The room was quiet with forest view. No noise. Nice dark room. Our room was big and I loved the floors with no carpet. Breakfast was good. The pocket door for bathroom was annoying. Never stayed open. Bathroom small but very nice. Our room had air conditioning which a lot of properties in Mammoth don't. Very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

Clean and basic rooms. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very basic and not brilliant. We were very pleased that the staff called us to let us know we had left an item behind.

Great location

Motel had limited TV; no national channels, ABC, NBC, CBS. All areas were HOT, alarm went off at 5:30 but host at check-in was pleasant.

A great service, reported to front desk the plug was not working and they had some one fixed on the same day. A free good continental breakfast and free coffee at front desk. We stayed for 2nights, and we are happy 😀

We had a room next to the staurway that was convenient to parking, to our room and breakfast. Unfortunately, their was a bit of stairway noise, fire door closing. Upstairs stomping and our heater fan turning on repeatedly during the night. Room was ok, but could have used a light over the coffee. Microwave area.

Just a step above a Motel 6 because they do iffer breakfast.

Great place and location. Remodeled. Staff was excellent.Free breakfast was a great perk. Underground parking was fine if you go towards the back.

Paper thin walls, noisy, no elevator, and rooms were disappointing.

It's a rather pleasant stay for the price. We like the beds, the bathroom, floor is clean. Quiet in general. I'd recommend to others and stay again. Somehow TV didn't work and I couldn't figure out how. I am not a TV person so it didn't bother. Breakfast was nice. You can hear a little bit through the walls. But I am sure the owner really tries the best with what they have.

I had a great stay. The room was nice. Great location to restaurants. The hot tub was nice after a long days on the mountain. I really enjoyed the hot breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was nice but the building was not very clean, parking is extremely tight and very difficult to get in and out of you’re driving a large vehicle. The hot water stopped working for the entire building which was an extreme inconvenience. I definitely will not be coming back.

Stayed here for one night. The staff were super friendly and generous to let us know ahead of time there wouldn’t be hot water for our stay and offered a discount. The rooms were perfect and clean and morning breakfast was great. A perfect spot for the mountain. But please don’t stay here, so there’s room for us next time :)

This was a very comfortable and quiet stay. Mr. Rao, the manager, was very kind and helpful. When the heater in my room wasn’t working properly, he quickly tried to fix the unit and when that didn’t work, he put in a powerful space heater which warmed my room nicely. The buffet breakfast was very good and had something for everyone. I will definitely stay there again.

Staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, but the flood lights from the parking lot were almost unbearable. The curtains do not do a great job of blocking the outside light. Additionally there was quite a bit of bright light coming in underneath the door to the hallway. This made it difficult to fall asleep. Were it not for the light issue, I would've rated this hotel higher.

Great breakfast! Good room and beds are comfortable.

The heater in the room defaulted to "center of the sun" hot so the room would become unbearably hot. This is likely why we were greeted to the room hovering around 18 degrees when we checked in due to the fact that the door to the balcony had been left open and the heater had been turned off--I assume the cleaning crew decided they weren't given enough hazard pay to change sheets in the Saharan desert climate. When we messaged the management about it, we were met with the same silence my wife gives me when I've said something about my mother-in-law. The tv service was also great, if you like to watch your programming in the same way you enjoy listing to a reading of A Tale of Two Cities by a stuttering old man. The tv feed would cut in and out which made it impos.. to...ally... derstand... hat...being...aid. If you are looking for a spot that is close to the mountain, has a roof, and will keep you nice and toasty, this is your spot. If you like comfort, I'd swipe left. With that in mind, I ask you, "Are you Sure you wanna Stay?

Super clean, great warm breakfast

Parking garage is tight, but we managed to park a full size suv.

The staff was very good. Bk fast what you would expect, eggs,bacon ect...Parking!!This facility has lots of under ground parking but only 5 spaces above ground, on my stay. the limited available street level was not plowed and there was no space for me to park except blocking a dumpster. My truck was over the 6.6 inch height limit along with other customers. it would not fit that limit.Many ski people have higher van limits.. I would stay here again except for the parking issue. Price per night is good, but two people would be cramped. single is a good fit.

The room were furnished nicely but the mattress was showing some age. Walls we a bit thin and could hear conversations and TVs from adjacent rooms. There is a bus stop very close to the property, so taking the bus to the lifts was very convenient. There are some restaurants within walking distance as well. I’d stay here again.

The hotel is very close to a bus stop for the Redline to the Main Lodge, which is very convenient. We booked a room with two double beds. Somehow it was not available when we checked in. The staff at the front-desk (Rao) made a good effort to make it up. Orbitz was also helpful at resolving the issue.

Don’t expect a refund past the check-in time, even if you physically can’t get to the property. The 395 and other routes were closed because of a storm. Couldn’t get up there. When expedia customer service and I tried to call to explain the situation there was no answer. Now I’m out $170 and I’m left with no choice but to leave a bad review out of spite.

Parking can be tricky if you have a large car/truck the spots are SMALL

The front desk staff in person and virtual were friendly and efficient, as well as the breakfast crew. The room was clean and spacious enough for all of our winter ski bags. I would definitely book here again.
