Perfekt Location, good breakfast and very convenient price

Nice area. Good service and nice personal.

Good base for the area. Rooms adequate, good size but smell damp and need updating. Limited dining/bar, breakfast included with good selection. The pool areas are closed off by 7pm and pool bar doesn’t offer hot snacks in afternoon. Overall a good location for our trip

Very relaxing and close to many attractions and beaches.

We had a lovely 5 day stay at the hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the grounds were very pretty. My only two criticisms are that the bathroom needs updating, it is very tired looking and the other is that at breakfast they only make fresh fried eggs and not omelettes, but there is plenty of choice.

Really I do not know how this hotel is able to offer parking if in reality they have few capacity. I paid more than 600 dollar for two nights and room was miserable, I ask for a beach towel and they ask me for 10 dollars as deposit. So I do not recommend to any body this hotel.

The hotel needs major renovations… everything is so old and broken…. Location is nice but if you have large suitcases make sure you ask them for a room on ground level since there are no elevators and you have to carry your bags 3 floor up

Dinner was expensive for a buffet of limited choice and breakfast was less good than other similar hotels. The food was the 'letdown' for what is otherwise a quite good hotel. Access difficult and not near bars or restaurants unless you drive.

Easy check in with nice staff. Out of our five rooms all in different blocks not one or out air conditioning worked. Bathrooms very dated and tired but the bedroom was ok. Pool area was fine but the beach bar in their description doesn't exist. Breakfast was very poor, but for a budget end hotel you got what you paid for.

The Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room had some issues but it was quickly dealt with. The hotel was tired in some areas but overall our Experience was good

The hotel on the outside doesn’t look bad but our room was very dated missing a lot of basic things to be a 4 star hotel in my opinion. The bathroom had broken tiles, the toilet flush wasn’t working at first we had to get someone out a few times to fix this. The ceiling of the rooms cladding was damaged at parts. Our room was meant to be 3 beds which we asked on hotels.com to be 3 double beds on the preference option menu. We ended up with a double bed split in the middle into two singles and one sofa style bed which made uncomfortable sleeping for one person wasn’t what was advertised. The bedroom didn’t have a mirror which was annoying and made it had work for 3 people getting ready. The room ceiling light didn’t work, the ceiling fan didn’t work and the toilet flush which we mentioned to reception In first 30 minutes of getting keys to room on first day. They only fixed items which was toilet and the fan but we didn’t have main room light work for the 5 days duration of our stay at hotel. Overall the hotel has a good location and grounds on decent and breakfast is okay but not many vegetarian options. Me and our group were disappointed in room and overall stay and we did ask for a room change but was told this wasn’t available.

Came in late, was easily checked in and parking was very convenient.

Very warm staff. good food. The rooms and buildings look a bit outdated. Cleaning was very good. The noise at night from the other guest was very loud specially outside the rooms.

Location is pretty good. 10 mins walk to beach. La sala by the beach, ocean club etc all in walking distance. Excellent value hotel.

Very good breakfast. Good pools, but only one is open and from 10 to 19hr...very annoying being expelled from the swimming pool because they lock it. Internet is paid by day...Haven't seen this in years...especially in an 4 start expensive place. The resort is not on the beach, as it looks in the map, it is a 6 mim walk.

The location of the hotel was very good for Puerto Banus, as well as easy access to Mistral Beach. But the hotel needs a bit of a refresh as looks and feels a bit tired. We only had breakfast in our deal, but the food was good.

From checking in to checking out we cannot fault this Hotel - all the staff, including reception, cleaners, restaurant staff and activities staff were friendly, professional and happy. The hotel wasn't busy which I think was nice, as everyone was relaxed. The breakfast was suited to every ones needs and presented very well. I would happily return to this hotel again. We loved hiring the bikes and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay...staff amazing....reception staff not very polite or smiley....all other staff brilliant!!!!

Stayed in room 412 there was no view what so ever from balcony all you could see was other roomsand a path leading to them, in morning when trying to sleep could hear loads of noise from children shouting and banging doors then room cleaning maid would come along with there trolleys which sounded like a express train really loud on the cobbled paths. Apart from that everything else was fantastic if we had different room would of been 10/10.

Nicely located close to Puerto Banus marina and beach. However, be prepared to pay 12€ a day for parking, 5€ a day for WiFi, 2 € per day for the safe and 10€ a day for for a chair at the beach. Ridiculous!

Bathroom was humid and moist after shower causing towels and clothes hanging to stay damp.
