Construction was going on. Elevator not available at times. Put us in a room right above the construction. Not appreciative of that at all.

I asked for our room to be cleaned during our stay and it didnt happen. I had to ask for towels. The check in person wasnt friendly and couldnt answer basic questions about gift certificates. However the club people did great and the evening check in guy was great and brought the towels to our room amd was very apologetic. The heater squeaked so loud you couldnt run it. The bed wasnt comfortable

Loading and Parking was a bit difficult but manageable.

The entrance was confusing, but once I arrived at the front desk, the staff member was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. My partner visited the casino and enjoyed playing the slot machines. Other highlights included easy parking, quiet stay, and complimentary breakfast that actually tasted great.

Hotel was convenient to walking the town. Breakfast was traditional and good. The hotel was old and needs an update. Our room was passable for the one night- felt dirty and old - until I found 2 bugs crawling on the night stand and 3 on the window shades in the morning. Beetle like. Won't ever be back. Told the front desk and their response was a simple thanks. Do not recommend.

The lady at the front desk on 4th of July was OUTSTANDING. she was friendly, warm and welcoming.
Everyone was amazing. (Expect one lady at the ice cream bar place on Friday afternoon was not friendly and seemed really bothered by us).

Nice place to stay, only problem was we asked to have our room cleaned and it wasn’t done, asked again the next day and it was cleaned.

Parking was a nightmare. Their lot is for regular cars. Jerks in crew cab and large trucks parked there and blocked exit and drive through the middle. The evening desk staff told us to go park in public lot a half mile away. Morning staff told us the people didn’t answer their phone so there’s nothing she could do. Everyone had to back out of parking lot.

Loved our stay in Deadwood. The hotel was in walking distance from the Main Street where all the bars, restaurants and shops were. The room was comfortable and the front desk lady was very nice.

The price that we paid for two nights was crazy just cause it was Friday and Saturday. Then the last morning we wake up to a card under our door for the next night stay for 99 dollars

Casino was good … easy to walk up and down Main Street.. so easy access to shopping and dining… parking across street is convenient since parking in Dead Wood is tricky

Staff was great except on bar staff lady. Rude, not happy, cussed so that customers could hear her, asked her if she could wipe the bar where it was sticky, her reply was when I get a chance. She never did. Robert was fantastic and friendly.

The hotel was real nice. The included breakfast was the best we have had during this travels. The parking can be challenging. They have a lot across the street you can park your car. If you are not a hotel guest there is a charge for parking, but with your stay they gove you a parking pass to put in your car. The only complaint I had was a loud woman probably drink cursing and lpid. I think Deadwood is a bit of a part town so I guess you migjt expect that sprt of thing

Parking was full and the instructions from the front desk weren’t the best. The area I was instructed to park in had no signage affiliated with the casino or hotel.
Breakfast, I think the woman’s name was Bruini(spelling? I’m sorry). She did an amazing job. From all of my travels she kept the breakfast immaculate and helped folks when needed. You can tell she took pride in her work. Everything was well stocked. When folks got up within minutes you couldn’t tell anyone had been there.

We had a great time at the casino .The hotel room service, breakfast service, and valet service were extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Snitches was ok. Main course came before salad. Scallops were undercooked. The steak and lobster were great.

Decent property, clean, decor is old but the whole town is old and worn down. Weather wasn’t the best so lots of restaurants were closed at random hours.
