary, I recommend that you DO NOT STAY in this hotel. Some things, even most things, were fine or okay. But terrible overall.

The room was fine, the building it’s in rough condition, no elevator, and no one was at the front desk for me to check out the next day.

Fantastic from the moment, I walked into the front desk and was greeted by the late night clerk. She was fun, funny lively as if it was 9 o’clock in the morning, but yet it was midnight.

We had an ok stay here. The hotel is dated. During our stay, they were going through a much needed renovation, so there construction workers, noise, dirt and dust everywhere. The staff were nice.

I just needed a place to crash, this turned out to be a good room, good rate, with a few fast food options very near by & seemed like if I had to stay longer there were other things close by like grocery stores & other businesses. The pool looked nice from a distance but I didn’t have time to try it or get a closer look.
