Hotel check-in is very sneaky, if you find check-in which is not clear. They send you to a desk to get shuttle bus bands and magically claim you have a gift and are very pushy, they phoned me also multiple times and put letters under door. It's a timeshare sales thing, avoid and don't get details

When we checked in there was an alarm going off in the room next door. We called the front desk and they came and turned it off right away!

hotels.com did not inform us that the property offers no housekeeping / maid service. According to the front desk, you are supposed to know this because they are a time-share property. Does not matter that you pay full hotel rates.
The property has three towers. If you are unlucky (unimportant?) enough like us to end up in tower 3, you have no access to hotel amenities unless you walk through a badly lit parking lot to the main hotel. The area is fairly unsafe at night and hotel security is a joke.
Tower 3 maintenance: thread-worn, nasty carpet in the hallways, one of three elevators out of service throughout our stay.
Check-in was border-line rude, positively not welcoming.
The room itself was ok, but the negatives outweigh this. No further stays at anything with the name "Wyndham" for us.

staffs were very kind and helpful.
I enjoyed my stay very much.

This is a Vacation Club Hotel and they will try to lure you into going to a 90 minute presentation in exchange for a “gift”. They will pressure you. If you’re not into it, just decline the gift and go on to enjoy the fabulous facilities. It is clean, newish, comfortable, beautiful rooms and very close to the strip. I definitely recommend it.

We always love staying at this hotel! It’s also family friendly and the room fit a family of 6 comfortably

Mostly clean suite. Did find a few long stray hairs. Definitely not mine. Wish I could grow mine that long!
But it’s a time share style resort. No daily room service. They do try and set an appointment for a presentation right after hotel check in and do offer good gifts if you have the time to go. I did not opt in.
Did take the shuttle one day to the strip. If it’s full, you do have to wait 10-15 minutes for the next one.

Great facility, great amenities (pool, gym), great room, nice staff. Not close to much and it was too hot to walk around so prepare to use ride service or bring a car.

To cut a long story short: almost everything was perfect here. Our suite on the 11th floor matched the description, was clean, comfortable and even better equipped than expected and, to our delight, even offered a direct view of the light show on the outer skin of the Sphere. Check-in and check-out were quick and professional, and parking in front of Tower 2 was no problem. We were a little disappointed by the pool area, as these "outdoor pools" are built into the courtyard of the very high hotel complex, which we hadn't noticed in the hotel photos. We thought it was very nice that we were allowed a late check-out at 11:30 a.m. If we come back to Las Vegas, the Club Wyndham Grand Desert would be our first choice.

The staff is wonderful. However, they do try to sign you up for the 90 minute sales pitch.

I loved that we had a beautiful place to rest at the end of crazy days that had late hours at the pool, a cafe with decent food and full Starbucks menu. Will stay again.

I really enjoyed the suites as they provided ample comfort for our family. The pools were always warm and the family pool was very kid friendly. Convenient location too!

Booked and prepaid for over a week. Initial room provided to us was in Tower One and of poor standard and truly disappointing. We requested a room change and switched to newest rooms in tower 2. No drama switching …. But don’t accept room if it doesn’t match the advertised images 😎

Thankyou for meeting our needs as we asked for rooms next door prior to arrival but this wasn’t provided we needed an elderly relative to be close
, on arrival we asked again but was told no , but once we got in our room and realised this wasn’t workable , we asked again and you obliged, we had adjoining rooms , this made a massive difference to our stay , thankyou
The $250 per room hold is ridiculous, $500 is on hold now it really doesn’t need to be this much surely ??
Great pool area, staff really friendly and room service when you need anything just fab
No resort fees and no parking fees a bonus

I liked everything but they tried to get me into a timeshare and were very pushy about it and I really didn’t like that
But they were friendly. Just need to back tf off

Warning: comes with a high pressure time share sales pitch … the property is great … don’t do their sales pitch … they promised 100 Uber dollars in credit … but I never received it … their sales team is very unprofessional and … not kidding … boiler room tactics and insults come your way if you dare say no.

Having a well equipped kitchenette was amazing, most hotels in Las Vegas don't have fridge or kettle those days.
The couch in our room was a bit broken, but still okay to sleep on for few days.
They harass you hard at the arrival to join the time share presentations / sale pitch. Just keep saying no and they will leave you alone.
Overall place was great for what we needed, and would definitely recommend it.

Great property but the sales sales sales is tiring. Clean, exactly as advertised. Very spacious rooms, deck always had chairs.

The property was lovely and the facilities were excellent. We had a large one bedroomed ‘apartment’ with a view of part of the strip which was a great bonus. The ‘apartment’ was clean and had everything we needed and more. The only criticism I could possibly find would be that the sofa bed needed a new mattress and the shower took ages to warm up, but I am being picky saying this.
Other people have commented on the transport and sales pitch. The transport was really good to and from the property. When we checked in they clearly stated the hours that the bus didn’t run, they gave us paperwork with this information on it and also had a notice by the bus stop. What’s more the bus was completely free. If you missed the bus the hotel was a walkable distance to and from the strip, although in 40c heat you needed some hydration once you got there!
As for trying to sell you timeshares - you wouldn’t get such a lovely, reasonably priced property with excellent facilities without this. I went to the Wyndham talk and tour and although longer than 90 mins I did not feel overly pressured at all. I said that I couldn’t afford it and repeated that several times. They got the message in the end and I got 3 tickets for the Highroller for my time, which we all thoroughly enjoyed and was more than compensation.
You do pay a large deposit for accidental breakages etc., they assured me that this would be removed from my credit card in 2-4 days so fingers crossed.
Thank you for a lovely stay.

Awesome place for a family with five kids. The rooms are great. So spacious and very comfortable beds. The pool area is great for kids with life guards on duty. Overall great place to stay in Vegas for families with small children.

Very nice place. We stayed there for 5 nights. Free parking. Good location. Very helpful staff and bring everything immediately when you ask for restocking for free but you need to pay extra for cleaning the room. 3 pools. One pool is open 24 hours.

The pool was filled with loud and not so chique people. Cheerfull people belong to Vegas, but this was a bit cheap crowd

The property was clean and very relaxing.
You can have fun without the place not being too excessive for Vegas status.
