We were not happy with this booking. The clerk once she got to desk after 15 mins standing in lobby was friendly. Our room was on the second floor, the stairs going up to room were sketchy?? The concrete is crumbling away, the bed was hard and extremely uncomfortable!! And the walls were paper thin so we listened to a crazy person next door for 5 hours yelling on his phone. We got about 3 hours sleep!! This hotel needs some TLC it is very rundown. I would not recommend this hotel!!

Building was in disrepair with chunks and flakes of the building everywhere. After seeing the conditions of the building I was scared to go in. As I opened the door I was pleasantly surprised. Room was clean with a nice sized king bed with fridge and microwave. TV had plenty of channel options and wood flooring was nice even though were some sticky spots. It was a very low rate and you get what you pay for but all in all I wasn’t disappointed.

This a very old Motel, defiantly needs more than a coat of paint on the outside of the building.

The staff at this property was fantastic, but the hotel itself is a bit meh. The floors were quite dirty and look like they havent been washed in a very long time, the bathroom was clean, but again, the floors were dirty and there was what looked like a fist hole in the wall that was filled in with plaster.
Overall we had a good sleep and its a place to out yiur head down for the night, but the floors need a deep cleaning.

Friendly Staff, Clean Facility. Great if you are traveling with dogs. Took a morning walk with the dogs just around the corner and had Fantastic City views and their coffe was good too!

Place should be condemned. Moldy shower curtain, holes in the ealls stuffed with dirty tissues, the wife flushed the toilet when I was showering and I was scalded

The host at check in was very nice and helpful but the hotel itself is in dreadful need of an update. Building is old and a bit run down. Neighborhood seems a little sketchy as well. Ok for a quick overnight stay

This property is well managed by a caring and kind staff. But the floor in the bathroom was filthy and there was mold around the tlle in the shower. It appears to me that this old motel needs a serious remodel and clean up.

It was a typical Motel 6. I will add it was nice, quiet, and located downtown. Parking was off street and easy in and out. The hosts were very nice and friendly. Didn't have any problems. Our room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great and wasn't too noisy. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was simple but clean. All the staff were super friendly & helpful. In a great part of town, there were many shops, stores, & historic sites within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

This is our first choice for hotels in Butte when we come for events because it is located within easy walking distance to areas around historic Butte and the staff are so nice. We will be back!

Arrived to check in at 2am door was locked and not a parking spot available. Note on door said pick up the phone so I did and the phone started ringing. Waited about 10 minutes before someone picked up and we were able to check in after driving for 15 hours. Called at 7:00pm to let them know about the late arrival they said no problem we open 24 hrs. Light in room was on at arrival which was great. Beds were clean bathroom was gross. Walls are paper thin neighbours kids were screaming at 6am and woke us up. So less then 4 hours sleep for $166 Canadian dollars. Won’t return to a motel 6 anywhere ever again.

This is a review of Expedia. Terrible service! I couldn't cancel because your website wouldn't acknowledge that I even had a reservation even though I had a itinerary number with the email you sent me that I still have. I'll never deal with expedia again and will warn my friends about you!

It was a very clean and spacious room. The cooling was excellent and did not have the musty feeling that I have had walking into other motel rooms. The parking nestled in the center of the motel, feels like a safe enclosure which is in the city. The woman who checked us in was very nice , informative and proud of her motel. A great find.

The parking lot has curbs in front of the rooms and then a space of about 10 inches inches between the curb and the sidewalk. I gell in this area when I was ththere.
