Well! My 1st Room On 2nd Floor. DidNot Have Any Of The Amenities That Most Hotels Have. This Room Nothing. Also Their Was A Nappy Hairs In The Bath Tub. Even Though No One Had Taken A Shower. No Iron.Son Complain Of Bed Bugs. But, Manager Check On It. She(Brenda) Gave Me Another Room On 1st Floor. Just A Bit Better But, I Checked Out. Even Though I Had Days To Stay Until Hurricane Milton Passes Through. I Checked In At Holiday Inn Express Next Door

The experience was ok the owner was just unprofessional as far as in asking us what we are doing and not giving us clean towels and rags when we needed I only stay here for the pool ...other than that he is very rude

This property had horrible customer service. The front desk reps were rude, and short when speaking with guest. Limited supplies, i.e I was told I could only receive one wash cloth and one towel per person, my bedding had holes, and stains. I tried to turn them in for another set and was told there weren’t anymore. There were no additional pillows, cleaning service had to be requested between 9am-1pm, which we didn’t receive. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies and clean the room daily myself. Bath tub was unleveled, there were cob webs on the stairs, and walls to the rooms. The poor quality of my stay negatively affected my vacation. I will NEVER stay at or recommend Red Roof Inn to anyone.

The room smelled the second I walked in. The bathroom smelled like urine and musty. There were yellow and grey stains on the bed sheets. The night manager tried to play it off as “hair dye” or “food stains” and “guaranteed the sheets were washed”. So ridiculous

The hotel itself wasn’t bad. It’s just not in the greatest locations but lots of wild cats which I loved maybe not someone else though. Not much around there

Upon check-in the guy behind the counter was not very engaged and was on his cell phone. Was not informed that breakfast was not available. Kinda disappointed. However, the room was clean and comfortable.

What we like: Friendly staff, comfortable beds (mattresses), large comfortable rooms, clean, nice breakfast room. What don't we like? Maybe some details in the bathroom are not perfect, missing hangers:).
To sum up: We highly recommend it.

I booked a room with two beds when I got there they just give them all the two bed rooms to a bus full of people.

My problem was with the hotel mainly.looks great from the outside. Poop in the toilet, dirty floors, bed super hard ( like sleeping on a door) microwave not clean, no supplies for the bathroom or in the room, no phone in the room. Need more pillows to sleep on. Worst hotel very been in.

THE HOTEL AND ROOMS WERE NICE AND SPACIOUS AND WARM, BUT MANAGEMENT WAS INCAPABLE OF CONTROLLING UNRULY GUESTS. MY CAR WAS IN DANGER OF DAMAGE THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT, BY PEOPLE NOT EVEN STAYING AT THE HOTEL. PEOPLE WERE USING THE HOTEL TO PARTY

The first room was not cleaned from the last guests.. Beds still with last guests sheets and dirty towels..
Room two.. walked in and was not clean.. at least the beds had not been slept in. The room was very dirty and not in good condition. Couch was so filthy I had to get a blanket from the bed to cover it before sitting on it.
Bathroom had no soap, broken faucet and no handle for the shower.. one towel for 2 people .
Yes.. we stayed the night.. my 85 year old mother was too tired to find another hotel and we did not think any better room was possible in this hotel.
This was a superior suite with 2 double beds and kitchenette.. cabinets falling off the wall, refrigerator rusty and filthy.. yes.. it can get worse, roaches on the floor and counter..

The lobby was beautiful & clean the outside looked nice so instead of comfort inn. we decided to give Red roof a try, I WISH I DIDN'T! I Booked 2 rms. One we couldn't get into due to housekeeping leaveing spray bottle inside door handle, which I don't know why it was there, the room was not cleaned! The second room had roaches in bathtub, the bathroom door was split in 2 w/nails sticking out. There were pubic hairs everywhere! The mattress was gross in both rooms, u can see bedbug debris/fecal matter all around mattresses. The floor was not cleaned,sticky stuff on floor, dirty band-aids & dead bugs in corners. Bathroom door had blood print on it in 1st rm.. In desperate need of repairs. The walls were gross, the paint was coming off & just nasty. I'm very disappointed 😞 just wanted some rest in a decent place this was not it!
