Very nice hotel. Staff was able to take care of room issue quickly. Beds were comfortable and room was a good size for family of 3. Shower head sits a little low but water was hot and had good pressure. Free breakfast was good. Typical hotel fare.
You are walking distance from a Cracker Barrell and only a short drive from a few restaurants and a Food Lion.
Only stayed overnight but would stay again.

I booked the room around 12 pm after we were hit by Helene and knocked out all the power. The manager called me around 6:30 to tell me that they were out of rooms and that I shouldn't have been able to book the room. So you waited till 6 to tell me that, naw buddy you just gave the room to somebody else at a better price, expensive no doubt.

The room was very moist. Seems like it was newly clean but it was standing wetness in the bathroom as if there was a leak. The bed was comfortable but seemed damp. I woke up not feeling well in the morning from the dampness. The room smelled of mold/mildew. I was surprised the outside really looked good and even the lobby but the room appeared old. I will not stay here again. Wished I took pics

I killed 3 cockroaches, one of them crawled in my bed, the other one while playing with my 6m old found it crawling on the wall. Room 305, a family room was unsafe. The door frame was loose and screws were out. Walls were dirty with some sort of substance. Carpet was nasty. They threw some sort of scent to the sheets and in combo with the mildew smell in the room it formed a deadly mixture. It was very late in the night so i rode it out. Def not coming back. I suggest you remove it from your lists of hotels you do business with.

Staff was rude, room was dirty with holes in the wall ceiling was disgusting (mold/mildew in bathroom). No toilet paper in the bathroom. Room was hot at one end and cold at the other end because the AC was not well laid out for room configuration.

First room, fridge didn’t work and couch covered in pet hair. They switched us to a different room, so that was good. But in the second room, the bathroom hot and cold were reversed, and the bath fixtures were loose. And while the evening desk clerk was friendly and helpful, the morning clerk was fairly rude. Overall, the accommodations were okay, but we were glad that we only had to spend one night there.

Beds was nice but the breakfast was the worse ever, roach in room and in hallway, a stinky musty smell in hallway upstairs and burn marks in original blanket and replacement blanket.

It was extremely clean and quiet. The suite was big enough that 5 stayed with no trouble. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed with our 3 kids while passing through. The hotel looks updated and the room had a nice layout with a separate sleeper sofa. One of the few hotels that could comfortably sleep 5. The AC gets nice and cold and room was quiet. Conveniently located off I-95 and around the corner from a Cracker Barrel.
I took one star off because there was water on the carpet by the AC wall unit. Probably a leak. As well, a burn hole in one of the spare blankets in the closet we used to make up the sleeper sofa. I also think the scent in the lobby was overwhelming. The scent should be toned down, blankets with holes should be replaced and cleaning staff should check the carpet by the AC unit after each guest to improve the experience for future guests.

The room was spacious and had everything I needed to do some work. Some renovations were going on, but they stopped at a reasonable hour. The breakfast had just about anything you could want.

Room was nice and clean, only problem the air didn't get as cold as expected. Most rooms get ice cold when we stay here and this room did not. Other than that no other problems. Breakfast was fine.

This was a decent hotel. Its close to food and shopping. The staff was very friendly and check in was easy. I usually try to stay in rooms with a separate sitting area because I have a toddler and a teenager. The toddler can go to bed while everyone else stays up to enjoy their stay and this hotel offered that (Although there wasn't a door between the two. I opened the bathroom and closet door to create one.) The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, pool was nice for kids and stays open late. There were 2 cons, and that is the elevator is old, slow and small and the wondow shade in the room only comes down half way, so the light from the parking lot and sun shine right in all night and early morning. This caused my toddler to wake up too early. Overall this is a good, and cheaper alternative for Embassy Suites.

Finally a clean, safe and semi-affordable hotel in Savannah. Lobby and room was clean. Staff was friendly. Gym was 24 hrs. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would stay here again.

I’ve seen worse but it was pretty grungy. Not a place I would stay at again. Hair on the bed, lotion bottle in the bathroom was half empty, the place smelt funky, the carpets were stained and gross- it got us through the night but I won’t stay at a Best Western again. Needs to be torn down or have a really good renovation. The guy at the front desk was nice though.

First time in years that we've had an amazing stay at a hotel. This place is top notch. Breakfast was awesome. Pool is a little small but nothing to complain about.

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. Hair on toilet and in shower. Dried urine stains on floor around toilet. Hallway carpet stained everywhere. We were really looking forward to this stay based on the pictures. Front desk worker was nice but the hotel and the room were disgusting. Very disappointed and won’t be back. This is the first negative review I’ve ever done for any property.
