The only think I did not like is that the hotel has a small parking lot and you might not find parking at all.

Our stay was very good, with one exception. The thermostat was locked out so that we couldn't turn it down below 70 degrees. That was fine during the day, but it was too hot at night. The air conditioner was also very loud when it was running. We didn't sleep well because of the temperature and noise. Other than that, very nice place with a nice view and good breakfast.

When we arrived and went to check in we were told that they didn’t have any Mountain View rooms available even though we had paid extra for that when booking. However when we got to our room, not only did we have mountain views, but we got an upgraded suite with a separate living room with a pull out sofa and additional bathroom. My favorite thing about this hotel was the view of the mountains from everywhere. They had a nice hot tub on the side of the building with an incredible view of the mountains and creek below. They had a patio where you could eat breakfast or have a snack/meal from the bar with amazing views of the creek and mountains. Their breakfast was great with so many options! They have access to a walking trail by the creek behind the property, so after breakfast I enjoyed a stroll while listening to the rushing water and taking in the view.

We did not like the pond view in back of Hotel. Bathroom Sink was getting clogged and Iron did not work. It was an average hotel.

Parking is not good

The property was just fine. Parking on the other hand was a nightmare, thank goodness they did free valet!

Staff was friendly and pleasant . Delicious treats at checkin. Had issue with room, they checked it out and corrected it immediately. Really just a very nice relaxing stay.

Beautiful property and very peaceful area

The rooms are big and nice. The location is horrible. You gave to pay over 50 bucks to have your vehicle valeted or 20ish to park across the street. Only one main entrance very difficult to unload baggage. 6 out if 10.

The view was amazing, and ther oom incredibly comfortable. Staff was super friendly and helpful

Very clean. We stayed here in April 2024 and price was good. Breakfast was excellent. Dining had a view and there is outside seating.

Close to ski lift

Said resort charge was $35 When I checked in it was 89 over and above the $160 I already paid Never stay here again Hot tubs over filled. Very disappointed and not cheap either ☹️

Loved the games and gookies

The most friendly and helpful staff. We had a nice view of Keystone from the room. We hadn't realized how close the mountain would be. It's a six minute walk out the back of the hotel to the chairlifts.

Overall, we like staying at this hotel because it's so convenient to a handful of ski resorts. We also like the access to ski lockers and free breakfast in the AM. Wish the dinner options around were better but overall 4/5.

Walking distance to the mountain house lodge was outstanding. Breakfast was great too. Resort fees and parking hitting $70/night after already paying through Expedia was a bit souring

Our overall stay was very pleasant. The major hicup was during checkout regarding getting our rental car from the valet. We asked for the car to be ready in the morning the evening before and again in the morning at 7 with 1 hour notice we asked for it to be ready at 8:15am and when we got to the lobby we had to wait 40min just for them to tell us our car was actually parked at the garage downstairs and not at the lot across the street and told us we can go downstairs and get our car. The car was parked in a tough spot to get out with the ice and snow in the corners so if the staff did not want to bring the car out of the garage we needed to get it out on our own with 1 person guiding the driver while our kids are restless to get in the car. It took us 10 minutes to get the rental car out of the parked spot. If valet service is provided we would expect no delays at checkout because we could be delayed for our flght in Denver. Also we did book thru third party vendor and understand any booking change needs to be handled via this third party however we would have appreciated some accommodation for the first night we could not check in due to the road closure on both 70 and 285. We could not arrive at the hotel and had to stay in Denver. Perhaps there is nothing that can be done but sharing as constructive criticism. Thank you!

Property is situated near the base of Keystone and offers a free daily breakfast, fitness center, and jacuzzi. Walls are a bit thin and sound’s across rooms travels easily.

Loved that the hotel is walking distance to the Peru lift at Keystone! The staff is very professional and welcoming. The dinner food at the bar was good and very convenient to eat after a day of skiing. The free breakfast was delicious, best I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Very good complimentary breakfast. Great location very close to local shops, restaurant and ski slopes. Rooms are small, and dirty. Our shower was dirty and have red mold.

The only downfall is paying an extra $50 a night for parking.. 1 out of the 3 nights I stayed. I had to park very far.

Good room. Comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom and entryway. Needs a bigger closet and drawer for clothes. Would like a light over the refrigerator/coffee space in entryway. Really liked the breakfast. Different choices every other day. But no pancakes or waffles for kids: had dinner at the restaurant and it was good for a night in when it was very snowy outside.
