Motel was nothing special. Very minimal but had the basics. Front desk didn't seem to be able to look at their guests or make eye contact. Not rude but not professional either. I was told there was breakfast at 6am but nothing was set-up or even lights turned on in the breakfast area.

Omg the beds are super amazing, the staff have been the best.i have met thus far personable yet always professionals!!!.the night manager she is just the person for the night position, always welcoming and able.to help with guiding us for tue next day and amazing amount of knowledge and places.to go and see! Keep up the great work!!!!

Everything was fine, friendly staff, clean room, quiet, no issues.
People expecting a normal breakfast should know it was pretty slim - just juice/coffee/milk, bread items, some (mostly rotten) bananas & waffle batter; no eggs toast sausage/bacon.

I check in we were told the room that we paid for wasn't available and that they have to put us in a different room and then following that the next day we were told that we owed an additional amount of funds because of the room change even though it wasn't because of us it was because of the hotel needing more space and we were not informed at all but when we went to check out they said that they had informed us and that we knew we were going to be charged when we checked out. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful to be called a liar when we said we had no idea about the additional charges owner was wearing house slippers with no socks and seemed uninterested and unprofessional when we arrived attendant was outside smoking a cigarette and went into the building with a cigarette in her hand the smoke smell made our son sick we had an appointment early and breakfast wasn't out yet by 7am and was suppose to be out by 6 and no coffee room smelled like mold poor ventilation

It was a decent place to sleep 😴 prior to my early morning flight. Bed was fairly comfortable. Room was dated but ok. Its not the hilton and as long as its a basic room you are looking for that wont break the bank it will suffice.

For the right price, I'm all about finding the diamond in the rough, but this one is less diamond more rough. Many of the occupants seem to live there, if that gives you an idea. They're trying, I'll give them that.

This place is dirty. I pre paid for my room on Expedia and found that they charged me a second fee of $60 for the room. Very dissatisfied. Room smells of smoke. Cheap bar soap is all that is provided.

A very run-down property, the smell when entering the room was terrible, I had to open the windows and put on perfume, the first day there was only less than half of a toilet paper, the towels were almost transparent, the hotel looked very bad, one of the worst I have ever stayed in in my life.

Great value for money if using it as a stopover, big clean rooms, small breakfast area and nothing within walking distance like bars or restaurants, but they are only a 10-15 minute drive away. Only 25 minutes from the airport and easy to get to by car.

My car was stolen from in front of the hotel while we were unloading. The hotel or Vendor has not reimbursed me for the hotel.

This was the least expensive hotel I could find for the night and based on price alone it was a great value. The hotel is old and not in the best shape but the room was clean.
There was a bit of a smell but the beds were cozy enough and the bathroom was clean and if you just need a cheap place to stay and aren't to picky then this will work perfect.

The shower was hot and strong pressure I didn’t want ti leave. Quick check in process and seamlessly easy. 208 I had a random bug bite on my body but didn’t want to think it was bed bugs. Did have a great time and was great for the price.

Place was clean room was huge. I wasnt feeling good and this place was perfect because it was quiet. My only complaint, I was given the option for late checkout and payed for it. When it came day of to check out I was hounded all the way from 11 am to 1pm about when I’m going to leave and they wanted proof that I was approved for late check out. I payed $20 on the website and they still made me pay another $20 the day of. Mind you this was all from their website. White female was the same one that checked me in when I got there late tue hounding me Friday morning. She was just rude. Asian lady was nice until she wasn’t. Place was well kept room clean but just from the few interactions I wouldn’t go back. I don’t leave reviews but these people weren’t nice or maybe just didn’t like me idk. Good luck

Our child accidentally left a beloved Buc-ee's pillow in the breakfast area, and we couldn't return to the hotel to retrieve it due to our flight schedule. When I called to ask if they could ship the pillow to us, the staff immediately offered their assistance without hesitation. They went above and beyond, sending the pillow via FedEx, ensuring we had a positive experience even after leaving the hotel. Their attentiveness to our request truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Denver.

An overnight stopover on a roadtrip we were surprised how little noise came from the highway that was very close to the hotel. The breakfast was above average that are available at most motel in this price group. Our biggest complaint is we thought the hotel needed some freshinging up and the carpets needed some deep cleaning. We would stay there again if the price was right.

We faced few issues when reaching the hotel.. we reached hotel after 12 am (around 3am), and we were told that the booking got canceled due to no-show.. and this was after they already took the payment, when it was pay-at-property.. we had to call Expedia multiple times to resolve the issue.. we ultimately stayed and talked to front desk for almost 1.5 hrs till we got a room..
Moreover, we also saw bedbug.. as soon as we mentioned this, the front desk was very kind to get pest control.. but by the time we came to hotel around 12 am, the card wasn’t working.. when asked front desk, they gave us another key to the same room and we saw the heat machine to kill bedbugs was still in the room and didn’t see our belongings..
When went back, we were asked why we entered the room when they failed to mention that we were assigned to a different room..
The best part of the whole stay was the breakfast though.. we really enjoyed the breakfast options..

Staff is very nice, helpful, whole place is dated, needs major renovation. But it WAS clean, mostly comfortable, not much in room, bed, night table, cheap desk space, college fridge and micro. Could invest in a larger room tv and internet service was spotty.
