The Uberfahrt is a wonderful resort with first class service and personnel. The buffet breakfast is second to none and we look forward to future visits to this one of a kind resort.

A hotel that fulfills everything you would expect from a leading hotel. The support throughout the long weekend was extremely positive. The natural friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and the fact that nothing seemed too much trouble all deserve a big compliment. We had a wonderful, large double room and enjoyed the lake view from our balcony. Note a single socket on the table is really not sufficient these days. Breakfast deserves special mention. It was absolutely fantastic with everything you might ever ask for and all of the food was of the highest quality. The spa area was huge with the largest indoor pool I can recall in my travels with various saunas, steam rooms, and quiet relaxation areas. We only ate once in the hotel at the Il Barcaiolo which started badly when we were seated next to a family with a noisy child (and this was late in the evening 20:00). We were quickly moved after we asked, but, whilst the service was impeccable, we both found the food to be rather bland. Special mention to whoever was responsible for the birthday cake and greetings which were waiting for us when we returned to the room on my birthday. It was a nice surprise, and completely unexpected. I feel I should point out that the hotel charges EUR25 per day for parking which I think should be included in the room rates. We chose to park elsewhere on principle.

An outstanding hotel with the highest standard with regard to service and an outstanding breakfast

This is a very nicely appointed hotel, and I would definitely stay here again. I had a room with a Mountain View, although it was hard to see from the specific deck/patio/room I was checked into. The electric curtains did not work on the bed side of the room and only opened on the side of the room without the view. The fact that there were electric curtains was a great touch, but being able to manually open might be good if the switches are ever jammed up. I did not force them open/investigate that much. The bathroom in this room was great. Nice clean tub, and the whole thing was clad in natural stone. Radiant heated floors, LED mood lighting in the ceiling and even the water closet. Only drawback was that the water temperature in the shower could not be controlled/hardware was broken. Fortunately there was a hand held tap as part of the bath configuration. A little disappointing to be taking a shower standing in a tub rather than the actual shower a few feet away, but I made it through. This could be a concern for a family/shared room with expectations of a rain shower like experience or privacy while showering. All in all, impeccable service from the staff from moment of checkin, to room service delivery, to checkout. Staff are doing a great job of ensuring consistent quality of service at all times of the day. You really feel like you are living a vacation when staying here. Location is also beautiful. (Just keep track of who is breaking your stuff)

We stayed here for the first few days of our 2 week Germany trip, and now wish we could have stayed longer. It's a beautiful, fabulous hotel, and it feels very luxurious. The staff, room, amenities, food...all excellent. We'll definitely be back.

Great location great room great area ... check in was little slow

Our only disappointment - 3 star dining had some disappointing dishes such as red mullet - many bones.

Stayed one night. Situated by the lake with lake, with a nice view of the lake. Facilities in good condition. Very good breakfast served. Personnel hospitable and friendly. Good internet connection.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel. Rooms were beautiful w great bathroom area and the location is exceptional. Breakfast is outstanding.

The hotel is perfection in every single aspect, location (in front of the lake), room size and decoration, spa and gym facilities, friendliness of staff, availability of car parking , variety of foods for breakfast , luxury of the lobby. The only minor negative thing is the A/C at room is only warm or cool air, no fully controlled A/C which could be annoying in hot summer days.
