Shower leaks everywhere , have to pull teeth to get more towels, smells awful in hallways , roaches in the room

Noisy neighbors who stayed up late. Noisy late arrivals at 2:30 am. Appears to have more long term stays rather than short term stays. Otherwise, an average experience.

Everything from check-in to checkout was pretty disappointing even for a 2-star hotel. Checking in took forever, and while minimal, the hotel charges additional fees even if you’ve paid in full on hotels.com. We booked a room for 3 people but only received 2 towels and 2 pillows so we had to go ask for more. The room smelled bad and it was dirty - there were hairs, dog/cat food, and misc dirt on the floors. During our 4-night stay we were only able to use the elevator 2-3 times as something was malfunctioning and it was stuck on a floor most of our stay. They didn’t come and make our beds or change our towels a single time. Just do yourself a favor and pick a different hotel.

We came here to evacuate from Hurricane Milton, The staff was very friendly and did everything they could do to accommodate all the people Who were trying to escape the storm. It's Bare Bones but pet friendly and served its purpose for Our family. The maintenance people were up early the next morning clearing out all the debris from the parking lot and walkways. I would recommend staying here again and you can't beat the price!

The front desk were rude. During our whole we had to ask for toilet paper and towels. The towels are for the size of a toddler. There was also 2 cockroaches

Filthy! Disgusting! Killed bugs first thing. My kids' feet were black from the room never being mopped (hardwood floors). Bathroom was even worse. Bugs, broken shower head that just sprayed water up into the ceiling during your shower. Had to beg to get enough towels for 4 people. Fridge was broken, towels we did get had hair in them and were dirty. Stayed one night, only bc it was 1am when we arrived. Had 3 nights booked, left anyway. Wyndham was much much better! Oyo stands for on your own and they mean it! One of my top 3 worst hotel experiences. Now they are trying to refuse to refund my other 2 nights.

Bed was comfortable. First thing I saw when I entered the room was a roach. I can tell it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned because there was stuff in the draw and garbage in the garbage bin

I travel for work so im in hotels often this was one of the better ones the staff was super friendly an very helpful it was in the middle of a remodel so there was construction going on but u cant complain if there tring to make your stay better i would definitely go back

Never stayed because when I arrived I was told my reservation was canceled by the system. Yet I was charged. The way the front desk handled it, I was extremely dissatisfied and left to another establishment . Hotel said Expedia charged me, Expedia said hotel did. The charge was expedia.

Not happy at all. My 2 night stayed became a 1 night and requesting a refund for my second day. The room smelled like mold and there was mold in the bathroom, roaches in the bathroom, the tile all cracked up. Paid for a king bed and was put into a full bed room. Not happy

Needed extra towels because we had three people in our room, and front desk seemed super reluctant to give us any, but then Housekeeping gave us plenty extra. Bathroom in our room had limited ventilation and quickly began to smell mildewy and our towels wouldn't dry. Asked for new towels and was told we'd have to turn the ones to get new ones, which was fine by us because they were wet and smelling gross. Housekeeping came and only gave us new towels, leaving us with the wet and mildewy old towels. Told the front desk that we'd be gone for a day and to please make up the beds and replace all the old towels and they didn't. Asked again the following day and they still didn't. The hotel was nice and all as long as you just don't use towels I guess

Don’t stay there.
Impossible to reach the hotel by phone on the day of arrival.
Desk manager was busy counting money, and completely avoided my desire to check in.

Many other better options nearby, and had to check out after one night for one of those.

I don’t know what all the fuss is about. This is very good hotel for the price. Great customer service rooms have been renovated it’s not the Ritz-Carlton.

Oyo Hotel was nice and clean. Great bargain hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only draw back was there is no hot water. I tried at different times and the water was like warm.

Our experience at Oyo was not bad. Rooms were clean, but there are some details to improve (bathroom accessories basically).

Overnight stay during a trip. Great licarion nit far from the highway. Hotel is nit super nice but it was a bed and bathroom. They ran laundry (room next door) at 9:30 pm qhich made more noise than the people in the hallway.
Checked out around 8 am. Just after 7 pm the sane day, we received a call asking if we wanted to extend our stay....not staying here again.

They didn’t clean our room. No extra toilet paper, they didn’t give us any coffee pods except the 2 we were given the first day. They have a coffee bar in lobby but never make coffee. There’s no way to call front desk you have to run down to them. Bathrooms need to be updated and there were little roaches. Walls are extremely thin you hear everything. The only thing that keeps it from being a 1 star review is the bed was comfortable.

First thing when I walk in the room was cockroach and then when we want it to take a shower the water it didn’t want to work and 10 minutes later you see water everywhere in the bathroom so sad terrible

They tried to put me in a dirty room 3 times then said they were full. The rooms had no sheets on the bed, garbage on the floor, etc. the elevator was not working either

1st night was noisy from above, they had a dog that you could hear walking around following it’s owners as they walked around and dropped things on the floor they have new wooden floors, so you hear all the walking around. Price was worth it. Towels don’t dry to well. So buy some extras and bring them with you , especially if you plan on going swimming in the pool. A Walmart Super Center is close by. 2nd night was quiet, 3rd night noisy again. Staff was all friendly.

Room was in poor condition. Some lights didn't work. Poor repair jobs on walls bathroom tub, and tiles. Weird odor in room. Was not anywhere near a $200 a night room.

The Heater wasn't working. Finally replaced it 3 times to get it working. Literally froze my buns off! Phone didnt work for 3 days . Bed was very comfortable. Thank you
