Though it was a no-smoking facility, employees (and probably guests) smoked too close to the air intakes. Sometimes our room was incredibly stinky. We complained and it got somewhat better--but not perfect.
The room smelled stale, as if it had been smoked in previously.

Not very good. It says breakfast and all they have is coffee oatmeal and muffins. To me that’s a continental breakfast. Won’t stay there again.

It was a decent stay and had a small kitchen that allowed me to store some food for my visit. While the general area was clean, the carpet have not been washed in what seems to have been years, rendering my exposed feet to blacken. Rather disgusting, so I had to wear shoes in the hotel room. There was almost no breakfast other than coffee provided.

Just out dated super out dated smelly and very dirty the condition of the room we stayed in 313 was disgusting and very uncomfortable the pictures of the hotel were very deceiving could use a remodel definitely won’t ever stay there again

1. Took forever for worker to come to the counter. 2) I was given a room that had not been cleaned -- it was a mess and the bedsheets were strewn everywhere.

Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke. After receiving another one we found it had a slight smoke odor. This was a non smoking location. There were cats and dogs staying in rooms. I would not stay or recommend this location.

The room smelled horrible and everything looked very old, everything looked dirty. I don't recommend it

The property was dirty and grimy in the rooms with stains on the floor, lamp shade, sinks, and inside the toilet. The room also lacked bath towels and other basic amenities such as toilet paper. Furthermore, some of the staff were not super friendly and overall felt unhappy to be there. The only redeeming qualities of this property are that they let you bring your pets and they have a little kitchen area. Overall I felt the room was disappointing for the price.

The hotel was just dingy and filled with dog hair in the hall ways. Seems that it hasn’t been vacuumed or carpets cleaned for awhile and the walls are gross. The rooms door was really hard to open and shut. Same dingy walls and carpet. The blankets are thin and uncomfortable to sleep and there were only two very small thin pillows on a queen size bed. I was really nervous about getting bed bud bugs.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. My two friends and I were on a road trip and are not picky about where we stay. We’ve stayed in Motels before and are fine with older buildings. But this was filthy dirty and disgusting and SO unsafe. We immediately left and got a refund. The people that were staying here were all doing drugs and were so sketchy my friends and I were legitimately afraid for our lives. I’ve stayed in bad parts of cities like Philly and New York and I felt safer there than in this hotel. We checked to see if our door could be broken into and just by me pushing on it a little bit, it started to open. There was a warning sign inside the room saying to not open the door to anyone which I’ve never seen in a hotel before. It seems like the management is fine with a bunch of drugged out people that smell like piss and poop hanging out there. Tons of dirt in the sink, stains all over the carpet, smelled so horrible, everything was broken, I didn’t even want to sit down on the bed. So, so awful.

I book for 8 days and the service is horrible. I asked for a change daily of bedsheets and towel they wouldn't serve to bring it to the room. Made me bring them the old ones to get the new one down the lobby. Also so many homeless wandering the area.

Hotel was dirty and rooms were very old and while obviously cleaned since last guest they were pretty bad. Old carpet and stale smell. Would not recomend. Police patrol parking lot 3 times per night to keep drug deals out. Lock your trucks up good.

I always prefer to stay here when in salt lake city. The employees are friendly and accommodating and the rooms are always well kept and cozy.

The staff was very helpful. Bernadette had the patience of a saint. She handled a homeless (we think) family with patience and respect. The children 4 or 5 of them were running around eating lots is sugary foods, but Bernadette kept calm and professional in her exchange with the family.

They saved my whole trip. Our other accommodations fell through and This place was absolutely great. I was traveling with 2 kids and my elderly mother in law. I don’t know what I would have done if they couldn’t take us. But it was great. Highly recommend

Room smelled like a smokers club. Then we opened the bathroom door and it smelled like Cheech and Chong hot boxed the bathroom. Tables were covered in sticky residue. And no coffee pot in the room.

One night stay before catching a flight.
Room was fine, clean but tired and worn, the whole hotel could do with a refurb. We did sleep well.
The people staying there were a bit lo-fi but we had no issues and the room was quiet with no noise. Breakfast is not worth bothering with, just some instant oats, cereal bars, muffins & coffee.
It's not awful but given the choice again I would pay a little more and get something not quite so run down. I guess the kitchenette would be useful if you are looking on saving money by not dining out.

12 hours of driving to arrive at hotel that is run down and has a old dirty smell to it. Seem to be alot of long term tenants and their pets. Not even 5 minutes into getting settled in, next room over tenant somehow breaks sprinkler head in bathroom and floods their room and good portion of hallway, not to mention the screeching of the fire alarm. Whole 3rd level smells like old pipe water now.
Got moved and got another 3 am fire alarm wake up call.
Shouldn’t have paid for this hotel.
